The Hero of Hypnosis-Chapter 385: The lab of horrible possibilities

"Uhh, Kai, do you think this is a good idea?" Sasha was under the impression that they would barge into the lab and destroy everything—maybe steal a few valuables while they were at it.

She had no problem going along with Kai’s plan, but she didn’t believe that it was the right call because they would be locked up.

"Don’t worry too much. We’ll be fine. You all are some of the strongest people in the world, and I’m the strongest person in this world, kind of. This is the best way to sneak in without drawing attention to ourselves."

That was a lie. Everyone there could go invisible and phase through objects. Not only that, but being caught was the least of their problems because of how powerful they were.

"We know you just want to have fun, Kai. You don’t have to lie." Kyana said while shaking her head.

"I’m okay with sneaking in. Anything that my husband wants, I’ll do!" Karumi was on Kai’s side, which wasn’t surprising to anyone.

"And this is why you’re my favorite." Kai made sure to give her a nice, long, juicy kiss in front of the others to really hammer that home.

A wave of jealousy washed over their bodies, and they all started twitching.

"On second thought," Gwen spoke up. "Maybe your plan is great, babe."

"Yeah, I love it a lot!" Amaya expressed.

"Your plans are always the best." Sasha nodded

"Kai, have I told you how smart you are?" Kyana asked with a cute expression.

Even Nadya joined in and complimented Kai. "This is why I love you. You’re so smart and always come up with the best ideas."

Karumi was on to them and stuck out her tongue. She wasn’t going to let them steal her Kai after disagreeing with his plans. He belonged to her.

After a few more minutes, the soldiers led everyone to some sort of rundown building, forcing them inside and locking the door behind them. They were directed to a circular mat on the ground, and when they stepped on it, the mat started to glow.

"A teleportation glyph?" Kai asked

"Oh, you’re familiar with this? Good. Then you know how this works. Don’t throw up on the other end. Bye."

The light shone until the entire room was covered in its radiance, and once the light faded, Kai and his girls were gone.

"I hope that creepy scientist is happy with seven new subjects." The soldier said as he started walking out the door.

"What scientist?"

"Huh? Dude, why are you acting like you don’t know who the scientist is? That crazy bitch Carlfeina."

"Ha, another Carl." Kai laughed.

"Huh?" All of the soldiers backed away from Kai, not understanding how he wasn’t teleported.

"H-How are you still here?"

"I didn’t wanna go." The demigod smiled.

"Th-That’s not possible!"

"Yeah, it is. All I said was ’Nuh-un,’ and I wasn’t teleported. Right, girls?"

All of Kai’s girls slit the throats of the soldiers, leaving the woman as the last...man standing.

"W-Wait! Wait! Please don’t kill me!" The woman tried to back away, but she tripped over one of the dead bodies and fell on her ass.

"And why should I refrain from killing you? Hmm?" Kai crouched down to her level. "Not only did you stab me, but you were going to offer me to some mad scientist to conduct experiments on me and my girls."

"P-Please! I was forced to do this! They have my family! If I didn’t comply, they would kill my brothers, my father, and sell my mother and sisters into slavery!"

"Oh my! That’s horrible! I’m so sorry to hear that."

The woman sighed in relief, happy that her sob story worked.

"Unfortunately, I don’t give a fuck." He blew her head up.

"Okay, people, let’s go infiltrate this lab." They stepped onto the mat and teleported into the lab.

"Oh great, we have more guests." A prisoner grumbled as he saw seven people teleport into the large cell he was in.

There were hundreds of people in this cell, some scared, some completely devoid of emotions, and others dead, whether from experiments or by their own hands.

"Hmm, I expected this place to be a bit more grim." Kai looked around and saw that the lab they were in was pretty small compared to the lab back in Eridani.

It was only a large room with a large cell. The rest of the space was taken up by equipment to conduct experiments.

"So, how did you poor souls end up here?" Kai asked, taking a seat on the cold ground.

"Listen, newby, don’t come here asking about other people’s stories. Just mind your own business and don’t talk to anyone." One of the prisoners sneered.

"Or what?" Amaya shot back.

"Excuse me?" The man stood up, showing off his muscles to intimidate the kitten.

Amaya walked over to him, not intimidated by his muscles. "You heard me, bitch! You gonna do something about it?"

"Pfft! Hahaha! You’re going to hide behind a woman? That’s embarrassing!" The man tried to irk Kai by calling him weak, but it had the opposite effect.

"Yeah. I am. Are you scared of a woman? Pussy."

"Tch! I’ll show you who’s scared of who!" He swung his large arm at Amaya, not afraid to hit a woman.

She caught his arm, twisted it, which broke some bones, then punched him in his chest, breaking more bones, and sent him flying into the wall, knocking him out cold.

"What a letdown." Amaya sat next to Kai.

"So, anyone else want to share their story?"

No one responded.

"Bummer."

"ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! P-PLEASEEEE!!!! ARGHHH! S-STOP! ARRRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

Everyone turned to the man who was currently being experimented on. A white substance was being injected into his body that ate away at him from the inside until there was nothing left. Once the substance had spread throughout his entire body, he burned alive, then died.

"Dammit! Subject 69 has died. Will be starting on subject 70 now." The scientist kicked a chair across the room out of anger.

"Hold on!" Kai took a closer look at the substance. At first, he was going to make a cum joke, but after feeling the energy the substance gave off, he was shocked to see it here in the hands of mortals.
