The Hero of Hypnosis-Chapter 571: Divine Guard destruction
Floyd was not only scared but confused. He didn't know if Aion was testing him or was simply trying to find an excuse to kill him. But that didn't matter because if Aion wanted him dead, then there was no reason for him to explain himself. He is Aion after all.
Instead, Floyd went over everything that happened over the past day and hoped Aion wouldn't crush his throat.
It took a minute for Aion to fully process what Floyd was telling him. He had no recollection of that, and when he checked Floyd's mind, he saw that he was telling the truth.
Knowing that he was still in prison, Aion had come to one conclusion. "An imposter."
"W-What? An imposter? I don't understand. Who would be crazy enough or even powerful enough to impersonate you, my lord?"
There was a brief period where Aion didn't respond, but after realizing who would be crazy enough to do such a thing, he couldn't help but laugh.
"My little fucking brother." Aion honestly didn't know if he was impressed or pissed off. If he were on good terms with Kai and were on the same side, he would have congratulated his brother and told him that he did well.
However, Kai used his face to kill his followers, weaken his forces, and reveal the location of his hidden bases. So Aion was extremely pissed off. He was so angry that he could only laugh.
"Y- Your brother? D-Do you mean that bastard Kai?!"
"Yes, I mean that bastard Kai. And that bastard destroyed my fucking planet! When I get my hands on him, I'm going to kill his bitch ass!"
"W-What should we do now? The Divine Guard knows where your castle is, your planet is destroyed, our forces have been nearly wiped out, and your brother possesses a weapon that can kill even primordials!"
"Ahh, The Progenitor—"
"THE DIVINE NEEDLE!"
They both looked at each other and tilted their heads in confusion.
"The what?" Aion asked
"U-Um, he called the weapon the Divine Needle."
"Pwahahahahahaha! That's so like him! He called it the Progenitor blade the last time I saw him. Man, what a funny guy. I seriously wish that he were on my side. Our other brothers weren't that funny. They were all stuck up and serious. So annoying."
Aion looked around and saw that there wasn't really anything left to do. His forces would be wiped out by the Divine Guard, even if he made them more powerful than they were. He also knew that he was now in a bad spot since he couldn't get his hands on the spark inside Kai.
So, Aion did the one thing he was good at; he destroyed things.
By clapping his hands, he created ripples in space that then tore open, causing space quakes and the destruction of countless celestial masses. He didn't care if his people were affected by this or not.
To him, he was on his own, and he would lure Kai out so he could kill him and take the spark.
"Floyd."
"Yes, My lord?"
"Go gather our forces and attack the divine guard."
"B-But they are powerful and outnumber us! We also don't know where their base is."
Aion chuckled. "I'll handle that." Divine energy combined with progenitor decay crackled in his hands, and a javelin of raw power was formed. He looked around the entire universe, spotted the base of the Divine Guards, then threw the javelin with all his might toward the place.
"Follow that javelin. It will lead you to your destination."
"Understood!" Floyd teleported away to gather their forces.
'Now, little brother, what are you going to do?' Aion smirked while touching the time bubble Leo had placed around this part of the universe.

"I ain't doing shit!" Kai said while training extremely hard
"What? What do you mean you're not doing anything?" Clarisse asked, watching as Kai balanced five stars on his back.
Kai honestly didn't even know how the hell five stars were even able to be balanced on his back. They weren't massive or anything. They were actually very small; however, they had the same density, making them weigh the same. They also radiated the same amount of heat, so Kai was feeling the weight and the heat of all five stars.
His arms were trembling.
"Why does it matter what he's doing right now? It will all come back anyway. Stop crying. Fuckkkk! 10,031, 10,032..."
"That's not the point! You're supposed to help everyone! Your brother broke out of his prison!"
"Tell that to my father."
Clarisse went silent for a bit before speaking up. "He put you in charge and wants you to handle this. So everything is up to you."
"Oh? I'm incharge?" Kai asked
"Yes!"
"Then shut the fuck up."
The shock on Clarisse's face said it all. She was so pissed that she replaced the stars with black holes that had the same mass as a supermassive one, taking pleasure in watching Kai collapse to the ground.
Just then, an explosion blew up parts of the place they were at, which was the Divine Guard headquarters.
Millions of people were killed in an instant, and Kai managed to roll over and stand up, the black holes disappearing.
"The fuck was that?" Looking outside, Kai saw a trail of progenitor decay. He instantly knew who attacked them and was honestly not looking forward to dealing with his older brother yet.
"I don't know, but it doesn't matter! We're under attack by Aion's forces! And they're stronger than before!"
Aion had decided to make his forces stronger because there was no reason NOT to. They were useful pawns, so might as well make them stronger pawns.
"Kai, you help the ones who have been injured. I'll deal with the incoming assault!" 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞
Kai looked around, spreading his senses, and couldn't find Aion at all. Out of everyone who arrived, Aion wasn't one of them. Because of that, Kai had no reason to fight.
"Nah. You got it. I'll be leaving for a bit." He started to fly away."
"Where are you going?!"
"I don't have time to deal with the small fry here. That's your duty. I have bigger fish to fry. Leo, take me into a pocket dimension, now!" Kai demanded.
It took a minute, but Leo did as Kai had demanded. He knew what Kai wanted to do and would allow it. Although he said that he wouldn't help out too much, he thought that this was okay.
"Motherfucker!" Clarisse cursed, going back to focus on the ongoing battle.
In the pocket dimension, Kai sat in the lotus position and started meditating. He was powerful, but he wasn't stupid. He knew that he would stand no chance against Aion as he was now.
The training he had been through up until this point was mostly mental, as being a primordial was not only about the power, but the mindset. The little bit of physical training he had done was extremely useful, but not enough.
Kai couldn't even use the Laws of the universe properly without 'cheating' by using his status window. So, this was what he was planning on doing in the meantime.
The laws of the universe surrounded Kai, and he absorbed them all, tapping into their energies. He felt them enter his body and resonated with the energies, feeling his being become stronger than ever.
As a primordial, especially one who was naturally born as one, he was able to comprehend these laws more easily than he expected, but he still needed some time to fully use their power to the fullest.
By the time he was able to do so, he felt like something was off. His body, his power, didn't feel complete. It was as if there was something inside him that wasn't fully merged into his being.
'The progenitor decay!' Kai realized.
He had always used the power, but it was more like having it in a separate space rather than being a part of him. And so, he started to merge his body with the energy.
This, however, caused him intense pain. The feeling of his body being torn apart by the powerful energy was not one that he found amusing. Still, he pushed through. As the son of Leo, he wasn't a little bitch and wouldn't fall to something as trivial as pain.
"Wait a fucking minute! Why is my hand dissolving?! Ahhh! MY LEG! What the fuck is happeningggggggggg?!!!!!"
---
Why Kai was scared shitless, Aion was watching his forces get absolutely slaughtered, even while being empowered. But he didn't care. He turned his attention to a ripple in space where he found multiple people ascending to godhood.
'Tell me, father, are you going to stop me from doing what I'm about to do?' Aion asked. He knew that Leo could hear him, but he got no response from his father.
'Heh, so you're just going to ignore me? Is that it? Are you going to ignore your firstborn? The rightful heir to your power? Are you going to cast me aside for that brat who hasn't even lived for half a century?'
Again, no answer.
'Whatever. I wonder how Kai will look at you when he finds out that you allowed his beloved family to die by my hand.'
Aion took off toward the pocket dimension where Kai's family was.
