The Lustful Villain: Every Milfs and Gilfs are Mine!-Chapter 115. I Was Placed in Apollo Brightsoul’s Harem Homeroom (Fucking Great!)
After getting all the information from them, Rex looked at the big watch at the entrance of the academy, and then Helena looked back at him. "Go ahead and start your first day as a student."
"Your orientation appointment is in twenty minutes, and you don’t want to be late on your first day."
Rex looked at Lily, who was doing her best to hide how upset she was that he was leaving. He hugged her for a short time and whispered so only she could hear.
"Wait for me... I’ll see you later, alright?"
"Okay," she said back in a whisper. "Be careful, and don’t forget what you promised."
"Don’t worry, I’ll remember," he said, then let her go and turned to face the Academy’s entrance.
The doors were the same huge, carved ones he had seen the day before. They opened on their own as he got closer, probably because of some kind of detection magic that recognized him as someone who was allowed to enter.
There was a woman waiting for him in the entrance hall. She was tall, probably in her late thirties, with dark brown hair pulled back in a tight bun and sharp green eyes that looked at him like a teacher would after years of dealing with students.
She wore dark blue robes with silver trim that showed she was a member of the Academy faculty.
[OLIVIA VENOMANA DETECTED]
[AGE: 37 - JOB TITLE: PROFESSOR/COMBAT SPECIALIST]
[DESIRE LEVEL: 0/100]
[STATUS: ELIGIBLE TARGET]
’Venomana...? What weird family name...’
Rex put the system notification away and worked on making a favorable first impression.
"So you’re the honor student, Rex Rexilion, correct?" Her voice was clear and businesslike.
"Yes, ma’am. I became the honor student, thanks to Lady Valentina’s recommendation." Rex bowed down, even though he hated it.
"Good to meet you, Rex. I’m Professor Olivia Venomana." Olivia helped Rex to raise his hand. "I’m going to be your orientation guide for today."
"Please follow me as I proceed."
She turned and walked deeper into the Academy without looking back to see if he was following. She clearly expected him to do what she said.
Rex trailed behind her, vigilantly monitoring their path through the corridors.
The inside of the Academy lived up to the promise of the outside. The Academy boasted high ceilings and fancy magical lights that seemed to change their brightness depending on the time of day.
There are pictures of famous alumni and past headmasters on the walls. Trophies and other artifacts from the Academy’s accomplishments are displayed in cases.
Students were walking through the halls in small groups, their conversations creating a low noise in the background.
Professor Venomana guided him to an administrative wing, where they entered a large testing room. There were different stations set up around the room, and each one was meant to test a different skill among the students.
"Before we can put you in the right classes," Professor Venomana said, "we need to test your current level of physical ability, magical ability, knowledge, and practical application skills."
"The tests are standardized but tailored to your unique situation as a reincarnator."
She pointed to the first station, which had various weights, training tools, and what looked like dummies for fighting. "First, a physical check."
"Show me how strong, fast, and quick you are in a fight."
Rex walked up to the station and carefully did the tests. He held back on purpose, showing skill but not excellence.
His strength was slightly above average, and his speed was neither too fast nor too slow. His combat reflexes were good, but not exceptional.
He knew from experience that showing too much skill too soon would get him unwanted attention.
Professor Venomana wrote on a clipboard, her face blank. "Okay... next stop."
The magical test was harder. He was told to do several simple spells, show how to manipulate elements, and show any special skills he had.
Rex stuck to his cover story, showing off telekinesis as his main skill while keeping its true power under control. He made it look useful but not too much, like something that could be explained by the advantages of being a natural reincarnator instead of a divine blessing.
The clipboard has more notes. Professor Venomana’s face stayed professional, but he could tell she was a little disappointed, as if she had been hoping for something more impressive.
The knowledge test included written tests on history, magic theory, combat tactics, and general knowledge. Rex got all the answers right, but he left a few questions blank or only partially answered on purpose to keep up the appearance of being smart but not great.
When they were done, Professor Venomana was looking at him with a look that said she was trying to make sense of the bad test scores and the fact that Valentina had chosen him as an Honor student.
"Your results are... well... good enough," she finally said. "Not very impressive, but good enough for an Honor student baseline."
"I’m a little surprised... Lady Valentina doesn’t usually give Honor student status to people with such average skills."
’Yeah, she fucking noticed it...’ Rex smirks. ’She’ll probably think I’m a fraud of something, and that’s good enough for my plan to work.’
"I know she had her reasons." Rex put on a face that was just right for being humble. "I’ll do my best to show her that she can trust me."
After looking at him for a little longer, Professor Venomana nodded. "Make sure you do."
"The Academy’s reputation is based on excellence, and honor students are expected to live up to that standard."
She led him back out into the hallways, moving through the complicated layout like someone who had lived here for years. They went upstairs, down hallways, and through different parts of the building.
Finally, they came to a stop in front of the door to a classroom. He turned to face Professor Venomana.
"This is where you start your first day as an official honor student," she said. "Your homeroom class is behind this door."
"You’ve been put in the Special Honor Division, which is made up of the Academy’s best students, so please behave yourself."
She opened the door and waved him in.
Rex walked into a classroom that was much nicer than he had thought it would be. Big windows let in light from outside.
The classroom features comfortable seating that is arranged in a semicircle, rather than in straight lines. The walls are adorned with magical displays that showcase a variety of educational materials.
And about nine students were already sitting down, all of them turning to look at the new person.
His system immediately began cataloging faces, but Rex’s attention shifted to something else entirely.
There were only girls in sight. All of them. And none of them showed up as reincarnators in his system’s detection protocols.
That was strange enough to make him stop and think about why a Special Honor Division would be made up of only native women and not reincarnators.
Then the door behind him opened again, and Rex heard a happy voice that made his blood run cold.
"Sorry I’m late! I had to help some first-years who got lost on their way to the training grounds. You know how it is!"
Rex turned slowly, knowing what he would see.
It was his main enemy, Apollo Brightsoul.
He stood in the doorway, his golden hair almost glowing in the morning light. A friendly smile adorned his perfect protagonist’s face.
He wore the Academy uniform in a way that made it seem more heroic than it really was. His blue eyes looked around the room and landed on Rex, clearly interested.
"Hey-yo~! A new student!" Apollo walks to him.
"Hi! I’m Apollo Brightsoul! Welcome to the Special Honor Division!" He reached out his hand to shake it, and he was so excited that it showed in every pore of his body.
Rex’s mind was racing, and things were coming together in a horrible way.
’No fucking way... what kind of plot twist is this for me to put in the same class with him...?’
’Unfuckingbelievable...’
And what’s worse is that all the students in the class were female with the special honor title, and also Apollo’s presence.
He had been put in the homeroom class of Apollo’s harem.
There were nine women in this room who were all part of Apollo’s harem. And judging by how much love and devotion they all showed Apollo, the bonds were strong and active.
Rex had just been dropped right into the middle of the power base of his main target, surrounded by the women whose loyalty made Apollo almost impossible to kill.
He shook Apollo’s hand and kept his face friendly and his thoughts to himself.
"Rex Rexilion." He said, "Nice to meet you."
This was either the best chance or the worst problem that could have happened.
Most likely both.
