2941 Socialization Progress Reports

"The development of blood humans in the Kandrian Empire has been proceeding well, Your Majesty," a man donning in a formal suit remarked, standing in stiff attention. "We have threaded the fine balance between socialization and training rather well, relative to almost all other Sage-level powerhouses that have experienced a less smooth ride. Only the Gen Temple and the Blood Cult have had a smoother integration of blood humans."

He stood in the Royal Office, opposite to the Emperor of Harmony, seated at his desk, while the latter went through detailed reports on the blood humans in not just the Kandrian Empire.

"How well has the socialization of the blood humans proceeded in accordance with the psychiatric evaluation division, Director Jelin?" Emperor Rael asked with a calm voice as he continued skimming through the details of the report.

"Very well, Your Majesty," the Director replied with a formal tone. "With the community upbringing model that the Psycher prescribed, we have observed particularly high measured levels of trait extraversion and trait agreeableness, much more so than in normal children. The subjects have developed compassion, empathy, and care for others thanks to the inhibition potions that they were raised with."

The Kandrian Empire decided to go all-out with raising them into full-fledged human beings who were a part of the community rather than forsaking that to maximize their Martial development. Part of this included inhibition medication that temporarily reduced their metabolism enough to essentially function as normal human beings. As the children grew older, the medication was slowly reduced and they were put under training to master their strength so that they could wield their superhuman power without hurting anybody around them and to eventually become Martial Artists.

The Kandrian Empire had ensured to maximize their affinity for Martial Art by exposing them to activities that would incline them in the direction of pursuing Martial Art. While they didn't want these children to become a menace to society, they also couldn't allow their extraordinary all to go to waste either.

Most other nations either couldn't afford the sheer resources that went into such an extravagant socialization program and simply had Squire chaperones to keep an eye on the kid and have Martial Artist playmates and foster parents oversee the development of the children.

"While almost no other nation has gone as far as we have for socialization, they have still gone to decent lengths to integrate blood children into community. Thanks to the Dawnbringer and the Chosen One, the number of Martial Apprentices around the world have risen tremendously. By having blood humans born and brought up in a villages filled entirely with Martial Apprentices and Squires, they have been able to replicate, to an extent, an organic childhood and have achieved promising results, albeit still inferior to that of the Kandrian Empire's," Director Jelin explained.

The Kandrian Empire's method essentially allowed blood children to experience an entirely normal childhood filled with social human interaction, affection, and love. The first ten years were the most crucial years of any human being's life and the Emperor of Harmony was determined to ensure that they were conducive to the integration of blood children into human civilization.

He had no intention of raising scarred, traumatized children that would go on to become menaces to human civilization as Martial Artists.

"As per the Psycher's recommendations, we have ensured that the blood children develop stronger bonds with their communities before they were introduced to each other to ensure that their racial cohesion did not exceed that of the cohesion with their communities," the Director informed the Emperor. "We have also halted all exposure between blood boys and girls past the age of ten."

Emperor Rael nodded. "Good, we cannot afford any romantic relations to emerge between blood boys and girls. When they eventually grow up and reproduce, they must completely disperse their blood across humanity and merge their species with ours."

One thing that Emperor Rael was completely certain about was that blood humans could not be allowed to exist as a separate species from that of base humanity. If that were to happen, he was all but certain that this superior evolved species would overwhelm humanity and subjugate, enslave, and potentially even genocide base humans.

According to research, people with blood relations were likelier to find each other attractive than others if they weren't at all aware that they were blood-related. This made the prospects of blood humanity becoming its own species that would destroy their unevolved genetic ancestors much more terrifying.

That was why he was so determined to raise and socialize individuals of this species extremely well.

"Unfortunately, there have been nations that, even after our warnings, have not been able to integrate blood humans extremely well," the Director informed him. "The king of the Solaris Kingdom, for instance, has attempted and failed to reduce the hatred and disgust for blood humans that the golden humans of his kingdom have had with the blood children in their company. We have reports that these children have experienced abuse and violence, sometimes leading to death."

Emperor Rael's eyes sharpened. "I have had enough of the Solaris Kingdom. If that fool doesn't understand what is at stake, then we have no choice but to confiscate the subjects that we have graciously shared with them. We will have no choice but to exclude them from the Blood Evolution Program."

He turned to his Royal Secretary with a pointed gaze. "Schedule a conference with the Sage-level nations with this as the agenda."

"Understood, Your Majesty," she responded smoothly.

"The Hive, Gen Temple, and the Blood Cult have displayed extraordinary integration with their blood children," the Director remarked. "Each due to different successful reasons. They have exceeded us in this regard, and this is a point of concern, as integration of blood humans into society can make or break that country relative to other countries."

The Emperor of Harmony nodded with a knowing expression. "Weak as they might be now, they will define a new level of power in the future that can shatter existing power dynamics. Everything that the Kandrian Empire has worked for to break past the Great Limit could be invalidated if we don't handle the blood children correctly at this point in time."

If they failed to integrate the blood children into the nation properly, they could end up tearing the country inside out when they manifested their endless potential.
