"I’m fine..." Mu Yiliang muttered a sentence, broke free from him, and got out of bed, pulling back the covers.

Xiaoze paused before saying: "I’ll just follow behind, I promise not to disturb you."

"Not happening." Mu Yiliang certainly couldn’t allow Xiaoze to come along.

Xiaoze was discouraged, and soon saw Yan Sijue, dressed casually, who also appeared. He opened his mouth as if to beg for him to take him along, but considering Daddy’s recent demeanor and Mommy’s refusal, it was even less likely he would agree. He resignedly lowered his head to eat breakfast.

Xiaoze felt even more alarmed, realizing that Mommy seemed even more out of sorts today.

Soon the two finished breakfast, Yan Sijue stood up and tossed his napkin on the table, saying to Xiaoze casually: "Remember to clean the table later."

After speaking, the two left, leaving Xiaoze alone. He gloomily stood up to tidy the table, only to find that Daddy had used jam to write two words on the napkin: Xiang Mountain.
