The Regressor's Younger Brother's Insanity-Chapter 49: Regressor brother’s daughter
"What happened, Lady Thalia?" Thalia’s personal maid, Kelly, asked.
"Marriage is scary. What if he is like that cheater?" Thalia replied with dazed eyes.
"Pardon?"
"Cheating is in the nature of boys nowadays."
"Did young master Aether do something wrong to you?" Kelly gritted her teeth.
Kelly had once thought of Aether as a great man, someone who displayed immense power, and his sword style was nothing short of otherworldly.
Even boys his age would seem like insects before his might.
But when she heard that Aether had humiliated Thalia at the inn, she began to hate him.
Not only that, he knew Thalia was from Ravenfall and still chose to humiliate her. That made Kelly even more furious. She might have attempted an assassination, but Aether was a key figure in curing Thalia’s brother.
And seeing Aether treat Thalia well and agree to help her brother, she calmed her anger.
"Nothing happened. Anyway, did Noah Bean go to the patriarch for permission?" Thalia asked
Before coming to see Aether, she had sent her escort captain to the Noctvain patriarch regarding her brother’s treatment.
Since the teleport waypoint was under strict security, the Noctvain had to approve the Ravenfall’s teleport signal for them to enter.
"Yes, but as you were inside Young Master Aether’s room, Noah Bean came and reported that the patriarch had gone outside, so he spoke with the vice patriarch instead." Thalia’s maid replied.
"That’s good. Then, i should meet Aether’s mother, Lady Seraphina."
"I was thinking the same." Thalia’s maid said.

It was afternoon.
Aerher sat on the couch, watching the table where Julius von Legolant’s daughter was reading a picture book.
He was supposed to enter the secret vault today, but he had stayed in his room the whole day.
"Papa, this princess is so beautiful! I want to be a princess too." the little girl said.
As he didn’t know what to give her to play with, he ordered the maid to bring Lyra’s picture book.
Aether patted her head and spoke in a soft, fatherly voice,
"Wow, this princess is so beautiful, but you know, I know an even better princess."
"Waa! Is that true? Can i meet her!"
"Yes, and that princess is..." Aether pulled her onto his lap and said, "That beautiful princess is you."
"Aaaaaaaa, Papa! You think I’m a princess?"
"Yes, you’re the most beautiful princess in the world."
"Hehe. I love you, Papa." The little girl leaned closer to Aether and kissed him on the cheek.
Aether touched the cheek she had kissed, and tears slowly flowed from his eyes. It felt so warm.
In his past life, he had no children, so he didn’t know what a daughter’s love felt like. But now he felt as if his happiness had increased infinitely.
But the sad part was she didn’t remember anything. All she could say was that Aether was her father and that her name was Solmira von Legolant.
Anyway, how should I introduce her to my family?
The main problem is her horns, wings, and tail. Is there a way to hide those?
As Aether was lost in thought, he heard a thudding sound.
Thud!
It was the little girl, Solmira. She had tripped and fallen face-first.
Aether’s heart began racing wildly. It felt as if his world had just crumbled. He quickly stood up and rushed to her,
But before he could reach her, he saw something unexpected.
Ding!
[Activating Regeneration]
A pink system window appeared before her, and she was using the same regeneration that Aether had.
In an instant, her small bruise healed completely. She then started playing with the toy she had tripped over.
What did I just witness?! She also has a system window, just like me.
Well, it wasn’t unusual. After all, she is Julius’s daughter. He must have given it to her so she could also become stronger faster.
Then the Abyssal energy I’m feeling from her, it’s her own, not mine.
What does Julius want? What was the reason for sending her to me?
"Papa, this princess doesn’t have wings and a tail like me?" Solmira von Legolant asked.
"Is that so? It’s because you’re a special princess."
Just then,
Ding’
[Activating Metamorphosis]
Zzzzzzt! fwooosh...
The little girl’s wings, tail, and horns slowly scattered into particles and vanished.
Aether’s eyes went wide.
She looked just like any other human, and she was using those skills as if it were nothing.
"Papa, I want a crown now." The little girl, Solmira demanded.
"But princesses don’t have crowns, only queens do."
"Then I want to be a queen."
Aether looked at her with exhaustion. After that she kept demanding this and that.
"Raising a child isn’t easy." Aether murmured.
As time passed, they played, laughed, and shared beautiful father-daughter moments.
Aether was exhausted by her behavior, but he enjoyed every single second.
After a while, she felt sleepy and wanted to rest.
"Papa, I want to sleep."
"Yes, let’s sleep, Solmira."
Both of them fell onto the bed and slept together

In the Ravenfall family’s alleyway, a man was crawling on the ground, begging for forgiveness, while a red-haired man stood tall in front of him.
"Tell me, who gave you the order to tamper with the teleport waypoint?" the red-haired man asked in a menacing voice.
"It was the vice Pa... Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Before he could finish his words, his body erupted in flames, and in an instant, he crumbled to ash.
Crackle.... sssssss....
"It seems he was restricted from revealing his master’s name."
This red-haired man was none other than Thalia’s father and the current patriarch of the Ravenfall family, Axion von Ravenfall.
He found the man who tampered with the Teleport waypoint.
But as he asked about his superior, the man died, a taboo having been placed on him.
And he died, having been burned to ashes. That meant the sorcerer used flame-type spell.
"So the one who placed this taboo is a flame mage. Tsk" Axion von Ravenfall clicked his tongue and vanished from the spot
