The Revenge of the Reborn Supreme Sovereign-Chapter 204 - 201: I Said, Get Lost!!!
Why is it him! How could it be him! How could it possibly be him! These three questions exploded in Wei Shuying’s mind as she stared at the face outside the manor’s electric gate. Disbelief flooded her heart. Three seconds passed. Five. Ten. Qin Chu and Wei Shuying remained frozen, trembling in silence. The visitor at the manor’s gate made no move either, and they simply stared at each other from a distance.
Inside the villa, Xu Jiayi, puzzled by the couple’s strange stupor, stood up from the sofa and walked over.
"Uncle, Aunt, what’s wrong?" Xu Jiayi asked.
With a sudden shiver, Wei Shuying snapped back to her senses. She turned to Xu Jiayi, her voice trembling. "Jiayi, do you have somewhere else you need to be? If so, we can talk another time! You’re always welcome here at No. 1 Villa!"
Why is she suddenly asking me to leave? Stunned by Wei Shuying’s unusual expression, Xu Jiayi couldn’t help but knit her delicate brows and look outside. The moment she saw the face outside the manor, she understood completely.
"Oh, okay, I’ll head back for now," she said hurriedly. "I’ll come visit you and Uncle properly another day. Goodbye!"
Waving, Xu Jiayi quickly walked out through the manor as Qin Chu and Wei Shuying managed forced, nodding smiles. Before she left, she didn’t forget to glance up at the second floor of the villa, but there was no sign of Qin Fan.
At the entrance of the electronic gate, Qin Moran swallowed, her face pale as she murmured, "Grandfather!" Not long ago, Old Master Qin said that since it was fate, he would respect Heaven’s will and not disturb this family. How much time has passed since then? Now he’s eating his own words!
But whether he was contradicting himself or not no longer mattered. The important thing was that he had to come. He had learned everything from Qin Moran. At the banquet, Ye Xuan had respectfully addressed Qin Fan as "Mr. Qin," and Ma Yunbin had reverently hailed him as "Master Qin" before he sent Wang Tianyu flying. While Old Master Qin had initially managed to remain composed despite the shock, Qin Fan’s arrogant threat against the Qin family made it impossible for him to sit still any longer.
He didn’t know how Qin Fan would seek revenge, but could the Qin family truly withstand retaliation from someone who made even Ye Xuan and Ma Yunbin bow in submission? Old Master Qin dared not imagine that scene, let alone dwell on it.
"Let’s... let’s go in," Old Master Qin said, his voice trembling as he leaned on his cane.
"Yes." Supporting her grandfather, Qin Moran bit her lip and responded. She took a slow step forward, a storm of emotions raging within her. Her heart was in a panic, her mind in chaos.
But just as Old Master Qin and Qin Moran set foot inside the manor, a deep roar, like the tolling of a great bell, thundered across the estate.
"Get out!"
The roar, laced with hatred, seemed to freeze the very air. Old Master Qin’s faltering steps came to a reflexive halt. His aged face was a mask of the most heartbreaking helplessness and bitterness—that of a man in his twilight years.
Following the source of the voice, he slowly lifted his head under the starry sky and looked up. There, on the second-floor balcony, Qin Fan had appeared at some unknown moment. A desolate coldness swirled madly across his face, and his gaze shot toward his grandfather like a sharpened blade.
He had lived for decades, weathering countless storms and tribulations. Yet, under Qin Fan’s piercing gaze, Old Master Qin still felt an unprecedented palpitation in his heart. Is this truly the worthless castoff I kicked out? A mere teenage failure?
"Little... Little Fan!" Meeting that gaze, Old Master Qin let his heart tremble as his lips parted slightly, murmuring the name with immense bitterness.
"I said, get out!!!" Though they were far apart, Qin Fan heard him. He merely scoffed in disdain as a powerful surge of True Qi welled up from his Dantian, and he bellowed once more.
CLATTER!
Struck by Qin Fan’s shout, Old Master Qin’s aged body jolted violently. As his heart pounded in his chest, his cane clattered to the ground. His previously flushed complexion instantly turned ghostly pale, as if his very spirit had been wounded. He lost his balance and staggered, about to collapse, but a quick-handed Qin Moran managed to awkwardly catch and steady him.
A sudden, anxious rage overcame Qin Moran. Forgetting the terrifying scenes she had witnessed at the banquet, she threw all caution to the wind and yelled at Qin Fan on the balcony, "Qin Fan! No matter how deep the grudge, he is still your grandfather! You will always have the blood of the Qin family in your veins. Are you not going too far, treating an old man like this?!"
"Grandfather? Ask him if he’s worthy! Is he?! And as for having Qin family blood in my veins? To me, that is a disgrace! Qin Moran, don’t try to provoke my bottom line again, or I won’t hesitate to tie you to the Qin family’s sinking ship!" Qin Fan roared, his face dark with fury.
Too far? Given what the Qin family had done to his family of three, even if he slaughtered every last one of them, no one in Jiangzhou would call it excessive.
"Bring it on! I was born a Qin, and I will die a Qin! If you have the guts, then kill me!" she shrieked, her emotions spiraling into a frenzy as she stood her ground.
"You think I don’t dare?"
With those words, Qin Fan moved, leaping from the second-floor balcony. He moved in an arrow-like dash, becoming a blur that neither Qin Chu and his wife nor Old Master Qin and Qin Moran could see clearly. They only perceived an afterimage streaking past like a meteor before Qin Fan suddenly appeared in front of Qin Moran.
"I don’t need to be merciful when dealing with the Qin family, nor will I be. Since you want to be tied to this sinking ship, fine. I’ll grant your wish!" he snarled coldly, his hand shooting out to grasp Qin Moran’s neck before lifting her into the air.
Qin Moran’s delicate body was immediately hoisted high off the ground. Under the incandescent light, her pretty face was ashen, her limbs flailing in a desperate struggle.
"Little Fan! Don’t!" Qin Chu and Wei Shuying, who had been silent all this time, finally cried out in alarm and scrambled outside.
In the glare of the lights, Qin Moran’s wide eyes were already beginning to roll back into her head. The feeling of suffocation crept over her, tightening its grip with each passing moment.
"Little Fan, let go! Let go now!" Qin Chu shouted urgently, slapping at the arm that held Qin Moran aloft. Seeing her struggle to breathe, he was truly panicked.
"Little Fan, listen to us! Stop this, please stop!" Overcome with desperation, Wei Shuying grabbed Qin Fan from behind, her voice cracking into a sob.
Although her hatred for the Qin family was no less than her son’s, she had never imagined taking revenge by killing.
Yet, in the face of his parents’ desperate pleas, Qin Fan remained unmoved. He watched as Qin Moran’s consciousness began to crumble and fade, his own gaze flickering with conflict.
At the side, tears slid uncontrollably from Old Master Qin’s cloudy eyes. He looked to the sky and cried out, "A sin... what a terrible sin!"
