The Strongest Beast Tamer With the Strongest System-Chapter 65: Meet
Leonardo fell asleep after turning off his phone.
He slept early and woke up early.
The sky was still dark when he woke up, probably around 5 a.m.
His mind had returned to normal. Perhaps because of the long, restful sleep, both his body and head felt light.
All the problems returned to his mind, but they no longer made him anxious or uneasy.
He even smiled and casually lit a cigarette, despite the bitter taste still lingering in his mouth.
It didn’t matter—he felt better once he exhaled the smoke.
"Ohh, leveled up again."
He noticed Liam had gained another level, reaching Level 16.
Ellie had also leveled up, though she was still at Level 15.

’This feels a bit uncomfortable,’ Leonardo thought after distributing his Evolution Points.
It was because of his low Strength attribute.
If this continued, he might actually struggle in combat. His physical body was starting to have trouble keeping up with his growing Mana.
Unless... he added the Knight Class.
Even though adding the Knight Class wouldn’t directly change his stats, it would naturally improve his body’s physical quality. In other words, even with low Strength, his actual physical power would be higher than the numbers suggest.
’I should go through that operation as soon as possible,’ he thought.
Not only that—he also wanted to replace his heart with the Holy Tree Heart. It would be a waste not to use it, especially since he had two.
And the Diamond Bone—its integration also required surgery.
However, Leonardo knew that this could only be done at a hospital. He needed a plan for that.
He also needed a target—a new Knight—to extract the class from. This was no longer something that could be done on high-level individuals, as the operation would become too risky due to increased difficulty.
After stretching his body a few times, he went to the bathroom.
There was no hot water here. He could only shower with cold water.
It was refreshing, though still less comfortable than warm water.
His stomach felt extremely hungry, and unfortunately, there was no food in the house.
After putting on new clothes, he stepped out of his home.
His steps stopped when he saw Jack’s door suddenly open, and a woman walked out with her hair tied up but messy—clearly she hadn’t showered yet.
Who else but Laura.
She had probably just finished her "morning session" with Jack and wanted to leave early, since Monday meant a busy day ahead.
She stretched, instinctively glanced at Leonardo’s white BMW, then turned to look at Leonardo standing on his porch.
Her eyes widened instantly.
"You?" she said.
She clearly knew nothing about his connection with Jack.
Jack might know Laura was Leonardo’s lawyer. Even though he didn’t witness the situation with Margaret, Laura had eventually talked about her work to him.
But apparently, Jack hadn’t told Laura that he was close friends with Leonardo.
"Mrs. Maxwell, this used to be my house. I got drunk last night and just ended up coming back here," Leonardo said casually, as if nothing was wrong.
Laura froze upon hearing that. She calmed down for a moment because of his relaxed tone—but quickly felt uneasy again.
She knew it was impossible for Leonardo not to suspect anything. There was no way he didn’t know who lived here.
He just didn’t care.
Though it was difficult, Laura forced herself to act calm, taking occasional deep breaths.
"Mrs. Maxwell, I’ll be going now," Leonardo said, not trying to continue the conversation.
He got into his car and drove off.
After he left, Jack came out of the house.
"Who was that?" he asked Laura, who frowned.
"Why didn’t you tell me the house next door belonged to Leonardo Anderson?" she shot back, surprising Jack.
"That was Leonardo?" he said reflexively.
"You tell me," Laura replied irritably.
"Why are you blaming me?" Jack said.
"I told you not to hide anything."
"I can’t say everything. Not because I want to, but because I only have one mouth. Besides, I thought Leonardo wouldn’t come back, and I didn’t want to stay friends with him anymore," Jack replied.
"Is this my fault?"
Laura fell silent, unable to stay angry. Seeing Jack like that made her feel a bit sorry.
"You should move to my apartment. Our privacy will be better protected there," she said eventually.
"I know, but I need to ask my parents for permission first," Jack replied.

Meanwhile, Leonardo, who was too hungry, stopped at a random restaurant instead of going back to his apartment.
He also didn’t forget to text Margaret, telling her not to cook.
Margaret replied almost instantly, asking where he was having breakfast.
Leonardo sent her his location and started eating quickly.
After finishing his meal, he continued with coffee while smoking.
Margaret eventually arrived, driven by her chauffeur.
She wore casual clothes—jeans and a shirt—with her hair tied in a ponytail.
As usual, she became the center of attention. Even women dressed provocatively were ignored when she appeared.
Naturally, Leonardo became the target of jealousy when Margaret sat across from him.
She didn’t speak immediately. Her eyes stared sharply at his face.
"What? Planning to get mad?" Leonardo asked.
"Don’t worry. I’m calm enough now," Margaret replied.
Then she did something unexpected—she suddenly wiped his cheek with a tissue.
"Looks like you were too hungry," she added with a soft laugh.
Leonardo instinctively touched his cheek.
Of course, there was nothing there anymore, but he saw a bit of cheese on the tissue—something he hadn’t noticed before.
That small act of care drew even more jealousy toward him, especially from the young men nearby.
"What are you planning now?" Margaret asked.
It was obvious from Leonardo’s face that he was thinking about something.
And Leonardo didn’t respond, pretending as if he didn’t have a solution.
(Boss, boss! The two orchids have bloomed, and I see five new ones growing!) Ellie suddenly sent a message.
(What about the Aethercore Fruit?) Leonardo immediately asked.
(It’s not ripe yet, but the red color has increased.)
’Looks like I need more Mana Liquid,’ Leonardo thought, letting out a sigh.
Margaret frowned slightly.
"This is exactly why you should trust me. I can help you with a lot of things," she said.
But, Leonardo sighed again.
