Grandpa Tai noticed and he rolled his eyes. Tai Ho Sun had mentioned that Caishen was a bit possessive and easily expressed jealousy when Alix was too close to other men. He didn't mention women as well because Caishen looked like he wanted to tear the two apart forcefully.

He was not fully satisfied with Alix's marriage to Caishen because he knew the rigid traditions of the Zhang family.

Everyone knew that female children in the Zhang family didn't inherit shares. While it stopped them from being targeted by men with ill intentions, it was also very unfair. From the outside, it looked like women were not valued much in their family.

He wanted Alix to be valued by the Zhangs, very much. Her childhood was hard enough and she didn't need a sad adult life as well. But if Caishen was jealous over his Alix, maybe there was a hope for the two finding happiness in thay rigid family.

The two women separated and Chan Ki said to Alix, "You smell really good. What perfume do you use?"

"It's not perfume, it's a smoothing body cream." Alix told her.

"Which company?" Chan Ki asked immediately. Her plan was to purchase some for herself. If it agreed with her body, she would be switching immediately.

"I will tell you later, first tell me what you are doing here and we should move away because the students will not study as long as you are out here." Alix took her by the hand and they started walking away slowly.

Grandpa Tai and Caishen followed them slowly.

"Didn't the boss tell you that my MV is being released today? The one we did together. Anyway, they are releasing a teaser first, behind the scenes footage and then at six in the evening, the real video will be released." She looked at her manager and yelled softly, "Wake them up."

Wake who up? Alix asked herself.

"I came with So Mi and Rain. Do you know him?"

"He was at director Ban's audition." Alix answered.

Chan Ki nodded. "Mmm, he never sings anything other than songs about heartbreak and love. He has been shopping around for a celloist and So Mi mentioned that you play cello so I recommended you. We didn't want to cause a commotion so we came with one car."

The renewed screaming coming from the classrooms again was commotion enough. So Mi had only recently gained fame but Rain was already famous. The commotion they hoped to avoid could not be avoided. Hopefully the students would stay in class and not become reporters themselves.

"You guys came on the wrong day however, I am very busy today. Rain might need to make another appointment with me. If you don't mind joining me in gardening then we can all talk as I work."

They walked around the main building and went around to the music school. It's restoration was almost complete. It had been re-painted, the weeds had been removed, a path leading to the pond had been beautified and constructed with stones.

There was a larger number of people there than she expected. Elder Ren was holding a painting class outside under the newly installed canopies.

"Is that....." Chan Ki pointed to the elder.

"Yup." Alix confirmed.

She remembered that she had not give Caishen a tour of the school and she turned around. "Hubby, do you want a tour of the school?"

"I will go with Mo Sen and one of your friends, Jin Kang. You can handle your business." he told her.

"I will do it." Grandpa said. "You guys go ahead."

Grandpa Tai and Caishen stopped all movement and then turned back. Alix continued on with Chan Ki and So Mi and Rain who had been quietly following behind the bodyguard.

As soon as the gap presented itself, So Mi attached herself to Alix's other side.

"Sister, I signed up to be a student at your music school." So Mi immediately blurted out.

Alix shrugged. Tuition was tuition, and she didn't care. How often So Mi would come to class was up to her. It made her realize that Songbird didn't actually have a vocalist. All their teachers taught instruments but none could sing, not as far as she knew anyway. That was a gap which needed filling as son as possible.

Rain on the other hand decided to greet Alix first. "Hi." he said with a single nod of his head.

She couldn't cipher if he was trying to be cool or maybe he was just cool. The black hoodie, sunglasses, sneakers and the way he greeted her all screamed cool.

"Hi." she replied. "Chan Ki has told me that you are in need of a celloist. I might not be able to audition for you for a while. If you don't mind sticking around however I will be happy to show you what I can do."

"I can wait." he said.

Then he diverted and walked towards the canopies where the art students were.

She shrugged and continued walking with the two female singers until they came to the area around the actual pond.

Jin Kang, Holea, Mo Qilu, grandma Tai, Aihuan, Tai Wong and Tai Jiaan were here. Also, a surprising addition was Yuewei.

The others were already planting the flowers and seeds which she left behind. Tai Jiaan had an arm around Yuewei who was a head shorter than him and they were standing around like supervisors.

She had introduced Yuewei to Tai Jiaan two days ago and asked the older boy to look out for the younger one since they were both her brothers. What she didn't expect was for them to suddenly be so close so quickly.

Tai Jiaan was the first to see her and he waved as he called out to her loudly, "Sister."

Yuewei also smiled and waved. He seemed to be coming out of his shell. He had been a bit reserved since moving here.

"You two should be in class." She told them.

"I know the English dictionary from front to back, I don't need to be in class." Tai Jiaan claimed.

"Me too." Yuewei claimed.

"I will count to five and then start beating your silly asses. Now move." she said sternly. She looked around as if she was searching for a stick.

They laughed until she picked up a small stick from the ground and then they took off running.

"That one is a troublemaker." Grandma Tai said with a sigh. "Your grandfather said that Yuewei is a good student. I am worried that Jiaan will ruin him."

"No, Yuewei is actually focused. His mother would skin him alive if he dares to play around beyond his limits." Alix told her.

She picked up one of the gardening tools and a pair of gloves, preparing to join everyone else.

"You are late, we are almost done." Holea told her.

"I brought extra hands." Alix tilted her head left and right. She had brought Chan Ki and So Mi.

"Hello everyone." they both greeted.

The others looked at them and nodded. They responded politely and there was no screaming or excitement from seeing famous people. Only Jin Kang looked impressed.

"Ho, these gardens will be popular if everyone knows that two beautiful celebrities planted the flowers."

She was definitely going to take pictures and include them in the school brochures.
