"Let me continue after the cooldown of my 'Blood Purification.'"

Dekan looked at the card with satisfaction.

It seemed to cause a decent amount of pain to the enemies.

It wasn’t a surprise, he was the one who created this card.

After two minutes, Dekan gave Viscount Augustine another session of blood evaporation therapy.

The vampire regained consciousness amidst groans of pain.

But, before he could open his eyes, a heavy blow from a blunt weapon made him faint again.

Doctor Dekan and Nurse Cornelia continued in this cycle.

After about an hour, they finally purified Viscount Augustine into a flawless and pure vampire husk.

"Ah, what a waste of material."

Dekan looked at the vampire's corpse with regret.

If his rank were higher, he could have used this body as material for crafting cards.

Perhaps he could have created an excellent rare card that could bind his soul to bring out of the Shadow World.

Unfortunately, he couldn't handle tier 6 materials at the moment.

So, the two of them had no choice but to carry the dried vampire husk out of the mansion and toss it down from the cliff in the midst of the snowstorm.

The mission that Rebel Challengers had was to successfully summon Viscount Augustine. Once Viscount Augustine was successfully summoned by the Challengers, he would be sent to the Challengers’ home world to wreak havoc.

But by killing Viscount Augustine, this threat no longer existed.

This was why Dekan was confident in letting the twin sisters summon Viscount Augustine.

If it would cause other disasters, he would find a way to ensure that at least one of the sisters would survive.

The two of them quickly ran back to the mansion, closed the door, and went upstairs in a relaxed manner.

Tomorrow, they could play to their hearts’ content!

"I feel like I'll be too excited to sleep tonight."

Cornelia rubbed her hands and said.

"I understand. The night before an outing is always like this. I used to feel the same before coming to the Shadow World."

Dekan nodded in agreement with Cornelia's words.

Cornelia: "I can't wait for the next time."

Dekan: "When we all reach the fourth tier, we can play with Croix together. I wonder if he misses us."

Teacher Cat: "Meow... What will the students watching outside think? This isn't good for the school's image, meow..."

However, Dekan ignored the Teacher Cat and continued to chat with Cornelia.

Dekan: "We made quite a profit this time. After selling the spoils, we each take thirty percent and ten percent goes into the team's activity fund."

Teacher Cat: "Let's do it together again next time, meow!"

And so, the two of them, along with the cat, walked down the hallway, passing by room 202.

"Hmm?"

Cornelia suddenly furrowed her brow.

"What's wrong?"

Dekan looked at her with slight confusion.

It seemed Cornelia had sensed something.

"There's something strange going on in the room."

Cornelia pointed at room 202.

So, Dekan, who was closer to the door, leaned in, pressed his ear against the door, and listened to what was happening inside the room.

Faint sounds of anger came through.

"Miss, ahh, we can't continue anymore; we're already awake."

"Since I've already made the mistake, might as well go all the way..."

"Ahh... Miss..."

"Call me Lilith..."

..."

Dekan stealthily moved away from the door, his expression very complicated.

He didn't expect that his amplified desires would affect Lilith and her companion too.

It seemed he needed to raise his awareness of the danger level of the card "Rampant Desires" even more.

He wondered whether he had done something bad or good.

"What's wrong with them?"

Cornelia asked, her expression full of confusion.

She seemed worried about Lilith and the guard falling ill.

"It's nothing, don't worry. They're just doing some exercises that are good for their physical and mental health."

"Oh, I see."

Since Dekan said it was fine, Cornelia stopped worrying.

So, to avoid disturbing them, Dekan went back to room 204, while the Teacher Cat followed Cornelia and moved into room 205.

Strangely, this time the Teacher Cat was willing to stay with Cornelia. Perhaps it was afraid that being alone with Dekan might lead to retaliation.

Dekan looked at the Teacher Cat's disdainful expression and shook his head helplessly.

He had always been kind to it.

Was he really that terrifying?

Clearly not.

There was no teenager gentler than him in this world.

Dekan returned to his room after washing up and lay on the bed, seemingly lost in thought.

He felt like there was something important he hadn't done today.

So, he took out "Rampant Desires," looked at it, and then released a very small-scale "Rampant Desires."

Making sure it would only affect him.

If he had any desires in his heart, they might be magnified by "Rampant Desires," possibly even losing his sanity.

Of course, if his heart was pure, he wouldn't be affected.

"Good, my state of mind is calm. I should use this card to train my state of mind from time to time in the future."

Dekan said with satisfaction.

"If you have the ability to create a card with enemy detection, there wouldn't be so much trouble."

After a while, a familiar soft voice suddenly appeared in his mind.

"I can't create it; you know how difficult it is to add enemy detection to area magic!"

Dekan complained to his master.

"A lack of skill."

His master stated the fact indifferently.

Dekan furrowed his brow, seeming a bit annoyed.

"Is your desire being magnified by 'Rampant Desires'? You couldn't resist mocking me a couple of times now, right? It seems your mental fortitude is just that, Master."

"Say it again?"

"I'll say it again! What can you do about it? Old lady, if you dare, come out and fight me! If you lose, watch as I pin you down on the ground..."

As he said this, Dekan felt like his throat was being strangled.

"Ugh, ugh, ugh! I'm awake now! I was influenced by 'Rampant Desires,' so I said those incoherent words just now! Thank you, Master, for helping me regain my clarity! I have to rely on you at the most critical moments every time!" Dekan quickly called out anxiously.

"Hmph, I'll spare you this time, but just this once."

"Goodnight, Master!" Dekan's tone became quite respectful.

...

Until he was sure his master's thoughts had completely disappeared, Dekan covered his mouth. His lips finally couldn't help but curl up slightly. In reality, he wasn't affected at all; he just wanted some excitement. Seizing the opportunity to tease his master while pretending to be intoxicated by desires was a perfect way to absolve himself! What fun!

Daily mission (1/1).

In the future, he had another method to interact with his master.

With a content heart, Dekan turned off the lights and went to sleep.
