[Congratulations to BS-Rita / BS-Nivalis / BS-B8 – You've received: Block Duplication Ticket x1]

A glowing blue square-shaped Block card landed gently in front of them.

[Block Duplication Ticket] (1/1): Allows you to duplicate any one Block.

Just as Rita thought the announcements were over, the display above the steering wheel turned the page.

[Congratulations to BS-Rita / BS-Nivalis / BS-B8 for entering the Global Bumper Car Leaderboard]

1st Place: BS-Rita / BS-Nivalis / BS-B8 – Game Rating: 99

(Rating calculated from lit note count, lighting speed, how often they were hit, final bumper car speed, player kills, and other metrics)

Reward: Limited Edition Bumper Car x1

Note: If your team drops out of the top 10 before the game ends, the car will be reclaimed.

But it still wasn't over.

The pop-up flipped again—

[Calculating Block Dividends…]

(5% x 99 + 5% x 91 + 5% x 71)... (4% x 67 + 4% x 71 + 4% x 39)...

Numbers flickered across the display.

Final result: 52!

Blocks of various sizes began to rain down on them.

It was far more than Rita expected—she had overestimated how well other teams had performed.

The little gingerbread attendant was already waving them along to clear the field.

Rita quickly gathered up the 52 Blocks into a makeshift pile, hugged it close to her chest, and made her way toward the exit.

They weren't even off the field yet when the next wave of players—already holding tickets—began flooding into the arena. The first ones sprinted straight toward their bumper car.

As Rita reached the exit, a new prompt popped up.

[Game Fee: 3:45–4:45 Window]

She casually grabbed a Block from the pile in her arms and tossed it into the slot—covering the fee for all three of them.

No sooner had she paid when a milk-white, driverless bumper car pulled up in front of them and slowly rolled to a stop.

Rita's eyes immediately locked on it.

This was a bumper car completely constructed from micro-Blocks. At the center of the steering wheel was an ornamental Block—an ultra-miniature model of her, Nivalis, and B8017913 as they were when they entered the Bumper Car game.

Nivalis climbed into the driver's seat and gently ran a claw across the tiny model at the center of the wheel. As her claws made contact, music began to play.

This bumper car was infinitely more exquisite than anything they had used during the actual game.

The fusion of delicate Blocks and vehicle design created a mechanical beauty that was nearly dreamlike.

Nearby players who hadn't yet walked away turned to look.

One of them even walked up and asked if the car was for sale.

Rita immediately waved him off.

This was a reward earned through their collective effort.

She hadn't wanted to sell it before, and now that she'd read the item description and confirmed it wasn't restricted to Divine Game use only, she was even less willing.

This was a true collectible—a souvenir she could take out of the game and display back home on her personal kart track.

Now all she could do was pray they didn't get bumped off the leaderboard before the event ended.

She felt lucky—not only to be in the Fish Belly group, but that each minigame could only be played once, which prevented leaderboard farming.

After a brief exchange with the curious players, Rita hopped in with Nivalis and they drove off. She was starving, and they needed to sort out all the newly earned Blocks.

Nivalis drove toward the food trucks while the players they passed turned their heads in awe.

Rita dumped all the dividend Blocks into the back of the car. Thanks to her current size, the car had automatically resized and was now quite spacious.

She pulled out two new item shards and said,

"We'll use these dividend Blocks to pay our game fee and buy food."

Then she went back to organizing her stash.

She had 257 Blocks, including the boomerang.

Among them, she'd just obtained 11 new item shards, and with the two from the dividend pile, that totaled 13.

Most were part of 3-piece sets. The best was a 5-piece.

After reviewing them all, she determined none were worth collecting or using.

Once Nivalis and B8017913 passed on them too, she attached them to her armor for the time being—everything except the boomerang, which she'd keep. The rest would be sold later. freewёbnoνel.com

Next, she pulled out 500g worth of Blocks, shaped it into a large rectangular panel, and stuck it to her back. She planned to browse the shop again after lunch to check for new game console fragments.

Once she was done reorganizing, she began rebuilding her body.

With the boomerang and her current items, her Block count totaled 131.

She picked up the Block Duplication Ticket, told her companions she was about to use it, and duplicated the left controller of the game console.

While listing items in the shop didn't include detailed descriptions, the images were always visible—so she wasn't worried about accidentally buying back her own item.

With that done, she glanced over at the vending area.

"Stop the car. You two go line up for food—I'll check the shop real quick."

Nivalis: "Okay. We'll get grilled meat bowls."

Rita waved her off and jogged toward the vending area, the Block panel slung across her back.

[Game Machine That Loves Games] (1/9) – Price: 515g Blocks

New stock had appeared—but the price had gone up.

With this frequency of updates, Rita was really starting to wonder what the original owner of the game console was doing.

From the image, it looked like the joystick from the controller.

And it wasn't just this set—all item shard prices had risen slightly.

Even standard 3-piece fragments were now selling for at least 22g Blocks.

Heavier or more substantial fragments naturally went for more.

Rita was the type who might hesitate before committing to a plan, but once she did, she never looked back.

She pulled 15g Blocks off her body and bought the joystick.

Then she listed the duplicate left controller she'd just made—priced at 518g.

She also listed four other item shards, all priced according to the current market.

Once finished, she turned back to rejoin her group—planning to eat first, then come back later to check on the listings.

As she walked, she swapped out the placeholder sphere she'd used as the joystick and fitted in the genuine part.

She arrived back at the car… and paused.

Nivalis and B8017913 were still there.

Nivalis was leaning casually against the bumper car, chatting it up with several players.

B8017913, standing dutifully at the front of the car, was acting as her translator.

Rita: "…"
