Chapter 1794: Chapter 1794: Happiness

"But as long as it’s your wish, I’ll make it come true."

Justin Battleson’s voice was soft, each word piercing Charlotte Thompson’s heart and melting it.

She felt her heart was constantly being filled with a feeling called happiness.

Charlotte smiled softly, placing her palm on the back of Justin’s hand that was wrapped around her waist.

Neither had rings on their hands, and the skin that would have been separated by rings now touched closely, transmitting their warmth to each other.

At this moment, Charlotte turned her head slightly and gently planted a kiss on Justin’s cheek.

"Thank you, Justin."

Justin’s eyes flickered slightly as he looked at the beautiful, alluring face of Charlotte in front of him, his throat moving lightly, and finally, he let out a sigh. 𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦

Charlotte blinked in confusion as she saw this.

But before she could ask Justin why he sighed, he murmured an apology, and then lifted her chin to press a passionate kiss on her lips.

"Mmm..."

Charlotte murmured softly, her palm on Justin’s arm gently tightened.

She lightly pushed against Justin’s chest, but the action had no effect, instead causing Justin to hold her hand in his palm.

Pressed against his chest, Charlotte could even feel his strong heartbeat beneath his skin through his suit.

God knows what immense self-restraint Justin was using not to let go of Charlotte in front of him.

Charlotte’s eyes had a hint of red, with a lazy charm stealing across them, and the lipstick on her lips had been smudged quite a bit in the grinding exchange.

The tingling itch on her lips made Charlotte quickly cover her mouth with her hand.

She then gave Justin an annoyed glare, her muffled voice somewhat unclear.

"I spent all morning on my makeup."

"No matter what, my Charlotte is always the most beautiful," Justin said in a deep voice, pressing his tongue against his lip corner.

There was also a hint of redness there.

Justin, who was usually reserved in expressions, had a smile in his eyes now, and Charlotte found herself feeling hot-faced as she swiftly patted Justin’s shoulder.

"Alright, stop it, hurry and get ready."

"No rush, there’s still plenty of time," Justin was unwilling to spend even a second away from Charlotte.

Outside the dressing room, Annie Anne put her ear to the door, seemingly eavesdropping on the developments inside.

She finally sighed, with a smile on her lips, but a shadow of something passing through her eyes.

"Truly happy."

Then she took a deep breath to perk herself up, originally intending to check on the children, but as she turned, she found a person standing in front of her.

Annie, who had completely failed to notice this, was startled and almost shouted in surprise.

When did this person come to stand behind her, and why hadn’t she heard a single sound?

Annie, slightly panicked, took a step back. Estimating from the stature, the person seemed to be a girl, but her face was mostly covered by sunglasses.

Such attire naturally made Annie wary.

"Who are you?"

But as Annie looked at the visible part of the girl’s face, she suddenly felt it was somewhat familiar.
