Thrusted into a world ruled by women-Chapter 233: The whispering world

Nearly 5 months have passed, and the time everyone had to train was coming to an end. There was still a month and a half left until Eve’s plans were complete, but that time would pass by extremely quickly, just as the four and a half months did.

During this time, Eve’s own personal army had taken over the world, and everything went to shit.

The skies were grey, the land was dead, and the water was contaminated. The once lively planet was now a shell of its former self.

And what did Jin do about it? Absolutely nothing. He thought it was a necessary sacrifice for the greater good. He knew that she wouldn’t destroy the planet, so he wasn’t worried about that. Therefore, he continued to train.

Angela was showing now, which was pretty cool, though it wasn’t like Sandra, who was due any minute now.

He placed them in a pocket dimension where they had all the care they needed. He wasn’t going to risk their lives and the lives of their children in this upcoming battle. Angela was very upset that she couldn’t fight, but she told Jin that she would be there for him, and she’s working on a way to help.

Everyone’s comprehension of Laws skyrocketed during this time. After all, it had been years in the time dimension, so it was natural that they were becoming stronger by the day, but everyone was progressing faster than Jin expected.

As he was about to take a break, he suddenly heard something call out to him.

’Help! Help, please! It hurts!’

"Huh?" Jin looked around, not understanding who was calling him.

’Help me!’

He could tell that the voice was shouting, but it sounded very faint.

"Is it coming from outside?" He left the pocket dimension and stepped back into the world.

’Help! It hurts! She’s hurting me! Please!’

Now Jin could understand who was calling out to him. 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

"The will of the world? What’s wrong? Why are you screaming?"

’Nexus! My nexus!’ The voice disappeared.

"The world is hurting? It wants me to help? And Nexus?" Jin put it all together rather quickly.

"The world is hurting because something is happening to its nexus energy, and it needs my help." He called everyone for a meeting.

"The world is alive?"

"What is the will of the world?"

"Are you speaking nonsense?"

’Ahh, that’s right, they don’t know about this. Welp, time for a history lesson.’ Jin was so used to speaking to people who knew about worlds and their wills that he began this meeting without giving context

"Ahem, okay, so, worlds are alive. Like, they are living creatures. They have a consciousness. Just like us humans, they can die, extend their lifespan, and so on. In fact, they are the ones who cause extinction events until they find a species they like." He told them.

"Wait, what? Seriously?!" Anyssa asked, her eyebrow raised

Jessa couldn’t help but laugh at the absurdity of his claims. "Jin, that sounds like a bunch of bull, but since it’s coming from you, I’ll believe it."

"Yes, seriously. I spoke to the will of the world when we were being attacked by the Láspi. Anyway, the world has an energy called Nexus energy. It is extremely vital to its survival. If it runs out, then the world is fucked."

"So this is why you said that the world needs help, and it had called to you?" Addison asked

"Yes. I don’t know who or what is causing the world to suffer, but if I had to guess, then it’s Eve."

"Why do you think it’s her, Jin?" It was Jerrica who asked this.

"I think she wants to empower my old body. I could be wrong, though, so don’t quote me on that."

"Why would she need to empower your old body?"

"Because she won’t be able to use 100 percent of my former abilities if she doesn’t. Well, even if my former body is strengthened, she still wont be able to use 100 percent, so she wants it to be as strong as it can be. I’d say she’ll reach around 50 to 70 percent of my old body’s power. But that remaining 30 percent is simply my knowledge and spells. And that’s with the current me."

"Phew, thank the goddess that your old body isn’t at its prime." Angela sighed in relief.

"Angie, 30 percent of my old body is enough to destroy planets, and that’s still overkill."

"Oh. So we’re still fucked, got it."

He laughed. "No. I can destroy the planet as I am now. In fact, all of you can as well. You’re planet busters, haha."

"W-We can destroy the planet?" Oculia touched her face since her main abilities were with her eyes. She couldn’t even imagine destroying the world, let alone having the power to do so.

"Don’t worry, it takes a lot to destroy a planet, so even if you have the power to do so, it’s still hard to destroy it. It’s like knowing you can make a dent in a super-hard metal, but if you try to punch it, you will break your hand in the process."

This made them feel better, but only slightly. They didn’t want to feel like walking on eggshells.

"So what do we do when we find whatever is happening to the planet?"

"It’s simple." Jin stood up. "We stop it."

"That’s it? Sounds...basic."

"Well, it’s not like we have to formulate a crazy plan now that you all are this powerful. It’s already been four and a half months since you all started comprehending laws, and in the time dimension, that’s like over 100 years. I believe in you all."

"Okay. Let’s go see what’s going on!" Jessa got up and was ready to roll.

"Mom and I will check out things first. Just in case there is something going on, I don’t want to walk into a trap that leads to all of us becoming screwed with no one to save us."

"Just don’t take long." Lacena smiled. "I want to see this Nexus thing you’re talking about."

"Okay, see ya. Practice while we’re gone. Try to keep up mom."

"Ha! Son, I’m significantly faster than I was previously."

"Heh, alright." Jin vanished. He didn’t teleport; he flew that fast.

"S-Shit!" Jessa chased after him, trying to keep up.
