Chapter 129: Chapter 129; Open the door, it’s me...

"Fei Fei, come over here... I will take you home, honey; you are so beautiful, Darling." The Sixth Master Huo in the North spoke up with his hand stretched out calling out to her.

"Fei Fei... Come over, the kids are waiting for you back at home!" The other Sixth Master Huo in the South also stretched his hand out calling out to her.

She took two steps to the South before turning around and gazing at the Sixth Master Huo in the North. Sixth Master Huo hadn’t used the word Darling in addressing her. She turned around and walked to the North, but this man was smiling the way Sixth Master Huo didn’t, and then, Sixth Master Huo knew the relationship between her and the kids wasn’t strong.

"Momma, over here... Come over." She suddenly heard Twilight’s voice; she turned around and faced that girl in the East; no, this wasn’t Twilight.

"Fei Fei... What are you doing? Come over here." Another voice sounded, calling her over; it was Xu Xie.

"Xu Xie... Is that you?" Her eyes immediately brightened seeing Xu Xie standing there with her hand stretched out.

"Hehe... Come over, beautiful; I will take you home!" The way that face was smiling gave her goosebumps. She stood there gazing in all directions as she rotated; those faces that did seem familiar and unfamiliar consecutively smiled at her, calling her over.

"Momma... Clear your mind..."

"Breath in and out... Clear your mind!"

She suddenly heard that unique and familiar voice sounding beside her. This voice was more genuine than the one in front of her. frёeωebɳovel.com

She closed her eyes and tried to clear her mind as age was being instructed by that voice. She snapped her eyes open, and she could see Twilight in front of her.

"What happened?" Her heart immediately lumped to her throat, feeling suffocated as her heart heavily thumped on her chest, and her face turned pale.

"We need to get away from here, we need to move... This place seems to be enchanted! You can easily die in the dreams... Whatever you saw, were just dreams." She held her shoulders as she assisted her to get up, and they hurriedly strode away before they could fall into another mystery dream, Tang Fei still confused about whatever happened in her mind.

Everything seemed and looked so real that she was unable to identify them as illusions coming from the dreams! How did they manipulate her mind? Or was it the unconsciousness?

"Did you see anything?" Tang Fei was frightened and could still see those lingering images that felt so real! She wondered if her sister truly felt like she had stolen her chance to stay alive. Did she truly hate her?

"No! I didn’t get enchanted as I had noticed and even came across such a situation a few months ago! Did you see anything frightening? You don’t have to believe any of that, they are just passing dreams that are just illusions created out of what you are afraid of losing." They got over to a small stream, washed their faces, and took a few sips of water before progressing. Finally, they were out of that enchanted area, and they could feel a different fresh air circulating around them.

She was frightened by the fact that a person could completely die in that dream! It wasn’t a pleasant dream; even Zhihao had lifted a knife against her; what else was she going to think of the future, knowing she had replaced their biological mother? Would they hate her? What about Sixth Master Huo? What would he think of her?

They finally came across another hut; the place seemed to be the least dense. They checked the surroundings and thought of spending a night there. Their bodies were too exhausted to move, and it was getting darker and unsafe to walk out there.

She sat down on the grassland as she lifted her hand and gazed at that sparkling gem. Her eyes instinctively watered feeling helpless.

"Where are you Ting Cheng..."

"Why haven’t you come over?"

"I can’t hold on much longer!" She was scared of what could be in that forest in the wilderness all by themselves, apart from the enchanted area, probably the place had wild animals and wolves that would wolf them down.

The pirates also were moving across the forest, getting caught once again was a matter of hours. How could such a feeble body rescue her from all these? She was already dragging Twilight down and she didn’t want anything to happen to them.

"Mommaaaa..." Twilight felt sad seeing her crying so helplessly and she couldn’t do anything about it. Her leg was injured and this new body of hers was too weak to make any substantial moves.

"I’m sorry Twilight!" She didn’t want to feel like this, but what else could she do? While crying and thinking of what they could do next, they suddenly heard rumbles of a chopper, with frightened faces, they hurried back into this new hut closing the door and leaning against it.

The chopper was hovering at that spot and seemingly the rumbles got louder and louder like it was lowering coming closer.

"Momma! This isn’t feasible! What are we going to do?" The door of the hut was too weak and creaking, it was just a stone throw away and the entire mud house would crumble into a pile of mud.

Tang Fei didn’t know what to say! She didn’t know if it was time to give up struggling!

"Fei Fei.... Are you in there? Fei Fei..." They suddenly heard that gentle and soothing voice she hadn’t heard for the last one month! An entire month has gone by and could still recognise that voice.

"Ting Cheng..." She was slightly worried and wondered how he managed to find her in the middle of nowhere but luckily, it was before the pirates found them.

"Open the door, it’s me." Ting Cheng’s raspy voice sounded just across the door. He was here, he has arrived! But how did he manage to locate her?
