Treasure Hunting System: The Ocean Conquerer-Chapter 666 - 305 Bubble World/Sea of Moisture
Looking at the situation inside the bubble, everyone was a bit puzzled. They floated in its center, but there was nothing inside; it was no different from the outside world. They seemed to be enveloped by a thin, bubble-like film, with nothing particularly special about it.
Alka smiled and said, "Don't worry. Close your eyes and imagine it's like your own Dream Realm. Try to change the entire bubble." 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎
Hearing this, everyone closed their eyes, and Alka watched with a smile. However, as the bubble began to change, his smile instantly vanished. He opened his mouth wide, trying to warn them, but he was clearly a step too late.
Everyone began controlling the bubble's changes, just as they would in their own Dream Realm. But the bubble was only so large, and with several people imagining changes simultaneously, conflict immediately arose. Each person wanted to alter something different.
The myriad imagined changes transformed the interior of the bubble into fragmented pieces, all compressing and squeezing against each other.
BOOM! A loud explosion erupted.
Before they could open their eyes and break their concentration, they were instantly flung out by a massive impact. They were ejected from the bubble like bullets, piercing the membrane and flying away.
The commotion immediately attracted the Dream World creatures throughout the Palace.
A giant, white entity instantly flew over, circling the bubble. It completed one circuit and immediately stabilized the bubble, which was on the verge of collapse, then curled its tail to catch Alka, who had been thrown out.
Several Fifth Stage misty creatures flew over. Arriving a step too late, they caught the others, pulling them onto their forms.
Alka felt himself crash into something soft. He looked.
It was an elongated, pure white misty creature, resembling a long tornado cloud with a lengthy, trailing wake.
"Thanks, White Roll," Alka said, floating up. He patted the misty creature before him and smiled in appreciation.
The misty creature named White Roll formed a smile. With a gentle sway from the creature, Alka leaned slightly and moved away.
This was an entity that had recently joined their kingdom. A Fifth Stage misty creature.
The misty creatures that had caught the others to prevent them from flying further also departed; they too had joined recently.
"What just happened?" Jason asked, rubbing his shoulder.
Fortunately, they were in the Dream Realm, and still within Alka's Palace. Although the impact had been strong, this was, after all, a world within the Dream Realm, so injuries healed quickly with Alka's help.
Seeing everyone's questioning gazes, Alka smiled awkwardly.
"My miscalculation," he admitted. "I didn't expect that all of you trying to change it at the same time would conflict and result in such an explosion."
"Let me adjust it again."
Alka spoke as he led everyone back to the bubble, which had nearly been destroyed by the earlier impact. Thankfully, White Roll had come over and quickly repaired it. Otherwise, the explosion might have affected the entire Palace.
Returning to the bubble, Alka modified the transparent sphere, dividing it into equal portions and assigning one to each person.
"Alright, now each of you has your own section," Alka explained. "Any changes you want to make can only be actualized within your assigned portion. This way, you won't conflict with each other."
Upon hearing this, everyone immediately began to alter their sections again.
Soon, the Dream Bubble was complete, its sections showcasing entirely different styles, as if randomly assembled modules had been pieced together. Each area now possessed its own unique style.
Pororo gazed at his own section, which had transformed into an oceanic zone with roaring winds and towering tsunamis sweeping through. He scratched his shiny forehead.
"So, what's the use of this?" he wondered. "Isn't this still just like my own Dream World? What's the difference?"
Chadite observed the surrounding changes.
Julia even reached out, extending her hand directly into a dreamscape constructed by another person. Her hand passed through easily.
"I see," Julia murmured.
Witnessing this, the others instantly understood the principle behind the bubble and its unique feature. They understood: their own individual Dream Bubbles, were they to create them, could only be entered by Alka. Conversely, they themselves could only enter Dream Bubbles that Alka created. This capability stemmed from Alka's unique Dream Realm attributes and his power and authority within the Dream World.
Ordinarily, they couldn't enter each other's personal Dream Realms. The only other way was through a deep soul linkage, like the one used when they rescued Alka previously. However, such a method was impractical for this purpose and risked mutual interference. Besides, the linkage back then had been possible primarily because Lucilia was essentially still in a soul state—a post-death state. For living individuals like themselves, achieving such a deep linkage wouldn't be easy, nor would it be simple to undo.
"The changes we construct within our sections—can others also interact with and use them?" Chadite asked.
"Correct," Alka confirmed. "You could even set up an arena in one section and fight without holding back. The key is that the owner of that section must not participate in the fight. Instead, they should add properties to their section, much like in their own Dream Realm, to ensure the combatants cannot die.
"This is because if the section's creator also participates, their thoughts or instincts during the battle could inadvertently inflict severe harm on their opponents, which would defeat the purpose of training and competition, turning it into an unbeatable game for the creator."
