Four gigantic, blood-red, muscular monsters, each over five meters tall, stood before them. Surrounding these behemoths were many other monsters of various shapes, all with fierce, even disgusting, expressions.

These monsters formed a defensive line, firmly guarding the front of the flower house.

Alka and the others had gathered, looking at the enemies ahead.

A hundred soldiers accompanied them.

The monsters ahead continuously roared and snarled at them, as if they might rush forward at any moment to tear them apart.

But even in this situation, the monsters still stood firmly in place, not moving an inch forward.

"The Energy of fear is still gathering," Jason said.

"We can't wait any longer," Jilenna said, her brow furrowed.

They couldn't just watch as the enemies completed their ritual.

Just as she finished speaking, invisible waves began to spread around. As the waves swept over their bodies, except for Alka, everyone involuntarily shivered as a hint of fear rose in their hearts, though they quickly brushed it aside.

It appeared the ritual had begun.

Jilenna raised the sword in her hand, ready to charge.

Akka immediately stopped her. "Don't rush. Give it a little more time."

Hearing Akka's words, Jilenna frowned at him but eventually lowered her hand, standing in place to wait.

Waves carrying an aura of fear began to spread outward in concentric circles.

The morale of some soldiers clearly faltered; their hands, gripping their weapons, started to tremble slightly. The fear in their hearts was rapidly growing; if they didn't act soon, they would start to collapse.

Yet the monsters in front kept roaring.

Crystal-clear antlers grew from Alka's head, and a pink mist spread around him. The invisible waves of fear were blocked, instantly swallowed by the mist and absorbed into it.

With the waves unable to penetrate, the soldiers' moods quickly recovered. The pink mist enveloping them gave them an extremely calming sensation. It was as if everyone's spirit had received a shield of protection.

Alka looked at the characters appearing on the communication mirror in his hand, a smile spreading across his face. "It's here," he said.

WHOOSH!

Mechanical devices, positioned at nodes in six different directions, shot blue beams of light into the sky. The light from these beams was as vibrant as a spring day.

Everyone in the city who was outside saw these beams and looked skyward.

Soon, the blue beams of light merged into a single beam in the sky.

Simon appeared beside them.

His right hand had transformed into a large columnar structure covered with regular cracks, from which blue light burst forth. It looked as if this huge columnar structure might shatter and explode at any moment.

"Jason! Come help me!"

Hearing Simon's shout, Jason quickly moved to the front of the columnar structure. A large quantity of crystals appeared from Jason's hand, forming a scaffold-like structure that stabilized the column.

"I can barely control it! Help me aim."

"No problem. Watch me." Jason smiled and even constructed a translucent crystal aiming lens on the columnar structure, taking aim at the enemy formation.

"Fire!"

At Jason's loud shout, a massive surge of Energy erupted.

The Magic Power in the surroundings was depleted in an instant, creating an almost suffocating feeling. They could clearly feel a vast wave of Energy passing over their heads. The ground beneath their feet shook under the immense pressure, kicking up clouds of dust that enveloped them.

The massive beam of light crashed into the enemy formation in the blink of an eye.

For an instant, the entire world fell silent.

Dazzling blue light expanded outward like a sphere.

Chadite reached out and, with a grasping motion, gathered the surrounding light into his hand.

As the light vanished, everyone saw the devastation this attack had wrought.

One blood-red monster lay completely still on the ground, devoid of life. The one next to it had a huge gash in its arm and abdomen and was clearly half-crippled. Only the two blood-red monsters that were farther away managed to climb up, apparently unharmed. Besides them, among the surrounding horde, only the monsters at the very edge remained alive.

"Charge!" Jilenna shouted, raising her longsword.

The soldiers, who had been stunned into stillness by the attack, heard her shout and immediately charged forward, letting out battle cries.

The entire team's morale soared; the attack had instilled in them boundless courage.

A flower resembling a trumpet bloomed on Jilenna's back. She leaped directly from where she stood. The flower jetted out Energy, enabling Jilenna to make a long-distance leap and even glide through the air.

Thorns had already entwined the longsword she held. Gripping her thorn-entwined longsword, she landed directly on the tall monster's back. The sword plunged completely into its body, and the thorns began to spread from the wound.

Jilenna had already engaged one of the monsters. Judging by their combat styles, it wouldn't take long for her to finish it off. After all, these monsters had been forcibly created through a ritual.

Meanwhile, Simon sat resting where he was; his Magic Power had been almost completely consumed by that last attack.
