Trevor couldn’t help but zone out a bit while working.

Thinking about her being with Ian made his heart ache slightly.

So he tried to keep himself busy, allowing no time to think about it.

He was making an effort to adjust, and his focused work demeanor was indeed very charming.

At the office door.

Mia Lane paused, watching the warm red glow of the sunset streaming through the window, enveloping the figure at the desk. He stood tall and handsome.

The laptop was open in front of him, his right hand holding the mouse, fully absorbed in work.

It wasn’t until Mia stepped inside that Trevor looked up, "..." Regaining his composure, he closed the laptop, "Why are you here?"

"Brother." Mia smiled lightly as she approached him, "How are you doing? Are you adjusting well?"

"Not bad." Trevor stood up, "Would you like coffee or tea?" he began to offer.

"Tea, please." She looked at him, "I haven’t had coffee in a long time."

"Alright." Trevor went to the pantry and quickly returned with a cup of Pu’er tea, "I just brewed this."

"Thank you." Mia accepted the cup with both hands.

She slowly glanced around the room, feeling an inexplicable sense of emotion, "Still keeping it the same, huh?"

Trevor also took a look around, "Dad had good taste. The office’s Chinese style is better for Feng Shui, beneficial for business growth, so I don’t plan on changing it."

"Even Justin Kingston believes in Feng Shui." Mia couldn’t help but chuckle, "It’s strange, the more accomplished someone is, the more they believe in Feng Shui."

"All rich people do." Trevor looked at her, "What brings you here today?"

"I was just passing by and thought I’d come up to see you. It’s almost time to get off work, right?"

"Yeah, taking a cue from Dad, work efficiently during the day, no overtime at night, early to bed and early to rise."

Mia gazed at him, nodding. She thought, is he aware that Jocelyn and Ian are together now?

Is he still waiting for Jocelyn?

But it seemed, from the depths of her brother’s eyes, there was a faint trace of sadness.

"Brother." Mia held her tea cup and tried to ask, "Have you been in touch with Jocelyn recently?"

Trevor thought for a moment, "Hmm, I guess so."

"You both..." Mia hesitated, unsure how to ask.

Trevor was straightforward, smiling gently as he spoke warmly, "He’s with Dr. Shelby now."

So brother knows?

Mia watched his expression. He seemed accepting, yet his smile held a hint of sadness.

"I gave them my blessings." Trevor looked at his sister with unimaginable warmth, "And you? Did you know about it too?"

Mia was momentarily stunned, then nodded and took another sip of tea, "I only found out today too."

A brief silence filled the office.

Is the whole world offering their blessings?

After a while, Mia drank half of her tea. She looked up and asked, "They haven’t been together long, have they?"

"No." Trevor nodded, "Not for long." It seemed he, the outsider, didn’t want to discuss this topic much, "Where were you coming from?"

"I told you, just passing by. Oh right, Ethan has grown taller." Mia changed the subject, remembering the little boy, her eyes softened with tenderness, "He mentioned today it’s been a while since he saw you."

Mia added, "He really likes you."

"I’ll go see him after work." Trevor said, "Today’s work is almost done."

Mia suggested, "Let’s go over there together? I didn’t drive today."
