UNLIMITED SPEED-Chapter 480 480. LIGHT AND SPEED
A tear opened in the fabric of space and a bright portal expanded, to allow the passage of a certain young-looking man.
Noah regained his awareness in the blue skies of Cregar. His feet landed on a dense platform of air and he ignored the wave of panels that flashed in his eyes. Or rather. A silver screen appeared before him and those messages popped in, like a computer.
This was the first. The systems notification had always been in his eyes, or around the peripherals of his vision. It would seem a change had been made.
Noah waved his hand at the screen and it dispersed, he would check out its contents later.
But there was one thing he couldn't dismiss, and that was the feeling of power that filled him now. His levels finally added up and he broke into the fourth tier, according to the system.
The sky darkened at that point.
His immediate arrival triggered the breakthrough process that those of Cregar underwent. Truth be told Noah hadn't expected that, but he was eager to test his strength, nonetheless.
His power felt boundless, But he knew he had limits.
An immense dark cloud converged above him, and the sound of thunder shook the regions below him.
Noah caught sight of tier 3 flying beasts leaving the area. He had arrived above a forest in a location he knew he had not been to before.
That wasn't an issue, however, since a massive boulder suddenly appeared in his line of sight. It crashed into his figure and directly turned to dust, however.
Bits of rocks flying at dangerous speeds fanned out into the world and the lands below him suffered the event.
Noah had not moved from his position. His body had handled the entirety of that event. He didn't even feel it.
He lowered his gaze to watch the formation of a certain figure.
Cregar's Avatar unfolded in his eyes. The terrain directly shattered to give way to that event, but something changed. The rocks forming the massive figure suddenly lacked the will that put them together forcing them to return to normal stone.
Noah watched that scene, and his mind came to a few conclusions. He believed that the fact that the boulder had done nothing to him made Creagar re-evaluate him.
He was right, since the cloud grew smaller, but rose in power.
Noah felt his eyes open to a new world and he saw hundreds to thousands of thin rope-like structures latching onto him. They filled the world around him. Still, he wasn't in a realm bound by the world. So he simply applied his aura and watched those ropes break.
The event caused the cloud above him to grow more violent. His mind sensed the power properly entering the fourth tier and growing in it.
Noah had already gained the ability to properly gauge the level of the world around him. The lands of the Cusk nation had a limit at the very peak of the third tier. Anything above that quality of power would decimate it. 𝗳𝔯𝙚e𝒘e𝚋𝘯𝚘ν𝙚l.𝑐o𝙢
An explosion of power unfolded before him, however, and he felt forced to take a few steps back.
Thanks to his added levels Noah would now be ranked halfway past the lower stage. The aura that filled the world around him desired to meet that level, but it couldn't.
That tribulation was meant for those crossing over into the fourth tier. Any more. and Cregar would break its own system.
A huge tornado formed below the very center of the converging cloud. Cold winds swept the lands. The size and power of the tornado being able to lift whole chunks of the terrain.
It was a spectacular sight that Noah knew he could achieve, but he simply watched.
A humanoid figure formed within the tornado, and an almost solid figure appeared before him.
He wondered if it was ready to fight him, but he doubted. He was right again.
Huge strands of electricity lit up the dark lands and a huge blue bolt of lighting fell on the humanoid mass of highly condensed air.
The sky shook as the blinding blue flash swept the lands. Its radiance remaining visible for many miles. Some saw it and approached it.
Noah found his eyes capable of piercing the light, however. He didn't even struggle or squint. His body had truly become amazing.
He saw that the lightning bolt dealt no damage to the avatar. Rather, it condensed into a crackling armor.
The light died down and the armored figure was revealed to the world. Its power had grown thanks to that merging.
It wasn't done, however. The ambient temperature plunged and a huge portion of the forest below them directly turned to ice and shattered as a result of the rumbling going on in the sky. f𝓇𝘦𝒆𝘄𝑒𝗯𝑛𝗼ѵ𝙚l.𝒄𝘰𝓶
Noah watched those icy chucks shatter and converge on his preparing opponent.
A huge sword manifested and the figure took hold of it. Its aura blazed at that point, and it seemed ready to move when it sensed something.
A certain staleness swept the world around Noah and he watched cracks open on the armored figure providing it with an expression. Its countenance suggested confusion.
Noah revealed a cold smile at that point. "Cregar is aware of me now. I cannot hide my other affinities," Noah smiled as he allowed his aura to surge.
His power was so dense it turned visible. A silver aura unfolded into the world. Many kilometers saw this event occur. And it wasn't pleasant.
Truth be told, immediately Noah had seen the floating screen he knew there were a few things that would kick into action. One of them would be his immediate advancement and the other would be the manifestation of his Death lord title.
But not only that, he had sensed the addition of two new affinities. One was rare. While the other came as a result of his new state. But it was still weird, even if completely understood it thanks to his newly gained memories.
"The affinity of light, and Speed," Noah muttered as he spread his arms and felt the lands crumble under the weight of his presence. He felt like a god.
The cloud above him resumed its rumbling. But the world experienced a sudden rise in temperature, as a blinding light unfolded in the world.
A blinding beam of immense power and light originated from Noah's figure to smash into the huge avatar.
The searing beam of pure silver light immersed the avatar in its structure, and its residue bent ninety degrees towards the cloud. Creating a huge hole in its many layers.
The event was so bright it could be seen from far away.
