Untamed: The Alpha-Chapter 570 THINGS ARE GETTING COMPLICATED
Chapter 570 THINGS ARE GETTING COMPLICATED
"Come closer to me," Knox said weakly. He tried to wave his hand toward July to bring over their daughter as well.
Seeing that, July complied immediately, she didn't know what his plan was, but she knew for sure that Knox wouldn't hurt their daughter. He would do everything to make sure that she was safe.
With that in her mind, July came closer to Knox with Rhea in her arms, the little girl looked so pale, as if she would faint anytime soon, she was exhausted from the pain, but even so, the pain was still unbearable.
She whimpered because she was too tired to scream.
The sight of his daughter made Knox's heart ached so badly. He hoped Zuri knew what to do or at the very least, he could get any clue from Chaos, since he was there.
"You will feel… a little bit dizzy, but hold on…" Knox spoke in so much difficulty, he felt his inside burning, he couldn't believe Rhea felt the same pain as him.
"Okay," July complied, her hair looked like a mess, as tears streamed down her cheeks, she was trying to think rationally at this moment, but then she barely could pull herself through this.
Knox didn't waste his energy anymore, as he hugged July, who was holding Rhea close to her chest, as he concentrated. From the look of it, it seemed, he only had one last chance to make a jump, otherwise, the second chance would be so much difficult.
Not to mention the distance was so great, even in his good state, it would be difficult for him to teleport the three of them straight to the McKeltar manor.
But he did it…

Ciara watched as everything unfolded before her eyes, she couldn't believe the tree could be revived and not only that, Aaron managed to control this dead tree.
"What now?" Ciara asked the devil. "Will you start now?"
"Absolutely." Aaron grinned from ear to ear, as he watched the end result of what he had done.
Black butterflies fluttered from the hole on the tree bark, as it filled the sky. It would start in this area, but sooner or later, it would infect many places as well.
Supernatural creature probably wouldn't be infected by it, but human surely wouldn't stand a chance against this.
Aaron smiled brightly to see what he had done. There was only one last step from his grand plan and it would be easier now that Chaos was not in his good shape, as he managed to make his realm collapsed.
"You can go back to the McKeltar manor and start from there," Aaron spoke lightly, he looked so carefree, because he was sure this time, he would be able to destroy Chaos and everything that dear to him, especially that girl…
Absolutely that girl would be his main target.

Zuri sat down next to Chaos, as he was still unconscious. She held his hand and felt how cold he was. If Chaos was a mere human, she would think that he had died long time ago.
But the movement from his chest and the fact he was a supernatural creature, a mortal one, gave her a relief.
Zuri had never been so glad that Chaos was a mortal. However, the real trouble would happen when he woke up, because she didn't know how he would be.
Chaos had destroyed a few cities in two occasions and those events was a mark for the change for human realm, where this country was divided into a few part, as the human created a military strength to fight the supernatural creature, thinking they were a danger, even though they had lived side by side for years without them knowing about it.
"Chaos, what we should do now? Everything falls apart and I don't even know what to do. Can you wake up and tell me? I am so lost…" Zuri whispered pitifully, her voice was trembling, as she brought his hand and kissed his knuckles. She closed her eyes and imagined their normal life in the Hakan village.
That life felt like decades ago. She wanted nothing but to live her life with him that way. Why it was so difficult?
Silence ensued inside the room, as the sky turned darker and the night fell.
But soon, the quiet room was disturbed when Nathen knocked on the door repeatedly, as if he was in hurry.
"Zuri! You need to see this! Knox is here, he is here with July and her daughter!" Until now, only a handful people, who knew that Rhea was Knox's daughter and none of them wanted anyone else to know more about it.
Hearing that, Zuri immediately stood up, she let go Chaos's hand and with one last glance, she hurried toward the door.
"Where are they?" Zuri asked, as she walked along the corridor, Nathen followed beside her hastily, as he told her that they were inside Knox's bedroom.
It had been a while, since there was someone occupied that room. Knox rarely entered the room when July left the McKeltar manor and he used to be outside, hunting down all Chaos's shattered soul, as if he wanted to distract himself from the pain of losing the woman that he loved.
Zuri hastened her pace when she heard that, despite not coming here often, she knew this place like the back of her hand, because there was nothing change here, as if time had frozen over.
The first thing that Zuri heard when she approached the bedroom was; July's cry. She spoke something incoherently.
"July, what happened?" Zuri opened the door and watched how Knox had passed out and Rhea was also in the same condition. Both of them laid on the bed, while July was wailing upon seeing the two most important people in her life fell unconscious. She was so scared, as she imagined the worst.
