Chapter 732: Chapter 732: Arriving at the Venue as a Fan

Xiang Yu had expected the other party to pull out a phone and call for backup, but he had not anticipated such a direct approach. The young girl, though young in years, clearly had no shortage of experience.

Ordinary people would have been terrified at her shout and then capitulate.

But Xiang Yu and his companions were well-traveled individuals and were not intimidated by her yelling. The three of them stood there, watching her scream with apparent enjoyment.

The girl was surprised by their nonchalant expressions, an uncommon sight. Usually, those damn men would have been scared stiff by now. She knew these men all too well: they wanted to sneak around behind their partners’ backs but were too afraid to let anyone find out, always slinking around in the shadows.

Yet these three seemed unafraid. After the girl had shouted twice, she looked at Xiang Yu with confusion and asked, "Aren’t you afraid of someone coming to catch you?"

"Afraid? Sure," Xiang Yu replied nonchalantly with a smile.

"If you’re afraid, then pay up," the girl said brazenly. But deep down she felt uneasy, for although Xiang Yu said he was scared, his face showed no sign of fear.

By now, others who seemed to be in league with her had heard the shouting and were approaching. This group made their living off of such schemes— if a deal couldn’t be struck willingly, they’d resort to force. The girl signaled to them, and they simply stood by the door without entering.

Xiang Yu did not want to waste his time with these types and made a gesture to Tie Zhuzi.

Tie Zhuzi understood, then walked over to the girl.

The girl thought Tie Zhuzi was coming to give her money and sat up straight with a smile on her face, pleased with herself.

But Tie Zhuzi, without a word, grabbed her by the neck and by the ankle and lifted her up. In a few strides, he reached the door and threw her out.

"Don’t think you look good just because you’re wearing makeup," Tie Zhuzi said disdainfully before he closed the door.

Just as the three of them were about to sit down, there was a violent hammering at the door. It seemed the girl had called for backup. The locals could easily summon help.

Tie Zhuzi stood up with reluctance and went to the door. Upon opening it, he saw two men standing outside, each holding a club and looking fierce.

But when they beheld Tie Zhuzi’s build, they were instantly dumbstruck.

"Who the hell do you think you are, knocking like that? Looking to get killed?" bellowed Tie Zhuzi, clearly annoyed.

The girl, meanwhile, sobbed from behind, "Big brother, it was him, he bullied me."

Tie Zhuzi pushed the two men aside, went up to the girl, and slapped her without hesitation.

"With a face as ugly as yours, don’t bother wearing makeup and scaring people, it’s nauseating just to look at you," Tie Zhuzi snapped before turning to the two men and adding, "And you, what are you doing with clubs late at night? You looking to get shot or something?"

As soon as he finished, Tie Zhuzi pulled a handgun from his coat and aimed it at them.

Both men, terrified, dropped to their knees with a thud. Their little gang frequently extorted others, specifically targeting those sneaking around for affairs who were also cowardly.

They had intended to swindle Xiang Yu but unexpectedly hit a snag.

"Big brother, we were blind not to recognize Mount Tai, please forgive the ignorance of us fools..."

The two men begged for mercy on their knees. Tie Zhuzi, clearly annoyed, gave each a kick and told them to leave. freēwēbηovel.c૦m

No wonder Xiang Yu insisted on staying at high-end hotels; he didn’t anticipate that these smaller establishments offered such ’services’.

After chasing them off, Xiang Yu and his company went to rest.

The car championship event would start at ten o’clock the next morning. Xiang Yu and his companions arrived at the venue just after nine, bought tickets, and were about to enter when they saw yesterday’s security guard brandishing a rubber baton, swaggering about.

Indeed, it’s in their nature that a wolf travels a thousand miles to eat meat, while a dog travels a thousand miles to eat shit.

Xiang Yu stepped forward and slapped the security guard on the head. The security guard was about to get angry, but when he saw it was Xiang Yu and his two companions, he was so frightened he almost sat down on the spot.

"Stand in the corner, and don’t leave before the end of the competition," Xiang Yu said irritably.

The security guard quickly nodded his head, then obediently stood in the corner. Seeing that the man was cooperative, Xiang Yu then walked inside.

By this time, the surrounding spectator seats were already filled with many people. These were all fans of the racers, waving flags, with words painted on their faces, looking very fervent.

The spectator area was roughly divided into four sections, each section supporting a different team. In Su Yongzhen’s fan section, there were mostly young people, and more girls than boys.

Tie Zhuzi said with jealousy, "This kid’s fans are even more numerous than mine, that’s not normal."

Xiang Yu went straight to Su Yongzhen’s spectator section, searched around for a while, but didn’t find the person from the TV.

"Big Brother Su is so handsome, did you guys watch the match? He had a huge lead, several minutes ahead of the second place," someone exclaimed.

"Of course I watched it; Su Yongzhen is the idol in my heart, I came here today just to watch him," declared another.

"Su Yongzhen will win!"

"I love him, I want to marry him," a girl confessed.

With no other choice, Xiang Yu sat in the back, listening to the screams of the girls in front, and could only sigh and say, "It seems there are benefits to being able to drive a car."

Tie Zhuzi complained, "I can drive too, why does no one want to marry me?"

The three of them were sitting there when suddenly Tie Zhuzi, unable to contain his resentment any longer, stood up and shouted, "Su Yongzhen looks like a woman; what’s so good about him?"

As soon as he spoke, the surroundings went quiet. Everyone’s eyes immediately focused on Tie Zhuzi, all of them filled with anger.

Anyone sitting here, except for Xiang Yu and his companions, was a fan of Su Yongzhen. They would not allow anyone to speak ill of him.

Seeing the hostile stares from all around, Tie Zhuzi didn’t know how to smooth things over and looked at Xiang Yu for help.

Xiang Yu coughed once, then stood up, pointed at Tie Zhuzi and shouted, "You dare to speak like that about my idol, that’s despicable! Are you a spy sent by the opponents?"

Tie Zhuzi: "..."

Xiao Xuan: "..."

"Exactly, speak up, are you a spy sent by someone else?" The crowd was full of accusatory tones, and they looked at Tie Zhuzi menacingly.

After all, these were all fans; they were all talk and no one really approached to trouble Tie Zhuzi.

Tie Zhuzi managed a forced smile, then turned to the crowd and said, "Actually, I am Su Yongzhen’s older brother. I’m just here to cheer for him, please don’t misunderstand."

Then the girls in the vicinity looked Tie Zhuzi up and down, murmuring in disbelief.

"Indeed, when the dragon gives birth to nine sons, each one is different. Look how handsome Su Yongzhen is, whereas this big oaf is so ugly."

"Exactly, I can’t imagine how their mother gave birth to them."

Tie Zhuzi: "..."
