Villain transmigration: The doll maker.-Chapter 108:Finally
The young Lucian stood in front of the mirror, looking at his clean appearance, and smiled to himself. He had waited three months for this day, planned meticulously for two years while secretly avoiding all detection.
It was hard, to go unnoticed with all the security guards and CCTV installed in almost every place including his bedroom.
His parents were really determined to keep him on a leash.
He smoothed his suit and adjusted his bow tie.
"Lucian hurry, we’re late already!"
A harsh voice came from his mother.
"Coming."
Lucian walked towards the door and opened it and met his well-dressed mother who had a smile on her face.
His gaze moved down to her stomach which was slightly bulging and he clenched his teeth.
’A new son, the heir’
He had heard his mother and father celebrate just a few months ago.
Lucian already despised the kid in extension, the little thing was coming to inherit his blood and sweat not a chance.
"Let’s go, your grandfather will be angry if you’re late again. "
’So I’m taking the blame again huh!’
Today was his maternal grandfather’s seventieth birthday and they had managed to invite every wealthy person available in the city.
Their family wealth had grown considerably thanks to him but of course, he didn’t get any credit not like he needed it.
Lucian felt like mass shooting everyone in the room since most of them would be his abusers, he was sure of it.
The thoughts of bets that were placed on his life were almost unimaginable and disgusting.
"Be careful, you’ll knock me over. Walk behind me!"
His mother harshly whispered to him. Lucian rolled his eyes. Wasn’t that stupid, if he wanted he could just push her and she would roll down the stairs.
The thought made his blood boil but he restrained himself.
He felt those disgusting eyes assessing his body as they walked down the stairs but he ignored them all.
They came to a stop in front of an old man who looked barely alive despite being only in his seventies.
’Nicotine can really fuck you up huh’
Lucian covered his mouth to prevent the amused chuckle from escaping.
"Good evening father, how have you been doing?"
His mother greeted him in a disgustingly sweet voice. His grandfather looked down at her stomach at the small bulge.
"How is my grandson?"
Lucian was ignored as if he didn’t exist. The old crook had already categorized him as tainted from the bad reputation he had apparently brought to the family.
"He’s doing fine, growing like a shoot."
His father answered before his mother could respond. His eyes went over to Lucian, warning in them before he turned his attention to the old man.
"I’ll take my leave."
No one responded. He didn’t care. Lucian had a mission in mind.
His eyes scanned the large ballroom and made sure everyone was inside.
Every face that had tormented him, he didn’t care that there were innocent people inside the ballroom only his revenge mattered.
He went down the hallways to the maindoors and found the guards waiting by the door.
They stood up the moment they saw him.
"Do you need something youngmaster?"
One of the guards asked. Lucian nodded.
"Father said he needs help carrying some boxes from the gifts grandpa got. The other servants are too busy to leave."
With his reputation, it was believable since his father did it a lot. He was the one who was sent to do errands.
"We should leave one person behind you know..."
"You don’t have to, I’ll stay here it should take ten minutes at most. I need fresh air anyway. "
He put on his best pitiful look. The guards looked at each other then at lucian and nodded.
"Take care young master, we’ll be back."
The five guards ran inside. As for the ones patrolling outside, by the time they noticed it would be too late.
He closed and locked the huge doors. The rest of the doors were much easier since they didn’t have any guards except servants.
Most of them fell for his attitude while the stubborn ones were knocked out.
"Okay done."
Lucian said to himself and walked back upstairs to the ballroom.
He walked to the stage without a care in the world and snatched the microphone from his speaking grandfather.
Gasps and whispers filled the room.
"Lucian!"
His father’s voice boomed. He started to walk towards the stage when Lucian took out a gun and pointed it at the old man’s temple.
"Move, I’ll blow his head off."
Everyone stopped. They had come for a party but nothing like this. Each of them had come unharmed, arrogance of the nobility.
"Lucia, what the heck are you doing stop that right now, or I’ll..ill.."
"I’ll what?"
He cut his mother off before she could even reply. She really was being stupid and arrogant even in the face of death.
He looked down at his grandfather who was shaking.
"Eew, you wet yourself, how disappointing."
He pressed the trigger. Shouts and cries filled the room as the designer dressed guests scrambled in panic as they tried to hide.
Lucian looked at the gun, he had gotten it in the black market after a bit of research and many other things.
"Lucian, you killed your own grandfather!"
His father shouted in shock but he didn’t move from his spot hidden behind a pillar.
His mother was behind chairs as she tried to cover her sobs.
"If anyone leaves I’ll shoot."
Everyone stopped when the loudspeaker in the room transmitted his voice.
Lucian chuckled, his laugh ringing like an evil incarnate. One of the guests tried to walk away ignoring the rules he had set.
’There is always going to be this type huh?’
Lucian shot him the bullet pierced through his head and exited. The man didn’t even know how he died.
"Anyone else?"
No one. The world seemed to quiet down at his words. Lucian didn’t care.
"So there is a bet going around on when I’ll die, guess what? Those who bet on seventeen won incredible right. If I knew there was such a thing earlier i would have joined, how dissapointing. Anyway, I plan on dying today and so do you all. Marvelous right?"
Everyone was quiet as they watched but then the last words registered but before they could respond lucian started his monologue again.
"Everything here is live. I’m sure the whole world is seeing this. "
Everyone looked around but nothing. On the right, three guards moved slowly towards lucian thinking he was distracted. Lucian turned and met their eyes with a smile on his face.
"And then boom!"
Lucian pressed a button in his pocket with a manic smile on his face. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞
There was a large boom then the house started to tilt, windows broke, and fires spread faster than anyone could imagine.
As expected chaos erupted and Lucian watched on with a smile etched on his face.
The masses all ran in one direction, only to find the doors locked, the brave tried to jump out of the window but only fell into a pit of fire below.
Lucian had made sure to infuse petrol into the ground without the smell getting overwhelming he had also done the same to some of the furniture in the house, just to make sure it finished the job.
He didn’t want any survivors.
"Let’s bet now shall we, we’ll see who gets better!"
Lucian laughed and turned to look at his parents, as expected his father had been the first to bolt leaving his pregnant wife behind.
Lucian watched him in amusement as the fire became hotter and hotter. He could also feel the burning heat on his body and it was painful but he couldn’t feel the pain.
"Lucian! What have you done?"
His father screamed to him through the shouts of the other guests, he had come back after noting the door was closed. Lucian jumped off the stage and walked towards him.
His father scrambled back, barely escaping a falling chunk of concrete.
"You should have expected that this day would eventually come."
Lucian raised his gun and shot him in the legs, he screamed but Lucian didn’t stop. He shot him on his side then the heart and finished with the head despite the man being already dead.
Lucian started to feel his head becoming lighter, he had inhaled too much smoke and the fire had already burned his clothes into his skin but he didn’t feel any pain, he wanted to make sure he was at peace before he died.
He walked over to his mother’s unconscious body and shot her point black on her stomach. That gave him some sort of relief.
He shot her in the face and then closed his eyes in self-reflection. He could feel himself loose conscious slowly by slowly.
The fire spread faster and faster, he could vaguely hear the sounds of sirens approaching, or having reached his home, he didn’t care.
Screams had started to die down as more and more people died in their hurried escape. Lucian felt the fire embrace him, and he took it all in.
He didn’t feel guilty but free from everything.
A beam broke off and fell on his unconscious body ending his life.
.....
"That was anticlimactic wasn’t it?"
She whispered into his ear. Lucian nodded.
"I suppose."
She then burst into laughter.
"Let’s get to the real business shall we?"
