Villain's transmigration: Breaking every heroine into a Yandere-Chapter 91: Arcania Academy (5)
Noah did not even look back, he already knew what she would say.
He looked around once again; except for a few, most weren’t even moving.
"Do I pass?" He asked, his eyes looking at the top of the building on his left.
That was the place Joel and Morek were staying, watching what had just unfolded here.
They remained silent for a while. Surprised that Noah knew they were watching him.
It grew their curiosity even further, fueling their urge to train him themselves.
"You did, young man. You can enter." Morek said after a pause of a few seconds.
With that permission, Noah nodded his head slightly and said, "Let’s go."
He went ahead and entered through the portal first.
Noelle, Rose and Milim followed him right after without saying anything else.
"Guess we have a monster in this batch," Joel spoke, watching the disappearing back of Noah as he entered through the portal.
"Umm, this made it all even more interesting. At least, everyone else will have someone they can make their target. Though..."
He skimmed through the students on the floor below and continued,
"Rather than motivation... I feel like they will be crushed instead."
Joel did the same, "It was an utter domination. So young, and he is already in the Core formation realm. Even third years are only reaching that stage."
"I had heard about him, Noah Von Asthor. The son of Drever Von Asther, the duke of the Asthor family and Eleanor Aetherborne, the monster of our generation." 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
"Wait, Eleanor... that crazy woman, was from your generation? For real?"
"Yeah, she was. She was a monster, too. The way she moved, nobody could even stand against her. Even though she had only one affinity, she used it exceptionally well. Even now, I feel afraid to face anyone with space affinity, though no one is like her, except that girl in the academy."
"She was that insane? I had only heard about her through others, too; I had never met her. So, he is her son, huh? No wonder he is like that."
"No. I had heard that he doesn’t train or cultivate at all, but this? This is the complete opposite. How did he even manage to form his core so early on?"
Joel turned around, leaning on the wall beside him and shrugged off.
"Maybe he hid it till now. I mean, it’s not the first time it has happened."
"Yeah, that is true. But it is still weird. His mana... was different."
’Even I felt my skin tingle when he released his spiritual pressure.’
"Different? Like what?"
"Did you not notice?" Morek asked, surprised if he was even serious.
There was no way he missed such a dense amount of mana.
However, Joel was serious too. He did not notice anything there.
"Forget it. It’s nothing." Morek exhaled deeply.
There was no point explaining that to him. Not everyone can be sensitive to mana. So they won’t know right away if someone has dense mana or not.
Though they can tell the quantity of it, it’s hard to be sure if it is dense or not.
’A storm is coming soon.’
The presence of a monster with that much potential will for sure bring changes in the academy.
Even if nothing happens or he doesn’t progress one bit for 3 years, he will still be ahead of all his peers.
"Fine. But what are we gonna do with them all? Even if we don’t go out and have no connection to the nobles and outside world much, we can’t leave them here."
Along with a high-potential monster, the trouble was also serious.
These were all supposed to enter today; if they don’t, then they will have to wait for another year.
"We got no choice here. If this much is outside the academy, then we will be screwed for real. We need to wake them up."
They both went down, waking up every student one after another.
After the sudden shock, they couldn’t be treated rashly. So they had to do it one by one.
Even after they took help from others, it still took a long time.
On the other side, after going through the portal, Noah and the rest had finally reached the island.
The place where the Arcania Academy was situated.
"This... is just that?" Noelle asked, a bit dejected.
Contrary to what others had expected, this place wasn’t any different from the outside world.
But that just looked like that.
It was nowhere near being just a simple island.
The amount of mystery it held was too vast.
"What were you even expecting? Arcania Academy is grand, but it is not some fantasy world of spirits where you will see all the flowers. This is what it had always been like."
Milim explained, though her tone still held a bit of her old arrogance.
As she said that, Noah was looking at the strange notification that popped up on his screen.
Ding~
[A curse has been placed on you.]
[Curse of silence.]
[You are forbidden to talk about anything related to this place.]
This was the reason why no one from the outside world knew where Arcania Academy was.
Once you get to this island, you can tell where it is located if you can sense far enough.
Though, the rest were still unaware of this, Noah knew of it beforehand.
Right now, they are on completely opposite sides of where they were just a moment ago.
No one will ever be able to figure it out until they come here, but once you do, you can never reveal this to anyone else.
Also, this island cannot be found in the outside world either. A barrier covers it all the time, hiding its exact location.
Noah closed his eyes for a second, opening them again he looked around him, a place that seemed no different than outside.
"No... this is only the surface of the academy. This has many more sides to it. Not even for a second think that it is a normal island. This small place alone has the power to be ranked on the same level as our ducal houses or maybe even the whole kingdom."
Noah added, explaining the truth about this place.
This was only an island, but people live here. Not just the people from the academy, but people from the outside world too.
But most of them are actually the students of the academy who wanted to live here forever.
This place was perfect for living and training at the same time.
Anything you ask for, you will get here. This wasn’t just an academy, this was a small country or a small world of its own.
A world filled with mages and knights of all ranks.
Not a single person here is actually ordinary. That’s why this small place has strength capable of rivalling nations.
"You seem to know a lot about this place," Milim said, her tone questioning.
She was trying to know if he knew more than she.
"Well, I know a thing or two. It’s hard to get information about this place."
"That’s true. Even I wasn’t able to get much information. Everyone I met only said that they can’t reveal too much about this place."
They were only able to tell what it looks like and how it works here. Besides that, she does not have any information about this place.
It can even be said that, curiosity about this place was what brought her here. Not the passion for training and gaining strength.
"I was only about to know, that currency doesn’t work in this place." She continued after a second of pause.
No one actually asked her, but she was only flaunting her knowledge.
"Everyone here doesn’t trade in gold; they only trade in mana stones, as most people here are mages and knights. If you don’t have any, then you can exchange them, but the rate of exchange is very high here. You might have to spend several gold coins for a single low-grade mana stone."
She continued to blabber without stopping. It was tiring for Noah to hear, as he knew it already, but still, it was new information for Noelle and Rose.
"There are a few ways to earn mana stones, too. Take on some jobs. However, I can share some of mine with you all. Keep them as a gift from me." She ended with a generous smile on her face, with her eyes closed.
For her, she was doing some favours to these poor souls who did not know about this information.
As rich as she was, the last thing she lacked was money. Once she knew mana stones worked inside, she exchanged all of her own money for mana stones.
Her personal wealth alone might be higher than that of many professors of the academy.
Though she forgot one thing in her generosity, these people with her weren’t like the people she used to be with, who lacked money.
Noelle casually lifted her finger showing the spatial ring that Aurora gave her.
"Don’t worry about me. My mother and master gave me a lot of mana stones when she came to visit me."
"I don’t need it too. I have a few with me too." Rose also added.
Eleanor gave her a few mana stones, too.
As for Noah,
"I have plenty with me."
He owns a system; he can buy them anytime he wants.
Also, he had Emperor grade mana stone. Just with one he can become king of wealth in this place.
