[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor-Chapter 415 - 414 – Organization VS Holy Empire – Part 3.

"The hell is going on here!? Why are the monsters inside of the city!?" – shouted panicked city guard before then getting quickly decapitated by Hunter, who then quickly went after other guards.

"!"

"Shit! Raise the alarm! Quickly! Before they- "

"Nah." – said Maparapara before then crushing to smithereens several guards alongside the civilians between her two massive shields.

"Alarm would be bit bothersome right now."

"So please, shut the fuck up and die." – said Maparapara with a smile before then going after the civilians, slaughtering anybody.

"!"

"Hey! We don't need to kill them!" – shouted Morina.

"Why not? They will just raise the alarm." – said the vampire knight.

"Our orders is to not spare anybody, so get moving." – said second vampire knight before then the duo stared hunting down running away civilians.

"!"

"Hey! You- "

"Stop it." – said Stone as he grabbed Morina by her shoulder and hinting towards Doctor who was looking in their direction.

"…"

"Tch."

The duo of players left the area and stared going after the city guards.

"…"

"You better keep your people on the leash, Arthur." – said Doctor.

"We don't have a lot of time and I don't really want them to sabotage in some sort of stupid way."

"…. Just focus on your own damn job." – said Arthur before then teleporting with a ray of light.

(I knew it. His team isn't exactly "cold hearted" ….. But they are somewhat fallowing the orders….. I honestly wanted them to slip on this one and have some excuses.) – thought Phantasia as he looked around.

(Anyway, we should hurry.)

(Even if the entire city defenses are focused on the siege battle, they will sooner or later find out about us already being inside of the city.)

(These bastards were definitely not expecting us… Or more specifically me make a lot of monsters that specializes in digging.)

(I mean, did they really thought we wouldn't try getting past that annoying ass barrier in other ways than just breaking this fucking thing?)

(But still, this barrier needs to go or this siege will take far too long to complete.)

(And the best way to do is to take down the central power source that is powering up this entire thing.)

(But this time, it will be interesting.)

(The Daughter Of Mercy is apparently the one powering up that thing.)

(Last time she escaped us, but this time she won't.)

(Thanks to vampire army distracting the holy empire, we were able to dig quiet a distance, allowing us to enter the center ring of the city, but the main temple where the main ritual crystal is being located will be still heavily defended.)

(And it is just matter of time before they find us and send their troops our way.)

"Don't fucking waste the time you bastards! Stick to the plan and move!" – shouted Doctor.

(We need to finish our mission before we run out of time.)

With the help of Doctor's monsters, the group of elite soldiers led by the Doctor had managed to bypass the barrier completely unnoticed and made their way right into the main streets of the city.

However, the large appearance of a monsters alongside soldiers will instantly cause the city to raise up alarm, even if any of the civilians and guards who were in the area were eliminated.

And so, the invasion force without wasting time has instantly set their goal towards the holy castle.

"!"

"W-what the?!" – said the paladin guarding the entrance to the holy castle as the army led by Doctor were making their way towards the holy castle.

"Why are the monsters inside of the city?!"

"CLOSE THE GATES!"

"RAISE THE ALARMS!"

"THE ENEMY MANAGED TO GET INSIDE OF CITY!"

The gates of the castle instantly started getting locked down without hesitation, but as soon as they stared closing them, Phantasia launched himself like a rocket, instantly going past two paladins while transforming, before then taking on his giant brute lizard like form, instantly grabbing the gate and forcefully stopping it from closing.

"!?"

"HEY! WHAT IS GOING ON!?" – shouted the gate operator.

"There is a monster blocking the gate! He is straight up holding the entire thing!?" – said the confused paladin.

"SHIT! GET RID OF HIM! NOW!"

The paladins in a moment of panic and desperation instantly all rushed towards Doctor, trying to make him move away, but before they could reach him, Arthur team quickly rushed in and knocked back all the paladins, defending Doctor from their attacks and even managing to open up the path for both soldiers and monster, allowing the Doctor's army to start breaking in and start quickly taking over the gate.

"SHIT! FORCE IT DOWN!" – shouted the paladin.

"Force the gate to shut down!"

"Do you think we can?! We are already doing everything in our power to – WATCH OUT!" – shouted the gate operate, before in the next moment the paladin was decapitated by Thanatos.

"!"

"Ah, there we go." – said Doctor as the gate started opening up on itself.

(She did it way faster than we had thought.)

"?"

Suddenly, a sound of bells could be heard throughout the city.

"Good. Focus on their sides. They are trying to split their focus on….?"

"!?"

(Alarm bells?!) – thought alarmed Victor as he looked towards the main castle in the distance.

(Why is the alarm bell going off!? The enemy is still not inside of the city?!)

(They haven't even yet penetrated the Great Barrier yet as well!?)

(But….. This is castle alarm!?)

(Why this one is going off!?)

"Shit!"

"Captain! Go and- "

*BOOM*

"!?"

"SIR VICTOR!" – shouted soldier.

"T-the enemy forces suddenly started concentrating their attacks in single location!"

"Report! Multiple attacks across barrier outer surface has begun!"

"The enemy is trying to break through multiple spots!"

"The concentrated attack at front is severely damaging the barrier! We need orders, now!"

"…"

["Okay. We are doing it. That should buy you some time."] – said "Kid" through the communication device that was attached to the Doctor's eye.

["Don't fuck it up now."]

"Don't worry, we won't." – said Doctor before then entering the castle alongside his soldiers.

(Heavy fire strategy is a stupid strategy.) – thought Phantasia.

(True, it would allow vampire forces to break though the Great Barrier much faster, but this plan is beyond stupid.)

(The reason is simple: The holy empire would just repair the barrier and they would repel us in time.)

(It would put pressure on them, but only for the moment.)

(However, it wouldn't work.)

(This is just how tough defenses of the city are.)

(If we want to win, we need to do multiple attacks.)

(And doing that kind of focused attack would only give a bit better results, but would at the same time possible waste up a lot of ammo and possible get a lot of our machines damage if not destroyed.)

(So, obviously the smart idea would be not do it….. But then again, we don't need to play by their rules, so fuck them!)

"STOP THEM!" – shouted the paladin as the castle started instantly summoning an angelic reinforcements to support both knights and paladins stationing.

"Remember." – said Doctor.

"No survivors." - said Doctor before then getting blasted with a waves of holy blades and rays….. But not doing anything to the monster as it used its barriers and pure high defense to easily take on the attacks, before moments later the metallic beast began running straight towards the castle forces as they continued attacking it, trying to stop the monstrosity, however it did not stopped as it then ram into few of the knights, creating opening for the invasion forces to start pushing forward.

"HEY! WEREN'T THEY ALL SUPPOST TO BE OUTSIDE DEFENDING THE CITY!?" – asked Maparapara while defending herself from the barrage of holy arrows that rained down on her, before moments later extending her hands and smashing the spellcaster angels against celling with her shields.

"This is their main power source keeping the barrier operation! Obviously they have some forces here! And not weak one at that!" – shouted Arthur as he unleashed a wave of holy light that instantly knocked back multiple knights….. But at the same time, caught attention of the paladins nearby, including a elderly green haired human paladin.

"ARTHUR!" – shouted green haired paladin.

"YOU DARE SHOW YOUR FACE BACK HERE!?"

"…"

"Oh god, he is here." – said Arthur with complexed expression.

"OF FUCKING COURSE I'M HERE!" – shouted the green haired paladin.

"WHAT THE FUCK TRAITOR LIKE YOU DOING HERE!? FIGHTING SIDE BY SIDE WITH THESE MONSTERS!"

"…"

*Sigh*

"I'm going to ask you this once." – said Arthur.

"Please, get out and don't stand in my way."

"Darius."

"Take your men and get out."

"…"

"No." – replied green haired paladin.

"You have already betrayed our entire trust already."

"This empire."

"And the heavens themselves see you as nothing more than traitor!"

"This is where you meet your end." – said the paladin before then stabbing the ground with his sword, causing several magic circle to appear that called fourth high ranking angels.

"…"

"I'm sorry…." – said Arthur under his nose.

"Old friend."
