With the mysterious silver eyed woman's departure the forest returned to a calmer state. The damage and destruction was still there, as it wouldn't be fixed easily, but at least the flow of mana in the air had stabilized.

This in turn calmed the animals and beasts who had been in hiding this entire time.

It was easy to miss the silence in the forest which was there due to the battle that had been happening earlier.

The instincts of the animals and beasts would make them extremely scared about the dominating magic in the air. They could very well tell that whoever was using it was several times stronger than them and could easily kill them. b𝚎dn𝚘v𝚎𝚕.𝚘𝚛𝚐

As such they would simply hide and stay silent so as to not attract any attention.

For the newbie players this was a good situation as they wouldn't encounter any enemies. But for the experienced ones, this was an alarming sign and would tell that me that something was really bad.

At the very least, they would be wary and would not approach this area.

Thankfully for now, there was no way any player would be able to come this far. They simply did not have the needed level for it and even if they tried, they would die way before that.

Perhaps only a few might be able to get here, if they had the guidance to do so. But that guidance was not available as of now, since Arthur had not went that far.

The man in question had almost crossed the gap on the mountain path and was hanging off a two inch wide crack.

"Fuck! Even if I've done this before, it has barely been a couple of times." Arthur cursed as he focused his bodily strength.

He was hanging from a single hand, and had four fingers stuck in a crack. The mountain wall had no other spots for him to grip onto, and neither could he place his legs anywhere.

As such, he was free hanging off the mountain side. The only saving grace was that he had a decent spot with both a foot hold and a handhold, just five meters away.

The bad news was that, if he wanted to get there, he'd have to swing himself.

~HAA~

Arthur let out a breath and focused his mind.

'I'm not in the real world. I can do this!' Arthur said to himself and started to flex his body.

Second by second, he swayed from left to right and gained momentum.

~WHOOSH~

Finally, he let go and flew to the right.

~CLASP~

"HAH! THERE WE GO!" Arthur managed to grip onto another crack in the mountain side.

With that, he stabilized his position and had more breathing room.

"Man… if I have to do this again, I may as well start doing free climbing in one of the city centers after this." Arthur said to himself. "At least it would be a really good workout." He reckoned.

Arthur had already decided to do some body training in the real world and had started off with running as his first activity. With how unfit his original body was, he needed to build up better stamina before he could do anything harsh anyways.

As such, it made sense for him to do an activity that had the effect of a full body workout.

Freehand climbing would be the same and could help him in the game too.

'At least until I can jump that far or have mounts that can help me.' He reckoned.

It was common for players to come across harsh topography that they couldn't traverse easily. This could be overcome by their physical capabilities of course but this wasn't possible for all.

Strong players might be able to ignore this aspect, but when they were in a party they would also have to cooperate with non-physical or more magic based classes too.

These players wouldn't be able to do what they could do, and the physical players couldn't lose them either. They were Mages, healers and various kinds of support players, and as such the damage dealers needed them.

Hence, they attempted other methods that could allow such players to cross into tough areas too.

One of the methods was to simply get a mount that could carry the physically weaker players. But this method wasn't viable until much later.

And even if some players had pets that were capable of this, it was limited to a small number.

As such, it was other skills that came in handy instead.

These skills were limited to a few classes too, and would have been limited if not for certain scrolls and single use items.

For example, a single use spell Scroll 'Feather lift' was one of the most important items that every player would carry. It didn't matter if they could literally fly, they would still have it on their person.

It was one of the spells that could lower a players weight and basically make them act like feathers.

It not only helped in traversing long tracts of areas, but also in jumping across ravines. And the best part was that even if one fell, they could add a 'Feather Fall' spell or enchantment to reduce the damage taken from the fall.

High ranked feather fall spell could even eliminate the fall damage entirely.

While Arthur was thinking of all this though, the corner of his eye caught something flying towards him.

~FLAP~FLAP~

"Huh?" Arthur was at the last holding point where he saw a certain object. "Isn't that… the cape?" he recognized.

He saw a dark cape flying through the sky and get stuck on a rock that was jutting out of the mountain side.

The dark cape was something Arthur had seen before and made him glare.

"The Night Slayer… his cape…" Arthur muttered, his interest rising with each second.

He paused for a few seconds before determination appeared on his face.

"I have to get it."
