I didn’t say anything after hearing what these armoured soldiers said.

There was no response that came from the system which caused a bitter smile to appear on my lips.

There was a layer of golden light that appeared around me when the pressure came at me. This layer of golden light stopped the pressure and even went outwards towards the armoured soldiers as if it was about to fight back.

As for why this pressure appeared, it was because of two golden figures that appeared at the same time.

They were golden figures that I was familiar with, but hadn’t seen in a while since the system hadn’t used the defense system in a while.

They were the Fifth and Sixth Guardian Lords.

Once the two of them appeared, the pressure that came from the armoured soldiers disappeared without a trace.

I looked at the Fifth Guardian Lord with a surprised look since I didn’t think that he was capable of tact like this from my previous impression of him, but it also seemed that I was wrong about him.

"Thank you." I said, almost as if apologizing to him.

The Fifth Guardian Lord said with an awkward chuckle, "Young master, it isn’t like that. If I don’t do this, I don’t think this lower realm will be able to withstand that guy’s rampage."

I didn’t even need to ask what he meant by ’that guy’ since there was only one person that he could be referring to.

The Sixth Guardian Lord had remained silent the entire time, but based on what I knew about him...

As expected, once the golden barrier was up, the stick that he carried came out.

The Sixth Guardian Lord had even been waiting for them to arrive and get in formation, as if he didn’t care at all about their appearance.

Once they were in formation and seemed ready to fight, he raised the stick in front of him and casually brought it down.
