A beautiful girl with long waist-length golden blonde hair and a pair of crimson red eyes asked as she walked around the underground secret laboratory.

Her figure was voluptuous and alluring with C-cup breasts and a sexy body. If Alister was here, he would undoubtedly recognize her as Lynn Conway, his zombie wife.

Currently, Lynn was at the underground secret laboratory researching the zombie virus. It was a stark, sterile environment, illuminated by harsh fluorescent lighting.

The main research area was filled with rows of sleek metal tables, each cluttered with advanced scientific equipment, computers, and Petri dishes containing samples of the virus. Glass partitions separated various sections of the lab, allowing scientists to observe experiments from a safe distance.

Along one wall, secure containment units held live zombies, their movements restricted by heavy restraints. These units were reinforced with thick, bulletproof glass and equipped with multiple layers of security to prevent any chance of escape.

The zombies' guttural growls and the constant hum of ventilation systems filled the air, creating an unsettling atmosphere.

A series of high-tech workstations lined another wall, where researchers in white lab coats meticulously recorded data and analyzed results. Monitors displayed real-time footage from the containment units, as well as detailed readouts of the zombies' vital signs and the virus's progression.

In a separate, heavily guarded section of the lab, a biohazard area contained the most dangerous samples of the virus. Access was restricted to only the most senior scientists, who donned full-body hazmat suits before entering.

Overall, the lab was a place of intense activity and high security, dedicated to unlocking the secrets of the zombie virus and finding a way to let it evolve and integrate with the astral energy from the Martial Arts Fantasy World.

Although she had Assistant World Master Authorities, Lynn still needed to lay a foundation for the research of the zombie virus before she could abuse her assistant world master authorities by taking the research result from the future.

Because of that, Lynn had to constantly observe the progress before she could travel to the future timeline of the Zombie World. Otherwise, if she hastily traveled in time, then she might encounter situations such as the world being destroyed due to a failure to control the evolved zombie virus.

Or, the zombie virus never evolved despite a hundred years passing by due to taking a wrong research development route.

Lynn could have already become stronger and reached a level above Level 100 Astral Constellation but she didn't want her foundation to be unstable.

Unlike those star masters in the Martial Arts Fantasy World, Lynn was more of a zombie awakener rather than a human star master. Because of that, her zombie virus and zombie physique would be of no use if she solely focused on the astral cultivation path.

Knowing that Lynn didn't neglect to improve the zombie virus in her body. Like her husband, Lynn also wanted to be powerful enough to be invincible at the same power level.

Just being strong was not enough. Lynn wanted to become invincible like Alister so that she wouldn't become a burden to him.

While Lynn was strolling around the underground secret laboratory, one of the researchers reported to her and responded to her question.

"We haven't barely made any progress. The viral energy within those zombie viruses can't merge well with the astral energy from the Martial Arts Fantasy World."

"Even after I acquired criminal star masters imprisoned in the Star Hall from the Holy Maiden, and even after I infected those star masters with the zombie virus, it still wouldn't work."

"From my guess, I need another energy other than viral energy and star energy. As long as I have three different energies combined within the zombie virus, I can achieve the so-called trinity energy balance and it will allow the zombie virus to evolve."

A middle-aged man in a white lab coat explained to Lynn as he also handed her the research data they currently hand.

The middle-aged man wearing glasses was none other than Yun Ren, the mastermind of the zombie virus in the Zombie World.

Alister had already planted a mind bug on Yun Ren and with some benefits, Yun Ren didn't dare betray Alister and Lynn.

Yun Ren didn't care much about his freedom since he valued his research on the zombie virus more than it. Since he was given an entire research laboratory and thousands of scientists and staff under him, Yun Ren was already satisfied despite being enslaved by Alister.

Because of that, Yun Ren did his duty even in Alister's absence. With Alister's absence, Yun Ren listened to Lynn's orders and he also agreed with Lynn's plan on evolving the zombie virus.

Yun Ren was the creator of the zombie virus so he preferred it over the astral energy used by those star masters from the Martial Arts Fantasy World.

Hearing Yun Ren's explanation, Lynn sighed, "The technology of this world isn't that advanced. If we had the technology from those sci-fi worlds as well as another type of energy, we could make a huge breakthrough in our zombie virus evolution research."

While Lynn lamented the shortcomings of the Zombie World, Lynn soon found her entire body being illuminated by a bright white light!

"What?!"

Much to Yun Ren's surprise, he saw Lynn being enveloped in a bright white light before she disappeared!
