Young Brother-in-law Is Now My Husband-Chapter 1390: Birthday Feast
Jiang Yang stood up, "I'll get her. She is outside."
"Great. Make it fast," Lu Lian said excitedly and was about to return to see her brothers but heard Jiang Yang, "Make sure to take some pictures. I need to send it to our grandparents."
She nodded and returned to the kitchen, waiting for Jiang Yuyan to join her.
Jiang Yuyan returned with her brother, "Brother, will you tell me what it is?" she asked annoyingly.
Not getting answering, she was dragged inside and she saw Lu Lian standing there looking towards the kitchen.
She signalled Jiang Yuyan to come to her.
Jiang Yuyan went there, "What happened?"
"Shh!" She turned to Jiang Yuyan to look towards that huge kitchen equipped with all the latest things where two handsome brothers were cooking with a focus.
Jiang Yuyan smiled looking at them as the two were immersed in cooking as if they were the top notch chefs in the world.
Both were wearing home clothes, T-shirts and pants, had put on the aprons and were busy doing their assigned stuff.
"Don't they look in perfect harmony as if they are used to cooking together often?" Lu Lian commented.
Jiang Yuyan nodded, "I know Lu Feng can cook but Lu Lijun…he seemed to have learned well."
"That's good. Then you won't have to worry about cooking as he would be the one doing it," Lu Lian replied.
"I can't cook anyways," Jiang Yuyan said normally, not knowing she ended up saying it to Lu Lian that she had accepted Lu Lijun.
Lu Lian looked at Jiang Yang who was standing behind these two women and both smiled with a meaningful gaze.
"My sister is used to getting pampered. First me, then Lu Qiang and now Lu Lijun. It's not her fault when men around her are good cooks," Jiang Yang commented.
"How well he is cutting those vegetables. Those hands, I am sure any girl would want to be that knife he is holding," Lu Lian said in awe as she eyed her younger brother with awe.
Jiang Yuyan looked at Lu Lijun as she couldn't take her eyes off him. Every day she got to see a new side of him and got to know more about him. She never knew he could even cook. That kept aside, she could not deny he looked damn handsome and the pervert inside her could not stop staring at him.
Jiang Yang noticed it and said, "Yuyan, God has given us eyelashes so we can blink which is good for our eyes."
Lu Lian laughed a little while Jiang Yuyan turned embarrassed. She knew she was going crazy these days and the one who made her crazy was standing in front of her looking all hot and handsome.
They heard the two busy men inside the kitchen talking.
"Lu Lijun, are you done cutting vegetables?" Lu Feng asked as he poured the oil into the pan.
"Yes, brother," Lu Lijun, who just finished cutting, put the vegetables in the hot pan with oil and Lu Feng stirred them professionally, holding the pan in one hand and the spoon in the other hand as he tossed and turned the vegetables like a professional.
"Gosh, when did brother Feng learn this? I wonder if he cooks for her. Damn, why does he have to look so sexy?" Lu Lian commented.
"I am sure you will like to see Ming Rusheng like this," said An Tian who came there to see what was happening.
"I never saw him cooking. I wonder if that royal blood guy even knows how to chop the vegetables," Lu Lian said with a displeased tone.
"You never know. He might learn it for you," Jiang Yang consoled her.
"Wooh, Thanks to sister Lian we can again get to eat food made by these brothers," Noah said.
Jake agreed, "Hmm, It's been so long."
"So it's not the first time these two are being master chefs?" Lu Lian concluded, "No wonder they worked so well together, without creating any mess."
"These two can do everything, but always fail at one thing," Noah said.
Two ladies looked at Noah who looked at Jake.
"They can never catch fish whenever they tried fishing," Jake answered, "Always returned empty handed and legacy still continues. Finally, they gave up on fishing."
The two women laughed a little as they could not believe it.
"My dear brother, it's because those two are good at catching their targeted fish perfectly in real life," An Tian said.
Jiang Yuyan, who was laughing lightly, turned silent while others agreed.
"Seems like I have missed a lot and never saw them together like this," Lu Lian said with a sad tone.
"Well, brother Feng used to visit here often," Noah said with a teasing tone, "He loved Piano concerts here."
"Really?" Lu Lian asked.
"Not just that but the one who played that Piano," Jiang Yang added.
"W-What…I mean I was not aware of it," Lu Lian said, "Brother Feng never tells us anything."
Jiang Yuyan looked at Jiang Yang and Noah, "It will be better to keep it for Lu Feng to say."
Noah immediately lowered his head as for him she was still President Lu while Jiang Yang said, "Chill, sis."
"Looks like those two preparing the big feast instead of just breakfast," Jake said to divert their attention as Jiang Yuyan wanted them to not talk about Lu Feng.
"Let me see what they have cooked," Jiang Yang stepped inside the kitchen.
"What are you doing here?" Lu Feng asked.
"My heart was not satisfied by seeing my sexy darling far from the door," Jiang Yang replied.
Hearing it, both brothers looked at the door where others were peeking at them. Lu Lijun saw Jiang Yuyan was also there and she was looking at him.
Seeing them, Lu Lian pulled Jiang Yuyan with her to go inside the kitchen, "I also want to see what they are cooking," and others followed as well.
Jiang Yang looked at what they had cooked. "That's a lot of food."
"It's our sister's birthday so everything should be grand," Lu Feng answered.
Lu Lian pushed Jiang Yuyan to Lu Lijun's side where he was standing and then stood next to her to talk to Lu Feng. Jiang Yuyan knew she did it intentionally and was about to step back but LU Lijun held her hand to stop her, "Tell me how is it?" he pointed at the soup boiling in the pot.
Everyone acted as if they didn't see them and turned their all attention to Lu Feng, leaving the other two invisible to them.
Jiang Yuyan stopped and nodded.
Lu Lijun picked up a spoonful for her and blew on it a few times before feeding her to taste it.
She tasted it and licked her lip as it had a little soup on it from the spoon, "Hmm, it's good."
Lu Lijun didn't notice her reply but his gaze was stuck on those delicate lips. She noticed it but acted as if she didn't and said again, "It's really good."
"Really?" he asked as his gaze moved from her lips to her eyes.
She nodded and he said, "I should taste it as well."
she nodded again not getting the meaning of his world and this guy moved his face closer to her and his lips touched hers only to lick the corner of her lips gently where it was still moist due to the soup and her licking it.
With a shock, Jiang Yuyan took a step back and heard him say, "It sure is so good."
Jiang Yuyan looked behind her but all were busy talking to Lu Feng and no one looked at them. She felt relieved and glared back at Lu Lijun who acted as if he did nothing and resumed his work.
'This guy will surely get a beating from me one day.'
He smiled looking at those sparkling eyes, "Try it. I am sure you will regret it."
She sighed and immediately turned to go towards the door and Lu Lijun didn't stop her.
Just as Jiang Yuyan left, everyone looked at Lu Lijun but he looked at them and resumed his work as if he didn't know why they were looking at him.
Noah went to his side and patted his shoulder, "You are going good, Young man."
"I wish I could say the same thing for you," Lu Lijun spoke as he looked at Noah and then Jake.
"You are learning bad things from my brother," Jake commented and turned to leave, "Have fun cooking."
Noah said nothing and only looked at Jake leaving the kitchen.
Just then An Tian sighed, "Jiang Yang, too much love here I see. My single soul almost feels jealous now."
Jiang Yang laughed, "Then get someone. Not like you can't."
"I will. And if the author plans to keep me single, I will sure date her and never let her be free from me."
"Then she is in trouble," Lu Feng commented while Jiang Yang agreed.
"She is asking for it." An Tian said and left the kitchen, "Too much sweetness of love will suffocate me here."
