Zhan Long-Chapter 1320: Fighting Azure

Wind blew in my ears. Things weren’t too peaceful after I entered the north. Along the way, I killed many batches of Sword Spirit Cavalries. Their wariness was far more than before and without a doubt, it had to do with Frost and Zhi Shu entering. The only thing I had to confirm now was their exact location.

I looked down at the ground and smoke rose up in the distance. Maybe as the war had gone on for a long time, there were many small Hybrid Demon strongholds and there were corpses all around, most were hybrid demons but some were humans. Their armor and weapons were custom made for Dragon City. Dragon City warriors had come here!

I looked around and didn’t see any dragon corpses. Fortunately, the dragon riders didn’t suffer casualties here. Frost, Zhi Shu, Lanais all had god grade strength so they wouldn’t let the Dragonriders die so easily.

Suddenly, I saw a stumbling figure. It was a blood demon dragging a Dragon City soldier, level 6, that consumed human bodies.

I dove down and kicked its stomach which caused it to hit the walls. I stepped on its chest and pressed butterfly on its neck, “If you don’t want to die then reply me!”

He shivered and saw my god form light. He knew that I was a god form expert so he nodded, “Sir please ask, I will tell you all I know. Don’t kill me, don’t kill me!”

I asked, “Did Dragon City’s army attack here?”

“Yes! They killed and robbed, all my brothers were killed.”

“Stop the nonsense, where are they going?”

“Like…” He turned his eyes, “I think…”

My right hand exerted strength and Butterfly stabbed into his flesh. I laughed coldly, “You better pay attention to what you say if not, if this sword goes down, you will lose your life!”

“I know! I know!” He was pretty much crying out loud, “They went to Blood Mountain Range. Azure is summoning the gods and Dragon City people all went to the mountain range!”

I smiled and he looked at me nervously, “You said you wouldn’t kill me!”

I smiled too, “I don’t want to kill you but if you are here, you will consume the bodies of the dead. They are human warriors and shouldn’t be treated like this, so, I have to kill you!”

I thrust the sword forwards and it pierced through his neck, dealing a million damage. I used another set of skills and his head tilted and he was dead.

Time was of the essence so I couldn’t waste any. I locked onto the mountain range and flew forwards!

After close to 20 minutes of flying, blood mountain range entered my field of sight. There were even Dragon Crystal Cannon wreckages around and the ground was covered with human and hybrid demon bodies. An intense battle definitely went on here I saw that the mountain was sliced into two. It was definitely by Azure. With the Sword Energy attack, there were two Ancient Beast corpses there. Their wounds were really precise and they were just sliced into half.

Fresh blood flowed, it was obvious the battle didn’t end too long ago.

I jumped up and continued to chase.

Everywhere was a battlefield. Very quickly I saw the corpse of the first dragonrider. It was a fire one and there was a deep wound on the neck of his dragon, the entire head was pretty much about to be sliced off. A huge hole was on his chest, who knew who had such strength to pierce the body of a dragonrider at once? How strong did one have to be?

I continued to fly forwards and saw more. The second one, the third, close to 50 of them lost their lives here. But there were even more dead Hybrid Demons, there was a huge bunch.

Wait!

There was a giant beast laying on the ground, it was a warrior covered in magma that was huge. Its chest was covered in blade wounds and arrow marks, it was killed in battle. The lethal blow was the claw mark at its neck by a dragon claw. It should be Queen Zhi Shu.

This should be one of the ten evil demons that Azure summoned? Beide their corpses, they were a total of ten dragonrider corpses, the price to pay was just too huge.

Time to go, the battlefield was not far away.

I flew down low to avoid attracting attention. If I could I would choose to sneak attack and kill their main general. After all, sneak attack was smarter and it was the best way to stay alive.

“Hong!”

There was a shocking explosion like the entire mountain range was about to explode. Three miles from me, stone pieces shot out and sword energy surged into the sky along with star powers. Frost was fighting!

But, a black energy surged from the ground. Azure was here too.

Dark figures circled above and the dragonriders were fighting.

Can’t wait, I had to go over.

“Keng!”

I pulled out Butterfly and flew full speed ahead. After crossing the mountain peak, the battle could only be described as shocking.

Frost was covered in star region god power and was holding a shield to block Azure’s attacks. Darkness energy swept around her and corroded her body. Not far away, the ground was covered in dragon and dragonrider corpses. Queen Zhi Shu was in red dragon form and roared as she fought two black magma warriors. Her claws would slash pieces of magma but their defences were too high. Their axes landed on her scales and caused them to shatter and fresh blood to splatter around. The battle was just too intense.

Lanais flew in the sky but she was chased by two evil demons. She could only pull out her dagger to block attacks but she was barely holding on. Azure’s summoned Magma Warriors had Lord tier strength that even Queen Zhi Shu could only solo two.

I didnt see Odelia, who knew where she went.

On the ground, Dragon City soldiers and the Hybrid Demon army fought. This was a small valley but it turned into hell. At each moment, large amounts of people died.

I had to be quick, if not once Sif, Qin Ge and the Lords fled back, things would be worse.

Azure’s Magma Warriors were strong like Lords but their IQ wasn’t high. They couldn’t compare to Sif and Qin Ge, I had to end the battle here before they were back!

Help Zhi Shu, she was the second strongest here!

“Peng!”

A shockwave shot out from my boots as I dove down. I used Eternal Realm with Faction mode, everyone’s attack increased by 50% and defence by 150%. Each second they healed 20% of their health. But Zhi Shu etc NPCs didn’t have the full effect and only healed 2% a second. Not bad, better than nothing!

My swords came out of their sheaths. I aimed the wound at the neck of one of them and smashed down!

Stone splattered and he cried out. That wound was ripped open by me and blood spurted out. I stabbed Butterfly in and used Wind Carrying Slash. Golden light shone and my high grade god form light looked really bright. I was quite lucky, 3 star explosions were triggered, dealing 20 times damage which took away a huge chunk of his health.

“Kong!”

Queen Zhi Shu moved her head and tilted it to bite the right shoulder of the Magma Warrior, biting it off. After the axe fell to the ground he didn’t have much combat strength. Queen Zhi Shu didn’t stop and used Ice Frost Breath to freeze his red hot heart. I stabbed, while the heart collapsed, it meant that the warrior was dead.

But there was a giant explosion from behind me. It was Azure. His halberd dealt shocking damage that sent Frost into the mountain body. Luckily her Frost Armor was still there.

“Frost!” I shouted.

She looked at me and said firmly, “Xiao Yao, don’t help me, help Zhi Shu!”

“Okay!”

I understood. Help Zhi Shu first and then the two of us would help her. If we fought 3 against 1, we would have some chance right? After all, Frost was just slightly at a disadvantage and she wasn’t totally beaten.

A loud explosion and the Magma Warriors showed its might. His axe slashed my back and as expected, it did hurt!

“347721!”

It was even higher than what Sif and Pearl did to me. As expected they were strong but had no brains. But I had 3 million health now and healed 20% a second which was 600 thousand. I didn’t fear such attacks. I used Double Hit and Strength of a Thousand Men on him. He was forced back. Not back, my strength was high enough, this was the power of the 225% stats increase!

“Well done, that is it!”

Zhi Shu said in dragon tongue and her claws hit his back to deal a lethal effect. That Magma Warrior didn’t have much health before and now his waist was shattered. He cried out and his axe landed on Zhi Shu’s right wing. Fresh blood shot out and the wound was so deep one could see the bone. But Zhi Shu was a dragon god and dragons had huge life force. That injury couldn’t stop her from fighting at all.
