When the God of Creation finished what they were saying, they suddenly raised their hand towards the tube.

As they did this, there was a light that started coming from this tube.

This light grew stronger and stronger as if there was something that was about to happen to the person that was inside of the tube.

Eventually, it became so bright that it was hard for me to keep staring at it.

I just couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer as the light was blinding me and when it finally disappeared...

"Where did he go?" I asked out loud, but it wasn’t as if there was anyone that could answer this.

The only thing that I was certain of was that the face that was similar to mine inside of the tube had completely disappeared without a trace. It wasn’t just the face alone, their entire body had also disappeared without a trace.

Whatever that light was, it seemed to have sent that figure inside of the tube away completely.

As for where that figure went...it was anyone’s guess.

The God of Creation had been silent for a bit before saying, "Child, this is for your own good. When you come back, you will be able to accept everything."

A conflicted look appeared on my face since I could hear the tone that the God of Creation spoke in. It was very clear just how much the God of Creation cared for the one that had been in the test tube.

Just because they had the same face as me, that didn’t mean that we were the same person.

"So I’m nothing more than a substitute, aren’t I?"

"Who said that?"

I was completely caught off guard when I heard this answer.

I was even more surprised when I saw that it was the God of Creation that had turned around to look at me as they said this.

This was supposed to be a memory, so it wasn’t as if this God of Creation was even able to see or interact with me. That had been made very clear with the many attempts that I had made previously to interact with the God of Creation.

Yet it was also very clear that the God of Creation was looking right at me as they said this.

They weren’t looking past me, their eyes were even staring right into my eyes as they said this.

When the situation was like this, it was impossible to make a mistake.

So why was the God of Creation looking right at me like this?

"Did you enjoy the memory?" The God of Creation asked all of a sudden.

After the God of Creation said this, it seemed like the world around me was breaking down.

Once that happened, it was clear what was going on.

The God of Creation that had talked to me was the same one that I had encountered before.

With the world of memories breaking down, I could see that we were returning to the same apartment as before.

"Why did you show me that?"

"It’s the truth, is there a need to hide from it? Even if you deny it, it’s not as if this will change anything." The God of Creation said in a casual voice as if this didn’t bother them at all.

"Are you not afraid that I’ll rebel after this?"

There was this amused tone that appeared in the God of Creation’s voice when they responded, "Is there a reason for you to do that?"

I was about to say something when I realized that there was something off about the way that the God of Creation said this.

The God of Creation wasn’t making fun of me when they said this, rather it seemed like they were genuinely amused by these words. It was as if they really didn’t see a reason for me to follow through on this.

"So you’re saying that I’m just a sacrifice that you can deal with whenever you want?" I couldn’t stop myself from saying this in the end.

This time, it seemed like the God of Creation’s aura completely changed from these words.

"What are you talking about?"

It didn’t seem like the God of Creation was the only one that was confused, I was also confused when I heard them say this. It didn’t make any sense that the God of Creation would say something like this...

But the way that the God of Creation was acting made it seem like there was some kind of misunderstanding.

"Well, it’s good that everything is coming out. When you see this, perhaps it will also solve this misunderstanding."

Once again, I was confused by these words, but I didn’t have time to think about them as a change came over the God of Creation.

Until a second ago, the God of Creation still had something blocking their appearance.

But now it seemed like it was slowly disappearing.

It seemed like now that I had inherited the last inheritance from the God of Creation, I was finally able to see through the thing that had been hiding their appearance.

Once that veil completely disappeared, I was shocked by the face that I saw.

This was a face that I couldn’t be more familiar with, but at the same time...

This was a face that I thought had disappeared from this world.

Not that long ago, I had gone around this entire building looking for that face in the pictures that were all over this building. But no matter how I looked for that face, I just couldn’t find a single trace of it.

It was as if it had been completely wiped from this place.

But now it had appeared again and in the most unexpected manner.

However, I didn’t believe that this was the natural appearance of the God of Creation.

As the God of Creation, they would be able to take whatever form they wanted to take.
