The Five Lords rushed to the wilderness. They had already felt the threat of the Tier-8 Beast in the darkness.

They were large in numbers. In the blink of an eye, they reached their destination. The five lords stood in mid-air.

They saw the Tier-8 Beast Tamers injured by poison attacks. Their Lifeline beasts were the same.

Their eyes filled with confusion. But it was not the time to discuss. They decided to take down the corrupted beasts.

Boom!

The next second, the Lords released their attacks. One after another, the attacks landed on the corrupted beasts.

Boom!

The Tier-8 Corrupted Beasts, which were hiding in the darkness, came under the direct line of attack.

The next second, their bodies exploded into pieces. The magnificent, towering beasts died one after another.

Blood-soaked organs landed on the ground. The earth was dyed with blood.

Boom!

The heads of the Beast Taming Forces and others only heard the popping sound. The Tier-8 Corrupted Beasts which were threatening them were dying before their eyes.

Governors Martin and Orion were stunned. They could not kill this many Tier-8 Corrupted Beasts in a couple of seconds.

Both of them turned towards the five people standing in mid-air. Upon seeing the five old people, the governors were stunned because they recognized them.

How could they not see the Tier-9 strength of the lords? They were standing in mid-air like mountains.

The Governors were Tier-8 Beast Tamers. Both of them felt a mountain of pressure from the lords. The next moment, they rushed to the Lords' side.

The Head of the Beast Taming Association and other prominent heads saw the Lords from the Human Alliance. A wave of relief washed over them.

In the blink of an eye, not only were the Tier-8 Beasts killed by them, but the remaining Tier-7 and Tier-6 Beasts were all killed as well.

In a few minutes, the battlefield was cleared. There were more higher-tier beasts in the wilderness, but the lords didn't target corrupted beasts below Tier-6.

They didn't have to release their Lifeline beasts; they killed the beasts with their own abilities. But when facing a Tier-9 Beast, the situation would be different.

They might want to use their Lifeline beasts then.

Governors Martin and Orion immediately greeted the others.

"Thanks for your help, Lord," Martin said.

"You came at the right time, my lords," Orion said from the side.

One of the old women ignored them. Her gaze fell on those who were poisoned.

"They were all poisoned by the Tier-9 Beast," she uttered. A single glance was enough for her.

She was someone with healing abilities. The next second, she summoned her Lifeline beast.

Boom!

A plant-type beast with flowers appeared on the ground. The height of the beast was over 60ft.

The old woman used her Lifeline beast to start healing the poisoned beast tamers.

Seeing that, Martin and Orion sighed in relief. They had almost forgotten about them.

Head Harold and others saw the scene as well. They were relieved. They were worried that their friends might die. The city had been under grave danger.

They moved towards the governors and stood behind them. They waited for the Lords to heal them.

Swoosh!

The other four Lords didn't speak. They immediately rushed to the border. They were gone from the others' sight.

Governors Martin and Orion didn't show any displeasure. They assumed the Lords must have felt the changes as well.

They decided to look after the injured first. They saw the Beast Tamers gathered outside the city gate. They were ready to fight the next wave.

But there was no need for that. The Lords had wiped out the higher-tier beasts for them.

Governor Martin disappeared from the spot. He went to the city gate. In a flash, he appeared in front of the gate.

He stood in mid-air.

Gasp!

A huge exclamation occurred the next moment. Everyone below saw Governor Martin. They understood it was going to be important news.

The Beast Tamers stood upright. If there was a next wave of corrupted beasts, they were ready to face it as well.

On the other hand, Jeremy Night was on the ground as well. He could see the face of Governor Martin clearly.

He unconsciously used his eye power and saw a close-up of the Governor's face. He saw that the Governor looked relaxed, so it had to be good news.

Martin looked down at the people. Suddenly, he felt a unique gaze. He followed the gaze and saw a young man.

"This kid?" He raised his eyebrows.

He saw that the young man was wearing the badge of the Red Moon Chamber. He recognized him. Seeing that he was unharmed despite being a Tier-3 Beast Tamer, he was shocked.

Then he shifted his gaze and turned towards the others.

"Everyone, there is good news. The lords from the Human Alliance have come. They have already wiped out the higher-tier beasts."

"We have won this battle," Martin said in a high-pitched voice. It reached everyone's ears, including the people on the other side of the gate.

Gasp!

A huge exclamation occurred, and the next second, a massive cheer followed.

Jeremy Night heard it as well. He showed a surprised expression. He didn't expect help from the Human Alliance to come so soon.

Last time, they came late. This time, they appeared before the Tier-9 Beast could show itself. It was good news for them.

If the Tier-9 Beast appeared now, the Lords would take care of it. They were safe now.

Martin saw everyone's joy. He had been facing defeats from the cunning Tier-9 Beasts. The last poison attack had been the worst.

If the Lords had not arrived on time, they would have lost the lives of the Tier-8 Beast Tamers. It would have become a tragedy.

He then asked everyone to get inside the city. They would take care of the rest. Then, he disappeared from the spot.

Seeing that, the Beast Tamers let out a cheer again. This time, they had won.

But they didn't know about the losses, such as the human settlements and the deaths of Governor Leon and Robert Hill.
