The silhouettes of three figures gradually became clearer. The moment their bodies touched the light, the light bent around them and grew even brighter. It blinded those who continued staring, forcing them to cover their eyes.

Aldrian decided to take advantage of the distraction. He changed his disguise and turned himself into a devil cultivator. He teleported to a nearby line of devils and blended among them without drawing attention.

His aura had already changed to that of the devils. He removed his mask and altered his face.

He chose to blend in with the devils because he did not know whether his concealment technique would work on Divine Realm cultivators. He was unsure whether the two-meter rule applied to them, since Divine Realm cultivators were different from those below that level.

Their comprehension and senses were much sharper. They might detect him if he continued using the concealment technique. If that happened, he would have no choice but to wreak havoc here far earlier than he intended.

As Aldrian acted like the other devils, a powerful aura suddenly swept across the area.

It lasted only for a moment, yet it made every devil tremble. They felt the urge to prostrate themselves in worship.

Except Aldrian.

To him, it was an utterly detestable aura, one that filled him with the desire to kill them. They were gods, likely part of Tarius's earlier forces when they invaded this universe. These beings were the reason this universe had been occupied by those invaders.

He could not help but remember the followers he had met all this time. Every one of them had suffered because of those gods.

If not for them, he might still see many of his followers today.

Feng Xuanyan and Long Shentian might still be standing at his side.

Aldrian tried to calm himself as his fury rose. He wanted nothing more than to rush forward and kill them, but he refused to act recklessly for now.

He took a deep breath and forced himself to calm down. He finally see the three figures emerge from the pillar of light.

The blinding radiance slowly faded, allowing everyone to see them clearly.

Two men and one woman.

The two men wore black and white robes. The man in black was middle-aged with short white hair, while the one in white was another middle-aged man with short black hair. Their eyes were filled with confidence, even arrogance, as they looked down at the countless devils below.

The woman wore a tight red robe that accentuated the curves of her body. Her proportions were flawless. She looked elegant yet alluring. A small crown rested on her head, adding to her regal beauty.

Her expression remained serene, and her gaze was calm like still water, unlike the two men.

Although she was the type of woman many men would dream about, not a single devil dared to entertain even the slightest thought about her. Even though she and the other two men released no aura, their mere existence made every being present feel the urge to worship them.

Their souls told them that these were beings worthy of worship. They had to prostrate before them.

"Welcome to the First Heaven, O beings who rule over all life. O almighty gods."

The messenger spoke as he dropped to the ground and prostrated himself. The other devils immediately followed.

The sight of countless devils prostrating themselves was truly a spectacle.

Yet the three gods showed no reaction. They simply continued descending.

However, their attention soon shifted toward a single person.

A man with an ordinary face.

While everyone else knelt, he remained standing.

He showed no intention of prostrating. His expression held no reverence as his gaze met theirs directly.

There was no fear in his eyes.

He looked at them as if they were nothing more than ordinary people he had encountered in his life.

"Interesting. This is my first time seeing someone dare to look at us like that despite being merely a mortal at Pseudo Immortal Establishment stage. His devil aura is also strange. It is powerful and pure, almost like our own devil aura," the man in the black robe said, his eyes showing clear surprise.

"I sense something unusual from him as well. Hmm… ah, I see. He is using a disguise," the man in the white robe said.

The woman said nothing. She simply looked at the man.

Her gaze revealed no emotion, yet it seemed to contain something far deeper than an ordinary look. Her sapphire eyes carried countless mysteries, as if they could see through anything hidden.

But suddenly, her expression changed.

She frowned.

"There is something wrong with that man. I cannot see his past or his future. Something is blocking my technique, and I can even sense danger if I push further," she said.

Her words astonished the two men.

They rarely showed shock, yet this was one of the few moments when they were genuinely surprised.

The woman beside them possessed a unique ability. With her eyes, she could uncover the secrets of the universe itself. Almost nothing could hide from her sight. Among their forces, she was known as one of the greatest diviners.

She had already proven her worth many times, helping their forces achieve victory against the powers of this universe repeatedly.

That was also the reason their highest god, Tarius, had included her in this group that descended into the First Heaven.

Her role was to help them hunt down a dangerous variable that had appeared in the First Heaven. That variable was said to have the potential to ruin the entire plan of their alliance.

With her ability, they believed they could locate such a threat and eliminate it before it was too late.

Although they felt their highest god had been somewhat excessive by sending five God Sovereign stage gods, they simply obeyed his command.

However, the moment they descended, they were already surprised.

How could this woman, a being who had already reached the Divine Realm and proven herself countless times in the past, fail to use her ability on a mortal?

That mortal was merely a Pseudo Immortal Establishment stage cultivator.

Aldrian, who had become the focus of the three gods, showed no sign of being deterred as he continued looking at them.

'Well, whatever. I don't think I can continue this anymore,' he thought.

In the end, all of his effort to hide himself is in vain. The thought that he would have to prostrate before the beings who invaded his universe, the beings who made his followers suffer, made him want to kill himself. Even pretending to do so was enough to make him want to puke.

There was no way he would prostrate before them.

The invaders.

But that was fine with him. He no longer needed to pretend. He could finally go all out.

"You. Who are you? Where do you come from?" the man in the black robe asked. His eyes remained fixed on Aldrian, who seemed unconcerned about becoming the center of attention.

The other devils finally realized that something was wrong. They raised their heads and looked toward the person the gods were questioning.

The three overlords and the messenger had already turned toward Aldrian's direction, their brows deeply furrowed.

Who was he? How dared he show no respect toward the gods?

"You! How dare you refuse to prostrate before the gods! Blasphemy!" Vargus shouted as he released his pressure and directed it toward Aldrian.

Aldrian felt the pressure weighing down on him, yet he still stood tall. He did not bend even an inch. It was as if Vargus's pressure meant nothing to him.

Seeing that Aldrian remained unaffected, Vargus was surprised.

He could clearly sense that Aldrian only had Pseudo Immortal Establishment stage cultivation. Yet he seemed completely unaffected by his pressure and aura.

How was that possible?

Vargus increased the pressure, but Aldrian still did not budge.

Aldrian said nothing. He simply continued looking at the gods.

The man in the black robe showed no change in his expression. But then, he also released his pressure.

His aura spread across the area, allowing everyone present to feel it. The devils immediately felt goosebumps. The aura made them want to prostrate once more!

"Kneel," the man in the black robe said in a calm but commanding tone.

Vargus stopped releasing his aura the moment he sensed the black-robed man's pressure. His soul trembled and his body shook. He felt an overwhelming urge to prostrate himself at that very moment.

Yet he still saw that Aldrian had not moved. Aldrian's expression remained unchanged. The pressure from the god even distorted the space around him. Vargus could feel the force of it despite not being the target.

He was truly shocked.

The other devils had already begun moving away from Aldrian.

They knew something was wrong with this man.

Aldrian, now under immense pressure, tried to maintain his posture.

He would not bend. He would not show weakness before these invaders.

'Just a little more. Just a little more,' he thought as he endured the pressure.

The three gods frowned as they watched the scene.

This was truly extraordinary.

How could a mere mortal withstand the pressure of a god?

The man in the black robe finally could not hold back his curiosity. Using his control over energy, he dragged Aldrian toward him. For now, he had no intention of killing him. He wanted to know what made this man so special.

Aldrian felt a powerful force pulling him toward the black-robed man. His body slowly began moving forward.

However, Aldrian created a spatial barrier in front of him, stopping himself.

This surprised the black-robed man, who frowned again as he and the others saw that Aldrian was suddenly smiling.

"You want to know who I am? Fine. I will tell you," Aldrian said. "I am the one who will drag that Tarius down until he begs for mercy beneath my feet."

The three gods were shocked.

Before they could respond, Aldrian's figure suddenly disappeared.

Zummm!

A giant circular black mass appeared right in front of them!
