"I don’t want to be sorry." Janelle looked up, placing her hope on her father. "Dad, I don’t know what kind of harmful things Mom might do to Trevor. It wouldn’t amount to company sanctions, would it? Mom doesn’t have that ability."

The girl thought for a moment and confessed to him, "Dad, I’m actually not with Trevor yet; we’re just friends."

Hearing this, Nathan Mills was a bit surprised. He composed himself, "Not together?"
