However, there were those that were at the front of the crowd and they were the ones that reached the open door first.

Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan on the other hand weren’t in as much of a rush as them as they moved back in the crowd. Even if there was a current that formed, it was actually quite easy for them to move back in this crowd and avoid being caught up with their abilities.

It wasn’t as if the current was anywhere near strong enough to push them along.

As such, Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan were able to see the ones in front being sent flying.

It wasn’t that there was another barrier that blocked them, it was as if something from inside of the pavilion had hit them and sent them flying.

With the way that they flew, it really seemed like there was quite a bit of force behind whatever had sent them flying.

The others that saw this were surprised, but Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan weren’t that surprised. They knew the general situation with these places marked on the map, so there was no doubt that there was some kind of trial protecting them.

If they charged in like this, they were simply asking to be beaten.

So seeing the ones that charged in like this being sent flying only felt natural to them.

They would have been surprised if they hadn’t been sent flying like that.

But they also didn’t let themselves enjoy this for long since there was something more important to do.

Ye Qing Huan shook her head in response to this question.

Both Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan had tried to use their spiritual sense to see what was inside of the pavilion. They wanted to see what it was that had sent all of these people flying like this.

Only they found that there was something that blocked their spiritual sense.

It was a sensation that they were familiar with since they had encountered it before and it wasn’t as if it was a surprise that they felt this sensation. It was in the same Dao Sect ruins that they encountered this feeling previously.

So it was only natural that it would be here that they encountered something that blocked their spiritual senses like this.

Since they couldn’t figure out what it was, Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan stayed back to observe while they let the others go first.

As for being worried about whether the others would be able to get the things first or not, they were not worried at all. After all, they could see the other people being sent flying by whatever was inside.

There were a few that didn’t get sent flying, but they were moving so carefully that they just weren’t making any progress. If any of them actually tried to rush in, the same thing happened to them where there was this unknown thing that sent them flying.

It was clear that no one was able to figure out the true identity of the thing that was sending them flying like this, or they would have already moved much further in. So it seemed like everyone was just stuck here until they figured out what they were supposed to do.

Lin Fan looked carefully at the pavilion itself as he remembered what the mark on the map was.

For the alchemy hall, it had been a cauldron.

So for this place, that mark should have been some kind of clue.

It was just that no matter how he looked at it, he wasn’t able to figure out what it was about this place that mark represented. After all, that mark was a training dummy and it didn’t seem like it was related to this unknown pavilion.

"There’s nothing inside at all that could give a clue..." Lin Fan even muttered in a depressed voice as he looked in.

It really didn’t seem like he would be able to figure out what was here...

Or that would have been the case if not for something that suddenly sounded in his mind.

"I remember this place."

The moment that Xiao Sheng said this, Lin Fan immediately asked, "What is this place?"

He didn’t know what kind of information Xiao Sheng would be able to give him, but anything was better than the current situation where they knew nothing. Even if it was the smallest bit of information, it would still be useful.

Xiao Sheng didn’t reply right away, almost as if she had been scared by the way that Lin Fan spoke.

But after a moment of silence, she said, "This place is the training hall."

Lin Fan could stop a bitter feeling from filling him when she said this.

After all, it should have been obvious by the training dummy that this place would have been a training hall. It was just that no matter how he looked for them, he couldn’t find the training dummies that should have been in this place.

"The training dummies here are advanced. They move just like people, so of course you won’t be able to find them that easily. They can even use the arrays engraved in this place to hide themselves."

Xiao Sheng said this as if it was normal, but this was certainly not normal for other people.

Lin Fan didn’t blame her when he heard this since he knew that her memories had been sealed. Just the fact that she took this long to say this showed that she had tried to find the memories of this place.

"Alright, just tell me if you remember anything else." That was what Lin Fan said, but there was a part of him that was a bit anxious.

Not knowing anything really did make things hard for them.

"It’s fine, we’ll just watch and wait for now. We still have an advantage that we can use when the time comes." Ye Qing Huan was the one that calmed him down in the end.

Lin Fan gave a nod before looking at her with a trace of admiration.

She really was showing the experience that she had over him with how she had supported him during this time. When he had been anxious, it had almost always been Ye Qing Huan who calmed him down.

As expected of the only disciple of the Heavenly Demon.

She had been trained in many different things since she was young, so there wasn’t much that could actually faze her. Lin Fan took a deep breath and thought to himself that he could really learn from her.

Though in reality, this was just a facade for Ye Qing Huan.
