Yandere Milfs Devouring In Eroge Game
Chapter 118: The White Sea
After what felt like days, Kai could feel the landscape changing.
Kai urged his black mare further into the endless white dunes.
The blinding sun beat mercilessly against his shoulders, and the ground beneath his horse’s hooves felt exactly like powdered bone.
Bleached skeletons of ancient sandworms and ruined merchant caravans littered the sloping hills.
Every few miles brought another grim reminder that this wasteland swallowed careless travelers whole.

’This place is a fucking oven,’ Kai thought, wiping a stream of sweat from his forehead.
’If I don’t find shade soon, both my horse and I are going to bake alive.’
System warnings chimed constantly in his vision, serving as a highly annoying soundtrack to his miserable ride.
He ignored the text and focused on sipping warm water from his leather canteen.
Conserving resources was crucial as he had no idea how far away the next oasis actually was.
A sudden gust of wind kicked up the fine sand, reducing visibility to zero in a matter of seconds.
Kai pulled his linen scarf higher over his nose to breathe while the grit stung his exposed skin.
Trick. Trick.
Just as the swirling dust finally settled, a clicking sound echoed from the crest of a nearby dune.
Five dog-sized scarab beetles skittered rapidly down the slope, kicking up trails of white powder.
Their mandibles glowed a vicious red, and drops of acidic venom sizzled loudly whenever they hit the hot sand.
[Enemy Detected: Ash Reavers - Level 25]
[Description: Highly aggressive scavengers. Avoid acidic spray.]
Kai slid out of his saddle and drew his dagger as running in this loose terrain was completely useless.
The first beetle lunged forward, snapping its jaws before spraying a stream of yellow acid straight at his chest.
Dodging sideways, he channeled his freezing mana into the shifting ground beneath the charging swarm.
"Let’s see how you handle a little glass," Kai shouted over the wind.
He blasted a wave of pure cold directly into the boiling sand. The extreme temperature shift flash-froze the silica instantly, forming a cluster of razor-sharp glass spikes.
Two beetles impaled themselves on the trap, shrieking as their glowing red mandibles shattered against the crystalline points.
Acid spilled from their broken bodies and melted the glass right back into the ground.
Another Reaver circled his flank and snapped its jaws at his boots.
Kai spun smoothly and kicked the bug into the air before driving his water-coated dagger straight through its hard carapace.
Blue blood sprayed across his clothes, but the fight was draining his energy far too quickly.
His lungs burned for oxygen in the stifling heat, and his arms felt like lead weights dragging him down.
’I can’t keep this up all day,’ Kai thought, retreating a few steps to catch his breath.
The last two bugs charged simultaneously.
Kai dropped to one knee and launched a quick barrage of ice spears right into their open mouths.
The freezing projectiles tore through their internal organs, leaving them twitching uselessly in the white sand.
He stood up slowly and sheathed his weapon, feeling entirely exhausted from the short skirmish.
Dusk finally painted the desert sky in beautiful shades of bruised red and fiery orange.
Kai led his tired horse by the reins until a crumbling stone outpost appeared on the horizon.
The ruined building offered a solid roof and four intact walls to block the punishing nighttime wind.
Tying his mare to a broken pillar outside, he stepped quietly through the shadowed doorway with his dagger raised again.
A wooden spear tip pressed directly against his throat before his eyes could even adjust to the dim light.
"Take one more step, and I will open your neck," a mature voice warned from the corner of the room.
Kai froze and slowly raised his free hand to show he was not attacking.
Looking past the sharp spear, he saw a stunning half-elf woman stepping into the faint evening light.
She looked to be in her late thirties, possessing a beautifully curved figure wrapped closely in worn leather scavenger gear.
Sun-tanned skin and a scattering of faded battle scars across her collarbone gave her a rugged, extremely capable look.
Her pointed ears twitched slightly, and her bright amber eyes scanned him from head to toe with complete suspicion.
"I am just looking for a place to sleep," Kai said calmly, keeping his voice entirely level.
"I already killed the glowing beetles crawling around outside, so you don’t need to poke me with that stick."
The woman lowered her spear just a fraction of an inch, though she did not relax her fighting stance at all.
"You killed five Ash Reavers by yourself? You look like you barely survived a slight sunburn, boy."
"My name is Kai, and I have had a very long day," he replied, gently pushing the wooden shaft away from his chin.
"Are you going to let me sit down, or do we have to fight over this dusty room?"
She studied his face for a long moment before finally lowering the weapon completely.
Leaning her spear against the cracked stone wall, she crossed her arms tightly under her generous chest.
"My name is Yena," she sighed, sounding mostly annoyed by his presence.
"You can take the corner near the window, but if you snore, I will kick you back out into the sand."
"I promise to be a perfect gentleman," Kai smirked, walking past her to claim his spot on the floor.
"Don’t make promises you cannot keep," Yena fired back, settling gracefully onto her worn bedroll.
"I have buried men for trying to be gentlemen out here. Just keep your hands to yourself and go to sleep."
Kai sat down and unrolled his sleeping mat. 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂
The desert air cooled rapidly as the sun vanished, bringing a welcome chill to the ruined outpost.
He watched Yena carefully while she cleaned her gear, appreciating the confident way she handled herself in a wasteland designed to kill weak people.
Surviving the Ashen Dunes required allies who actually knew the terrain, and this sharp-tongued older woman seemed like the perfect starting point for his new plans.
"You have a very nice spear," Kai offered casually, stretching his legs out.
"And you have a very annoying mouth," Yena countered without missing a beat, though a tiny smirk touched the corner of her lips.
"Go to sleep, before I decide those beetles were better company."
