Arcane Exfil - Chapter 21: Rescue

This is the story of Long Yi, who was killed because he took revenge for the girl he loved. Before he dies, a strange lightning carries his soul into a different realm. One day, Su Mu transmigrated to an alternate world.This world had martial arts practitioners, Qi cultivators and also various types of terrifying ghosts, monsters and demons.In such a hostile environment, his otherwise-perfectly fine reincarnation system became a death system. For him, death was not the end, but rather, a new beginning. From the system, he experienced the profane lives of tens of thousands of demons! In one simulation, he was cut up, thrown into a pot, and eaten. Then, he became a Bloody Skeleton. In another simulation, he was forcefully conscripted and died in battle. His corpse did not decay, and he became a Drought Zombie. In yet another simulation, he was struck by lightning, and his extreme Yin Qi was converted into Yang Qi. He became a Fierce Thunder Ghost. In one more simulation, he consumed spirits, and his murderous aura filled the skies. He became an Undying Ghost Chariot. Some people cultivated to become deities. One other person died a hundred times to become a demon!

There was once a hero.

Unique black hair. Excellent eyes. Contrary to his delicate features, he who had abnormal strength was called the Otherworldy Hero.

At the hero’s long adventure (up to the point where his wooden sword that had been kindly granted to him by the king was replaced by the holy sword blessed by the holy maiden) he saved the prince that had been kidnapped by the demon king, and so the kingdom was swept by worry.

The hero’s strength that could fell the demon king was deemed too dangerous to leave unrestrained.

One advisor spoke up. Why not marry him to royalty?

The king thought that was a viable option. Family, to an alien from another world would be the best of chains. There was one problem. The king was abundantly blessed with sons and had princes galore, but not a single daughter.

Ho, and it wasn’t like I could marry off two boys.

At a burst of inspiration the king slapped his knee.

That was it!

You just had to turn a prince into a princess!

And so the hero ended up in a position to be marrying a man.

This story, is a tale of the aforementioned otherworldly hero, and his bride, the former-prince-now-princess and their ridiculously hilarious marriage.

Katherine Zara, a single middle aged office worker, went about her day as she always had; wake up, go to work, come home and read or play games. However, today would be different. Before she left for work, her ex broke into her apartment and killed her.

When she woke up, she was given many choices. She could pick her new world, pick her starting point, and pick her system among many other things. And so Katherine decided to become a servant to a villainess.

Follow Katherine as she serves her petty, demanding mistress in a world of swords and magic.

Additional: The Female Lead (Katherine) will be submissive to her mistress, but will be cold towards others. I plan on having some action, but mainly this will be a story about Katherine serving her mistress and leveling up her system.
