The premise of the story revolves around a shop where one can sell away the remaining years of their life, and the consequences of doing so.

“I Say A Little Prayer” is a short related story which was posted along with the novel’s release. It spoils some things about the main story, but nothing major.

An editor at the prime of her life—and with maybe just a little too much free time—finds herself waking up in one of her favorite RPGs with no clue as to what's going on or how to get back home.This might be the part where others rejoice over getting whisked away to a world of wizards and magic, but she certainly doesn't think it's anything to celebrate about.After all, she woke up in the body of a small-time villain with some severe personality issues.

Because she was obsessed with survival games, Tang Su was forewarned in her dream. He carefully disguised himself as a minion and willingly revealed his fatal weakness to her, giving her all his tenderness. Unable to resist him, Tang Su obediently submitted to him. After all, everyone’s heart would race when they saw the final boss spoiling his wife! However, what was wrong with those six big shots? Why were they saying that they didn’t mind another comrade?
