As it was only a crude sword, Aaliyah did not take long finishing it. Constrained by the time limit due to his current Summoner Rank, Miguel could only unsummon her back as he began to examine the crude sword that she made after thanking her for it.

Aaliyah had melted the horn with her fire and made it into a crude sword.

The sword has a tinge of crimson and orange, much like its previous appearance when it was still the Volcanic Wyrm’s horn. It was a meter long including its handle that was made from the spine of the Volcanic Wyrm. The sword was pretty sharp and could easily cut through the Volcanic Wyrm’s flesh and could easily damage its hard scales.

Miguel waved it around and was satisfied at how it turned out. He did not expect Aaliyah to be such an outstanding blacksmith from her previous life. Even without proper equipment, she was still able to forge this kind of sword.

Even without knowing how they graded the items in this world, Miguel could easily tell that this sword was more exquisite and has a higher grade than the longsword he received from Marcel before.

With that being said Miguel continued to dissect the Volcanic Wyrm, separating the useful and the useless part.

The scales, bones and other parts that can be used to forge items were separated from the meat. Miguel planned to bury it deep underground and return later to collect them. After all, Miguel could not carry them around for now. He still has a few people to save after all.

As for the Volcanic Wyrm’s meat, Miguel tried some and he was disgusted by the taste. It was pretty chewy and had some starchy feel to it inside his mouth. Although he only roasted it as he did not know how to cook, the taste was still pretty bad compared to the meats he had roasted before.

Even Aaliyah felt disgusted just by looking at it. She did not even try a single bite before she returned inside the grimoire to rest.

Whether she was disgusted by the meat or from Miguel’s ’cooking’, only she herself would know.

On the other hand, after Miguel finished dissecting the body parts of the Volcanic Wyrm, he immediately buried them down in a secluded area. He made sure to scrape all of the meat out of the bone’s surface to prevent it from smelling bad too soon.

After he was done, Miguel took one of the smaller scales that he purposely separated from the rest wanting to make it into a mask.

The leader has a Silver Grade Beast and Miguel knows that he doesn’t have the capability to fight one single handedly yet. He needs the help of Aaliyah and in order to do that, he must hide his identity while summoning her to prevent anyone from associating Miguel from her.

Although he doesn’t want to hide his strength so that they could pour resources towards him to ’nurture’ him, Miguel still knew that too much of something was a bad thing. If he became a ’freaky’ genius in their eyes, they would no longer feel admiration or pride, they would only feel the fear of getting surpassed and usurp.

Such was the human mind.

Using the sword, Miguel carved two holes on the upper part of the scale. It took him some time to do it, but Miguel was satisfied with the outcome. Miguel looked up and realized that it was already nearing evening. He searched for a suitable location to spend the night, as he planned to break through on his Origin Realm.

He already gathered enough Origin Energy drop and Miguel thought it should now be enough to finally make a breakthrough.

Five Origin Energy drops, one was being used as his energy reserve, while the others were saved for his breakthrough.

However, just to be safe, Miguel decided to refine one more Origin Energy drop in case he fell short.

He closed his eyes, sat in a lotus position and communicated with grimoire. The Return of Origin technique was utilized as Miguel easily entered a meditative mode. The more Miguel cultivated the Return of Origin technique, the more he became attuned with the energy around him.

As though it was an extension of his arm, he easily manipulated the energy, allowing the grimoire to absorb it before it was refined inside his Inner World into a drop of Origin Energy an hour later.

As usual, the energy around this area was sucked dry, but Miguel did not care about it at all as it would just be replenished sooner or later. He doesn’t plan to stay in this area for long either.

After refining another drop of Origin Energy, Miguel now had a total of six of them, floating above his grimoire inside his Inner World. One of them now has a little chip due to Miguel using it as an energy resource to cast his skills.

However, considering how many skills he casted with it until now, Miguel estimated that this Origin Energy should last for at least a week if he constantly spammed his skills with it.

This was how extraordinary even a drop of Origin Energy was. It was like a very condensed version of any form of energy that was transformed through the Return of Origin technique. And it was only due to the Return of Origin technique that such energy could be formed.

After all, Miguel tried condensing Spiritual Energy before but it did not transform into Origin Energy even after condensing it to a millionth time. And in the end, the result was still just Spiritual Energy, no matter how condensed it was. He could not use it to cast other power systems, unlike Origin Energy.

With five usable Origin Energy drops inside his Inner World, Miguel no longer wasted any more time as he began to circulate it around his body.

Using the Origin Energy itself to make his body a suitable vessel for it, Miguel soon felt an intense pain coursing through his body as the five drops of Origin Energy melted and fused into him, strengthening his body in the process.

As the black impurities were pushed out of his body, Miguel finally performed the third cleansing, allowing him to set foot into the Third Stage of the Return of Origin Technique’s Cleansing realm.
