Chapter 30: Sunless confession II (18+ Chapter)

Sunless lowered her onto the silk sheets, the mattress sinking slightly beneath her. The neon glow from the outer room slipped through the open doorway, washing her skin in soft blue and faint violet light. It made her look unreal for a moment.

He didn’t hesitate. He shrugged out of the last of his clothes, movements quick but controlled, like he was holding himself together by force alone. When he straightened, standing in front of her, Sonia’s breath caught. Her eyes traced him without meaning to. The sight made her chest tighten and warmth gather low in her body.

He climbed onto the bed and leaned over her, carefully pinning her wrists above her head. His weight wasn’t crushing, just enough to remind her he was there. The warmth of his body spread into hers, solid and grounding against her softer frame.

"Sonia," he said quietly, his voice rougher than usual. "I need you to be sure. Once I start, I won’t stop myself."

She didn’t answer right away. Instead, she lifted her hips slightly, pressing closer to him. Her eyes met his, unsteady but full of intent. One hand slipped free and moved down her body. Her fingers trembled as they hooked into the waistband of her red lace panties. She pulled them down slowly, letting the fabric slide over her thighs before kicking them aside.

She lay there bare, exposed to the cool air of the room. The sudden chill made her shiver, but the heat coming from Sunless kept her from pulling away.

"Don’t stop," she whispered. "Please."

Sunless moved lower, leaving slow kisses along her neck and collarbone. He took his time across her chest, lingering just enough to make her restless, before continuing down her stomach. He paused at her navel, brushing it lightly with his lips before going lower.

Her legs parted on instinct.

When his mouth brushed against her inner thigh, she gasped sharply, the sound escaping before she could stop it. He stayed there for a moment, close enough that she could feel his breath against her skin. Then he moved in, and her back arched as sensation rushed through her.

"Sunless... wait..." Sonia breathed, fingers digging into the sheets as her body reacted all at once. The feeling was overwhelming in the best way, too focused, too intense. Her breathing turned uneven, her thoughts blurring together.

He didn’t rush her. He kept a steady rhythm, deliberate and unhurried, drawing soft sounds from her that she couldn’t hold back.

"Please," she whispered again, lifting her hips toward him. "I need you inside. Now."

Sunless lifted his head, eyes dark and locked onto her face. He shifted back up between her legs, positioning himself carefully. The tip brushed against her, sending a sharp spark of anticipation through her body. He paused there, jaw tight, holding back.

"Look at me," he said.

Sonia opened her eyes, vision hazy, and met his gaze. There was no hesitation left in her expression.

He pushed forward.

Her breath broke into a sharp sound as she felt the stretch, unfamiliar and intense. It burned slightly at first, making her grip the sheets harder. Then the discomfort slowly melted away, replaced by a deep fullness that made her chest rise with a shaky breath.

Sunless stayed still, giving her time. His forehead rested against hers, their breathing mixing together in the quiet room.

"You’re really tight," he murmured, voice strained.

She wrapped her legs around his waist, pulling him closer, refusing the small distance between them. "Move," she said softly. "Please."

He pulled back slowly before pushing in again. Sonia moaned, the sound echoing faintly off the walls. The pace was slow at first, controlled, every movement sending waves through her body.

As the tension built, he started moving faster. The quiet room filled with the sound of skin meeting skin and uneven breathing, mixed with the faint hum of the neon lights outside. Sunless stopped holding back. His hands tightened around her hips, grounding himself as he pushed deeper with each movement.

Sonia lost awareness of everything else. Her hands slid over his back, nails leaving faint red lines across his skin. She felt the muscles in his shoulders tense and release again and again. The pressure in her lower stomach kept building, tightening into something she couldn’t ignore.

"Sunless, I... I’m..." she tried to speak, her voice breaking.

"I’ve got you," he said hoarsely, leaning down to kiss her. The kiss was messy and rushed, cutting off her words as her body finally gave in.

The sensation hit her all at once. Her muscles tightened around him as waves rushed through her body. She shook slightly, breath catching in her throat, her vision blurring at the edges as the feeling overwhelmed her.

Seeing her reaction pushed Sunless over the edge. He groaned low in his throat, body tensing as he thrust a few more times before finally releasing inside her. His breathing turned ragged, chest rising and falling hard.

He collapsed onto her, careful with his weight, staying close. They didn’t move for a while. The only sound in the room was their breathing slowly returning to normal. The night air crept back in through the doorway, cooling the space, but neither of them cared.

Sonia lifted her hand and ran her fingers through his hair, slow and gentle. A strange calm settled over her chest. Everything outside this room felt distant. The system. His sister’s illness. The uncertainty waiting ahead. None of it mattered right now.

In this moment, it was just them.

Sunless lifted his head slightly and pressed a soft kiss to her forehead. "I’m not leaving, Sonia. Not after this."

She smiled, tired but content. "You better not," she said quietly. "You’re stuck with me now."

He let out a low laugh and rolled onto his side, pulling her into his arms. He wrapped the blanket around them both, tucking her close against his chest.

As sleep slowly crept in, Sunless knew that even if his path had changed, even if things became harder from here on out, this was one choice he didn’t regret making.
