[Congurulations. You have now opened the qualifications to open the guild-formation feature. To use it, please use the command //form guild in the control panel.]

The command was clear enough for Cane to follow and he opened the control panel to do as he had been commanded.

His role as an operator made it easy for him to follow the instructions and as soon as he entered the command, his screen flashed a pretty shade of pink before he had a guild panel on top of his avatar.

Cane already had a name ready. It was a name he always used when he played games and he only prayed that it had not been taken.

"G.E.N.E.S.I.S. This should do."

He typed the name but immediately got the error message.

[They name has been taken. Please use another name.]

’Fucking hell-? It’s taken? But I will not back down. I will use this name no matter what.’

But no matter how Cane spelled the name, there was no way to get it accepted by the system. In the end, he had to become really creative... and by that, he meant that he had to butcher the name of his guild.

[Genesis Guild Guild- would you like to nme your guild this? Warning- you won’t be able to change the name once you submit.]

The system warned and Cane nodded.

"Yes, I want to name my guiild this. I would not hace typed this if I did not want to name my guild this."

[Understood. Guild formation is complete.]

Cane’s scarstic words had no effect on the system because it xould not feel and thus, could not feel offnded because of his tone. Cane took a deep breath at this misfortune before he Ai joined him.

"Are you done with the work you wanted to do?"

She asked in a curious voice and Cane nodded.

"Yes, I am done. Here, do you want to join my guild? All you have to do is search for this..."

He helped Ai search for the guild he had formed and it showed up on he screen. Ai sent him an invite to join and Cane accepted her request. Once she was in, he tried to message her and much to his relief, he could do that.

Cane finally had the ability to communicate with someone in game.

"So, what are we supposed to do in the guild?"

Ai asked as she looked around to see what had changed for her. But there was not much that had changed. She still felt the same as she ever did.

But Cane moved his finger in a shush motion, almost as if he was telling Ai that she was mistaken about the guild.

"You are saying this because you just do not know how useful a guild can be. Since we are just starting, the buffs we will get will not be massive, but once enough people join, you just need to wait and see what will happen."

Cane assured Ai but it did not look like she agreed with him. Still, she did not question his decision or what he asked of her and decided to take a step back.

"Alright, I guess I will wait and see if you say this. But I do hope you know what you are getting yourself into..."

She told Cane but he just flashed her another smile.

"Do not worry. I know exactly what I am getting myself into here. I promise you that you will not have a thing to regret."

He assured before he decided to head out of the game. He had a few people to contact that will form the core of his guild.

Once out of the game, he quickly freshened up before he pulled his phone and messaged both Dani and Joseph with the link to his new guild. They both assured him that they would send him the request.

This was the start of a new era for Cane. But not everyone was as happy to see him succeed as he hoped. There were a few... people who were getting concerned about his achievements.

"Boss, you recall the person you asked us to keep an eye on... Apparently, he has oopened a new guild-"

Reeze threw the bottle she was holding in her hadn at the wall as soon as she heard those words. She did not want to hear a single thing more from the peopel she worked with.

The people knew that as well and had, thus, volunteered her secretary to deliever this news.

Her poor secretary had no choice but to take the mantle and decide to voluntarily become a victim of her abuse.

"What did you say-?"

Reeze asked and her secretary sighed before he decided to tell her once more.

"Boss, I said that Cane opened a guild-"

"I heard you the first time. There is no need to repeat yourself like this."

The female assured him as she rubbed her forhead to get rid of the headache she was forming. She was not in a mood to talk and her secretary flinched as he noticed her mood.

He felt fearful but he also knew that he needed to do something if he did not want to get fired.

"Boss, do you want to send someone undercover at that guild? It miught be a good opportunity for us to keep an eye on Cane and ghis actions. I will volunteer-"

The secretary offered and watched as his boss turned toward him next. He was almost afraid he would die for his suggession, but instead, his boss gave him an odd look before she frowned and closed her eyes.

When she opened her eyes, she looked less troubled and much calmer compared to before.

"Fine, you can do undercover. But do not take toon long there. I do not want to lose a man as capable as you to this cursed game that we have no choice but to keep playing.
