Taking a simple step to the side, Ryuk’s body weaved—the claw barely missing him by an inch—and then his hand flashed downward as his elbow slashed upwards toward the Abyssal creature like a blade.

It connected, making a powerful ding sound as if metal and metal had clashed together.

Ryuk shifted back to his normal form, as he raised his hand to the side of his head, blocking the claw, before immediately kicking it with his right leg toward the creature’s exposed core.

It surprisingly didn’t block it, as if wanting him to kick through its core, but just an inch before Ryuk’s leg could touch it.

He suddenly twisted his knee joints as his legs took a curled turn and slammed down toward the creature’s cheek instead.
