Chapter 869: Chapter 869: Write Me a Letter of Guarantee

Zoe Lewis trembled and rolled in after hearing her name called.

She hung her head, like a frightened quail, not daring to glance at Natalie Niles, standing obediently with a lump on her forehead that was swollen and painful from being hit by a stone, not daring to touch it.

"Go, drag them out, let them continue sunbathing."

Zoe was terrified but dared not defy the order, trembling as she approached to first drag the old lady out from the flowers, then went to drag Cherry Lewis.

She was very careful while dragging the old lady, but showed no restraint while dragging Cherry.

Cherry shouted in pain, "My face! The thorn pricked my face!"

"Sorry, sorry, sis, I didn’t mean it."

Zoe, face full of distress, continued dragging, watching Cherry’s head bump against another rose bush, not adjusting her direction, letting Cherry collide.

"Ah, my head! My hair got caught, stop dragging!"

Zoe turned a deaf ear, using force with both hands, yanking Cherry out from the flowers.

Looking at the rose bush, strands of hair were wrapped around it, all brutally yanked off Cherry’s head.

Cherry was furious, wanting to get up and hit back, but the pain in her ribs made breathing hard, leaving her no strength to move.

Natalie sat in the shade, not caring about Zoe messing with Cherry, lazily grabbing a cup to drink, nodding approvingly after finishing, finding the tea quite good.

Zoe looked over, hesitating.

That was leftover tea, the Hunter Family’s servants wouldn’t even drink it, yet Natalie drank it carelessly, not afraid of a stomach upset?

But, who cares!

A stomach upset would be good, considering how fierce she was, directly hitting a lump on her forehead.

"From now on, stay home obediently. If you go causing trouble at Young Master Hunter’s place again, I’ll send you to meet God. Now, each of you write a guarantee letter, make a fingerprint, swear an oath, and this matter ends today. Zoe, get paper and pen!"

Zoe quickly went, only to find, upon entering the living room, people lying scattered everywhere!

All were old lady’s servants and bodyguards, presumably trying to stop Natalie, only to be knocked down by her.

She reached out to check the breaths of several people, luckily, they were all breathing, Natalie hadn’t delivered a fatal blow.

Zoe dared not delay, taking paper and pen, she ran outside, trembling, stuffing a copy each into the hands of the old lady and Cherry.

If they were smart, they’d follow Natalie’s orders quickly, or else suffer much.

Unfortunately, these two were prideful, stiff-necked, refusing to bow, unlike Zoe who was adaptable, cooperating even when treated like a maid.

Write a guarantee letter? Swear an oath?

This was the biggest humiliation of their lives!

The old lady would rather die than bow to Natalie.

Moreover, she didn’t believe Natalie dared to kill her, it was mere intimidation.

Their uncooperativeness made Natalie very unhappy, if not handled today, she wouldn’t leave!

"Zoe, bring a basin of water."

Zoe immediately complied, placing a basin at Natalie’s feet, standing obediently nearby, not daring to move for fear of affecting Natalie’s mood, spreading to her, this small fish.

Natalie stood up, grabbed the old lady by the nape, and pressed her face into the water.

The massive fear of suffocation triggered intense struggle in the old lady, human survival instinct is powerful, often erupting with astonishing strength on the brink of death.

But no matter how the old lady struggled, Natalie’s hand remained as steady as iron weighing a thousand pounds, motionless.
