Chapter 921: Chapter 921: Judge Zuo Wants to Jump Off a Cliff

Harry Hunter pulled his arm out of her grip, "Count them yourself. You can’t even count?"

Zoe Lewis didn’t mind his jab and grabbed his arm again, "I think I captured 146 stars in my shot, but David counted 109 for me. He must have counted wrong. You help us out and be the judge!"

David chimed in, "Yeah, you be the judge! Count mine too. I think I got at least 300 stars!"

Jace wouldn’t be outdone, "And me! I got 500!"

Grace Watt said, "Don’t listen to their bragging, Harry. There’s no way they got that many. Mine is the most, at 150. You count and see."

Harry Hunter: "..."

Should I find a big rock now and just kill myself on the spot?

Why did Zoe come up with the dumb idea, but he’s the one suffering for it?

Their photos of the starry sky aren’t even clear. If he finishes counting them all, his eyes might go blind!

But he couldn’t argue with the current situation; everyone was crowding around him, waiting for him to act as judge. It was as if they’d beat him up if he refused.

Harry Hunter ground his teeth for the umpteenth time, shot Zoe an angry glare, and took her phone to start counting stars.

He had just mocked Harry Hunter for doing such a menial task for his wife, and now here he was doing the same thing.

Life is truly unpredictable!

Harry Hunter even felt grateful to Harry Hunter because Harry counted the stars for Isabella Weaver. Everyone trusted Harry’s count, so Harry Hunter didn’t need to count hers again, saving him one picture and preventing total blindness.

But now all he could see were stars, even when he closed his eyes!

He probably wouldn’t be able to look at the night sky for a while!

Finally done with that silly star contest, Zoe spotted a small patch of fireflies and excitedly led everyone to catch them, suggesting a firefly contest.

Harry Hunter felt like he was going insane. Could she just settle down for a bit?

If someone asked him to count fireflies, he’d find a cliff to jump off of!

But he didn’t get a chance because Zoe was clinging to him, excitedly chasing fireflies. She didn’t catch many, but she was panting and exhausted.

"Harry Hunter, why aren’t you helping? That one flew right toward you! You could’ve caught it with a single reach!"

Harry Hunter said nothing and refused to help. He repeatedly pulled his arm out of her grasp, but she kept grabbing him again within minutes. In the end, he gave up resisting and let her be.

Despite her slender frame, she was surprisingly strong. If they kept tugging at each other, his arm might fall off!

They finally got through the tough night. After all the games were over, David and the others set up tents, and everyone began to rest.

They brought two tents in total: a small one for Harry Hunter and Isabella Weaver and a large one originally meant for David’s three bodyguards. By squeezing in, it could accommodate four people.

The three bodyguards, plus Zoe and Harry Hunter, made five people in total. Fortunately, one bodyguard needed to stay on night watch to ensure their safety, leaving the other four to lie inside and rest.

At the transition from summer to autumn, the night was still a bit chilly.

Grace Watt, physically fit, initially intended to let Chef Lewis sleep deeper inside while she took the edge next to the tent. Zoe didn’t agree.

Grace guessed that Zoe was probably embarrassed about sleeping next to a guy, so she let Zoe sleep on the outside. She lay next to Jace, with Harry Hunter on Jace’s other side.

When you’re out in the wild, enjoying the nature also means putting up with a bit of discomfort. Everyone slept in their clothes and listened to the chirping of insects outside, finding a unique pleasure in it.
