Almighty Father System-Chapter 382: Daddy Dreadful.

Leo's gaze was cold, he turned around and checked on Snow. The lady was still sleeping soundly and he approached the children's room and said, "Alpha, I am heading out to check out some things, if you spot an intruder in the house, act in defense code Berserk."

Alpha turned towards Leo and asked, "Please give me the confirmation code, Sir."

Leo replied, "Command Code: Valhalla."

Alpha said, "Command code confirmed, initiating Berserk defense code."

That said, Leo went downstairs and he stood before the two people on the doors, and he looked at them as he said, "Kyle, I am going out for a bit, stay alert. Also, give me your gun."

Kyle didn't hesitate even for a second and just passed on the weapon to Leo as he said, "Sir, I have two magazines."

The young man nodded and said, "Hand them over."

Then he checked the weapons once before he made a dash to the side of the mansion where stood a big separation wall. He jumped lightly and easily reached the apex of the ten feet tall wall, and with a grip of his hand he leaped over to sit on the boundary as he looked around the place.

It was dark, and vision was useless but then again, who was Leo Cardinal? He jumped down from the wall, landed on the ground and rolled on the ground to cancel the impact before looking around and then he dashed in a straight line.

He could tell that the place was empty, these people had guards but they were not patrolling as rigorously as Leo's security detail. The young man moved quickly and then he reached the high rising wall before he put his foot to it and ran up. Yes, Leo ran up, he used his supreme strength to take big strides and within two steps he reached under the balcony on the second floor, and pushed himself off the wall, and like a rock climber his hand grabbed onto the edge of the balcony and swung there for a bit.

He saw a few people moving under him. Just a couple of guys who were patrolling with small torches in their hands. However, these guys were rather lax, and Leo shook his head before he exerted some force and pulled himself up. Then he used his free hand to grab the railing and just like that he was inside the balcony.

He approached the door on the balcony, this and checked the door sill before confirming their was no alarm on it, he grabbed the door knob and then gave it a downward jerk. The force in that jerk was strong enough to break the knob with a subtle click. Leo didn't rush to open the door, he only waited, if someone heard the click or if they came over to him.

However, nothing happened, and the young man pushed the door open and walked inside the mansion. He took out his weapon and began to scan the place. The sweep was silent but fast. Then Leo approached the lower floor and he picked up a few people talking with great vigor.

Leo took a deep breath as he decided to eavesdrop.

"We can take out the robots with the EMP, as for the guards and the elders, a few cans of knockout gas would suffice. I don't believe that they would be able to react in time. It is just a mansion and not a bunker."

Then a cold voice sounded, "Are you going to underestimate him that much? Do you really think they have no back ups in place? The guards are living in a safe house some distance away and even when they change shift they don't have any window of lapse. These guards are all elites, and they have that killing aura about themselves, how do you plan to just handle them with some knockout gas cannisters in the garden? Is this a joke?"

Another voice sounded, "They have the license to kill as well. It will not work that easy. We don't have anyone else but us three doing this. While it sounds easy but from what I can tell if we look at his children he would not spare us. Matilda is a strong example."

Leo furrowed his brow and then he thought, 'Why am I even waiting here? These people all will tell me what I want when I have them at the gun point.'

With that thought, he stepped out of the side, and raised his gun to aim at the three people, and he deliberately made sound as he walked. The people looked over and they were shocked to see him. They froze and Leo said, "Don't try to move, flinch, or even blink. I will shoot first and talk later."

The people could see the dreadful killing intent from him almost manifesting into a strong big phantom. The three people had frozen up, and Leo walked close to them. He then knocked them all out with a back hand chop. His movement was quick, and the three men fell down on the couch. Leo raised his wrist and then made a call to Kyle as he said, "Bring in a few guys, subdue the guards, we have to transfer some cargo to the safe house."

Kyle agreed and then Leo tied the three guys carefully before he headed out to deal with some of the guards. These people had only five guards, so it was not hard to handle them with the help of Kyle and boys. Then these people were stuffed inside the cars, and they were driven away.

Since Leo and his mates have climbed over the wall, they had left no traces outside. Leo went back to the house the same way and then he approached Alpha before he said, "Alpha, restore to normal operation status."

The robot asked for a command code and Leo gave it to him. Then the robot went to normal before the young man walked to the side and checked on the kids, before heading back to the room and slipping under the covers. Snow sensed his arrival and instinctively hugged his arm.

Leo closed his eyes and fell asleep.

In the morning, just before Kyle was about to change his shift, leo approached him and asked, "So, did you find out who they are?"

Kyle nodded and replied, "Boss looked into it and he found out. They are all just some laymen who work heists and kidnappings for the rich bunch of people."

Leo raised his brow and asked, "What is the direct explanation?" 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺

Kyle sighed and said, "Sir, you should talk to Boss when he comes over this evening. All I can tell you is that these people are not even the tip of iceberg. They are just mere specks of dust compared to the realm powers behind him."

Thinking about this Leo nodded, if Markus was withholding the information from him than it meant that something deep was going on here and this was a sensitive issue.

Kyle left and Leo returned to help Snow cook for the night. They were hosting the nears and dears, and so it was only right that they cooked personally. Anastasia and Fragrance played with the two children while Lily directed Beta to handle the decoration of the place. The whole living room area was covered with silver trims of ribbons on the walls and while it appeared minimalist, it was very nice and pleasing to the eyes.

In the evening, the guests began to appear one after the other, and the first to arrive were Elvin and Cherry. They came with a lots of soft toys for the three children and Leo sighed as he said, "What was the need for these?"

Elvin rolled his eyes at him and said, "Don't you dare to tell me what I can gift my darling nephew and nieces. Hmph."

Following that, Percie arrived with Markus and Ellyse. The young couple greeted everyone and soon Marian also arrived with her husband. The people got busy playing with the young ones, and Markus approached Leo and said, "Sir, can we talk?"

Leo could tell from the ugly expression that Markus was trying to hold back and nodded as he said, "The study."

Then he led the man upstairs to the study and while the people found it odd, they didn't mind because they were all family, this was nothing serious, Leo had always been an odd ball.

Markus sat in the study as he rubbed his temples and said, "Sir, I looked into the three men that you captured. I am afraid, we have provoked some big trouble."

Leo raised his brow and asked, "What is this trouble?"

Markus sighed and replied in a low voice, "The oldest group of people in the world who opened the trade paths and made so much money that they are now controlling the majority of the western and norther western economies. They are called the Morning Star Tower."

Leo frowned for a second, before he remarked, "You mean that devilish cult?"

Markus looked him in the eye and nodded with all sincerity, this shocked Leo to his core. He asked, "What the fuck have we gotten into."
