Alpha Razor King-Chapter 127: Years Later.
**Isabella**
Five Years Later

"Nathan, Nathan. Where the hell is this boy, Nathan!" I shouted, walking around the penthouse before Cross and Lisa entered the living room.
"What the fuck!"
I hurried towards them and enveloped both of them in a hug. "When did you return?"
"Just now, we came straight from the airport," Cross replied.
Cross and Lisa had gone on a trip to Italy for over a month, and I’d missed them.
"You’re both looking so relaxed and happy," I breathed. "I can’t wait to hear about everything."
"Well, you should’ve come along with us, Isabella. You and Nathan," Lisa replied, but I only smiled.
Did I even deserve a vacation?
"Lisa is right. You’ve been working and running the pack all these years. You need a break, Isabella," Cross sighed, holding my shoulder.
"Thank you. I’ll think about it. Did you guys see Nathan?"
"He’s downstairs playing with Chris and Dean. He even refused to come with me," Lisa pouted. "He’s now a big boy."
"It’s not your fault, Lisa. He’s always hanging out with them, that little devil. I’ll see you guys later, alright? I need to go get Nathan."
I went out of the penthouse and headed downstairs to see Nathan’s little legs running around with Chris as Dean watched them. A smile tugged at my lips. My son was so full of energy and laughter, completely oblivious to the chaos that often surrounded us.
"Nathan!" I called out, catching his attention. He turned and grinned, his little face lighting up with joy.
"Mommy!" he squealed, running towards me. I scooped him up in my arms and kissed his forehead.
"Having fun?" I asked, brushing his hair back.
"Yeah! Uncle Chris and Dean are teaching me how to play tag!" he exclaimed, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
I glanced at Chris and Dean. "Thank you both for keeping him entertained."
Chris chuckled. "It’s no trouble at all. He’s a quick learner."
Dean nodded in agreement. "He’s got a lot of energy. Keeps us on our toes."
I laughed, feeling a wave of gratitude for these men who were like family. "I’m sure he does. Nathan, how about we go get some ice cream?"
"Yes, please!" Nathan cheered, wriggling in my arms.
"Alright, let’s go then," I said, setting him down before looking at Chris and Dean. "So how is it going over there?"
"Well, we’ve taken care of the rogues who were disturbing our territory, Luna, so all is good again," Dean replied.
"Thank the moon goddess," I breathed a sigh of relief. "But have you seen any sightings, anything weird?"
Dean and Chris shared a look. They knew what I was asking about.
"No, Luna," Chris shook his head sadly.
"It’s okay," I nodded with a forced smile. "Did you both see Cross and Lisa?" I changed the topic to their delight.
"Yes, yes, they both look so refreshed," Dean said. "I think they should do it more often."
"I agree," Chris nodded. "I’m glad they went there. They deserved some alone time."
"Mommy, I want to go on a trip too," Nathan tugged at my dress.
"I don’t know, baby. I’m not sure you’re ready for it yet."
"Oh, come on, Luna. It would be a great deal for you and Nathan to at least take a break," Dean stated, drawing a sigh.
"You’re probably right, Dean," I agreed. "Now that school is on break, maybe Nathan and I could use some rest."
"Perfect, we’ll take care of things around here with Cross, so relax, okay?" said Chris.
"Alright, guys. Maybe we could leave in two days’ time, but we’re not leaving the country."
"That’s fine, Mommy. I want to go to Miami."
"Really, baby?" I chuckled, ruffling his hair. "That’s fine. Now let’s go meet Anna in the kitchen.

Two Days Later
This place is so beautiful, Mommy!" Nathan jumped excitedly on the bed. "I love it already."
The hotel room was luxurious with a soft king-sized bed, marble bathroom, stylish furniture, ocean view, crystal chandelier, and a private balcony with lounge chairs.
"Alright, Nathan, stop jumping on the bed. Remember, this is a hotel room." I carried him down before settling him on the floor. "Remember what I said."
"Behave yourself and don’t ever run off without my permission," he stated with a pout, which made me smile.
I had to sound it into his ear several times because my little boy was a menace who loved to run off and explore. He was so stubborn, just like me and... him, of course.
Yes, everything about Nathan—from his hair, eyes, lips—always reminded me of the man I had carried in my heart for years. The man I couldn’t let go of even if he was dead... even though he left me alone despite his promise to come back.
During the afternoon, I took Nathan out to the beach to relax. I was wearing a red bikini set with a kimono jacket draped over it. Yes, even after all these years, I couldn’t dress a certain way because I could hear his stern voice cautioning me.
"Mommy, look at this," Nathan pointed at a kid building a sandcastle. "I want to do that too."
I smiled widely. Nathan looked so happy being outside; maybe it wasn’t such a good thing locking him inside the pack house.
"Alright, baby," I held his hand and led him to a spot. "Let’s stay here and build some sandcastles."
A few minutes in, I needed some refreshments and saw an ice cream kiosk. One of the things Nathan and I had in common was our love for ice cream.
"Stay here, baby. I’ll be right back." I told him and went to get some ice cream. But when I got back, Nathan was absent, and his sandcastle was scattered.
Panicked, I glanced around, searching for him with my eyes. "Nathan!" I called out, my voice trembling.
My heart raced as I scanned the beach. Where could he have gone in such a short time?
