“Lilith and Kraken… It seems… Fate is helping me once again, huh.”

Ethan closed his eyes to enjoy his wife’s determined act of pleasure and comfort while silently giving the order for them to be attended to and treated as very special guests, just like Emma.

Ethan slowly got up while holding Seraphis by the ass. He then proceeded to slowly remove his now hard member.

Sky-rails, floating platforms, towers etched with runes, and technology woven together so seamlessly that even ancient beings would have to pause and look twice.

Seated at the forefront of the phoenix was Lilith, one leg casually crossed over the other, her posture relaxed to the point of arrogance. Her crimson eyes scanned the city with open curiosity, a slow smile curling at her lips.

“Well,” she drawled, resting her chin on her palm, “this is… irritating.”

Beside her, Kraken narrowed her red eyes, aqua-blue hair whipping violently in the wind as the phoenix descended lower. Her tentacles swayed behind her in agitation, not from fear, but from interest she didn’t want to admit.

“…It’s clean,” Kraken muttered. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Lilith snorted. “You say that like it’s an insult.”

“It is,” Kraken replied flatly. “Empires should feel sharp. This place feels… alive. Organized. Like it expects to survive.”

They passed over a district where children pointed up in awe, merchants froze mid-sale, and soldiers instinctively straightened, then hesitated, because whatever this was, it didn’t feel like an invasion.

Lilith’s gaze softened just a fraction as she watched it all. “He’s changed things. A lot.”

Kraken clicked her tongue. “Tch. Of course he did. He’s my destined one after all.”

The phoenix gave a low, reverberating cry as the rest of the aerial procession followed behind, massive demonic beasts, war-constructs, and flying mounts that would have been terrors in any other sky. Here, they looked almost out of place, like predators entering a garden guarded by something far worse than walls.

Lilith leaned forward slightly, eyes gleaming. “You feel it, don’t you?”

Kraken didn’t answer immediately. Her gaze locked onto the distant palace, where power radiated not explosively, but steadily, like a star that had learned patience.

“…Yes,” she admitted at last, irritation clear in her voice. “And I don’t like that I do.”

Lilith laughed softly, a sound carried by fire and memory. “Liar. You hate surprises. You love inevitability.”

Kraken’s tentacles stilled.

“…If he’s really here,” she said quietly, “then this world is already past the point of no return.”

The phoenix angled downward, beginning its descent toward the capital’s outer sky-ring.

Lilith’s smile widened, sharp and fond all at once.”Good. I didn’t come all this way for something boring.”

Behind them, the demons followed in silence.

And far below, Anbord waited, unaware that two calamities were admiring its skyline like tourists deciding where to eat first.
