Within the Divine Temple, inside the Main Hall of the Gods.

A young man, clad in a white robe with gold trim and with a hair bun on his head, stood side by side with a woman, also in a gold-trimmed white robe, her head adorned with two fluffy little hair buns.

On the elevated platform before them sat the master of this Main Hall of the Gods, the Main God. Beside the Main God sat another young deity, a System-Type Main God.

Long Ze’s face bore an insincere smile. After the great war in the Beast World, he had been promoted. He rose from being the Beast God of the low-magic Beast World to become the Dragon God in the high-magic Dragon World.

But he wasn’t overjoyed. Changing worlds meant having to say goodbye to his old friends. The thought alone was hard to bear.

As for Si Yan, she stood elegantly, a smile on her face.

「Today marked the third year since the Beast World war.」

She wasn’t obliged to come to the Divine Temple, but she had come with Long Ze, primarily... because she was angry with a certain someone.

Ever since that certain someone had, in certain respects, given free rein to his beastly nature, he had thoroughly demonstrated to Si Yan the meaning of "a snake’s nature is inherently lewd."

For many years, to maintain the Beast World’s purity and sanctity, its Main God had never opened it to the Quick Transmigration System. The Beast World had always remained unilaterally closed off.

Si Yan smiled and nodded. "I am. However, I also have conditions."

The Main God and the System Main God looked at her curiously, prompting her to continue.

Si Yan stated, "We will only accept female Quick Transmigration Hosts, not male ones. Furthermore, any female host entering the Beast World must complete a compulsory preliminary task."

The System Main God asked curiously, "What task?"

Si Yan explained, "Quick Transmigration Hosts will need to select one of the academies in the Beast World and teach there for a full month before they can undertake other tasks."

After the war, Si Yan had spearheaded the construction of academies in the Beast World. Time had been short, so the academies weren’t fully established yet, but the Beast World already boasted three major ones:

Myriad Beasts Academy in Myriad Beasts City; the Black and White Academy in White Eagle City; and Slytherin in the Delusional Domain.

As for why the academy in the Delusional Domain was named Slytherin, Si Yan knew snake beastmen weren’t popular, so she’d deliberately used a well-known IP to attract female Quick Transmigration Hosts.

The Main God and the System Main God exchanged a look, then smiled.

Long Ze also smiled faintly. His granddaughter truly knew how to find ways to be lazy.

Si Yan continued leisurely, "The air quality in the Beast World is good, and the spiritual energy is abundant. The males in the Beast World are all tall, handsome, and exceptionally loyal to females. Female Quick Transmigration Hosts can consider coming to the Beast World a vacation. It’s very comfortable."

Long Ze couldn’t help but chuckle, the corners of his lips quirking upwards, and they stayed that way for a long moment.

His granddaughter was truly shrewd. The female Quick Transmigration Hosts would not only have to teach in the Beast World for a month but also help resolve the males’ partnering issues and address procreation matters. She was clearly making full use of them.

As for partner constraints, being the Beast God, she could unilaterally set them. For instance, she could make partner constraints ineffective for Quick Transmigration Hosts, or ensure that removing a partner mark was harmless to males, and so on.

Either way, the Beast World wouldn’t lose out.

The System Main God couldn’t help but laugh. "Excellent."

With a flick of his finger, a streak of light shot out, relaying Si Yan’s requirements to the System’s main consciousness.

From then on, the Beast World was conditionally open to the Quick Transmigration System.

Having finished their discussions, Si Yan and Long Ze walked along the grand avenues of the Divine Temple.

After this parting, Long Ze would be going to the Dragon Realm, and they didn’t know when they would meet again.

"Granddaughter, Wang dotes on you a lot. I’m truly at ease about you."

Si Yan smiled, then raised an eyebrow. "In the Beast World, more people say I spoil him than say he spoils me."

Long Ze chuckled. "He doesn’t dote on you? Does he ever let you lift a finger regarding your food, clothing, shelter, or travel? When it comes to taking care of you, isn’t he personally involved in everything? What, are you implying your Beast Husband isn’t good enough?"

"Not at all." Si Yan smiled with a touch of smugness. "I’m quite fond of him."

As she said this, Si Yan recalled she’d been in the Divine Temple for several days and was suddenly overcome with a longing for home.

Long Ze smiled. "Missing home? Wu Xie and Wu Yang are three years old now; it’s an age when they can’t bear to be away from their mother. And your snake husband gets antsy if he doesn’t see you for even an hour. You’ve been away for so many days this time, and it seems you left after an argument. He must be frantic by now."

Si Yan felt that she had indeed been away from home for quite some time. She nodded. "I do miss home."

Long Ze smiled. "Then let’s go. I’ll see you off."

Long Ze and Si Yan were already standing at the Teleportation Portal of the Divine Temple.

With some reluctance, Long Ze handed Si Yan a few things he had brought from Earth.

After the great war in the Beast World, scientists on Earth had also developed a serum to combat the zombies. They used artificial rain to disperse the serum across the globe. Since then, Earth had been freed from the zombie scourge, allowing life to flourish and heralding the return of the technological era.

"For you. What you wanted."

Si Yan took the backpack. Inside were some old cosmetics, toothpaste and a toothbrush, various small trinkets, and even two packs of braised beef instant noodles. Some were items she had left behind on Earth; others, Long Ze had apparently bought to fill the backpack for her.

Receiving the backpack, Si Yan’s heart immediately warmed.

"Thank you, Grandpa," she said.

She had barely finished speaking when suddenly, a dazed-looking god stumbled by, shouting, "Make way, make way!"

Si Yan had just turned her head when this muddled god bumped right into her.

Startled, Si Yan stumbled and fell straight into the Teleportation Formation leading to the Beast World, vanishing instantly.

Long Ze stared in astonishment at the god who had collapsed on the ground after bumping into Si Yan. The God of Forgetfulness?

The God of Forgetfulness, wearing glasses with spiral lenses, rubbed his head and looked around in a daze. "How did I get here? What happened?"

Long Ze was speechless.

Being bumped by the God of Forgetfulness like that, Si Yan will probably forget a fair number of things.

However, Long Ze’s lips suddenly curled into a smile again.

Being a god can actually be quite dull. Losing one’s memory from time to time... well, that might not be so bad.

I hope my little granddaughter enjoys this.
