By Seeing Beasts' Training Paths, My Beast Became Invincible-Chapter 57: Bobby died?
’’A-Are you okay?’’ Alina ran over to Rocky while panting heavily. She braced her hands on her knees, her chest rising and falling heavily, the deep valley between her sweat-soaked breasts clearly visible.
Rocky rubbed his eyelids shut for a moment, trying to clear the dirty thoughts from his head before glancing at Bobby.
’’I’m fine. I told you to just wait for me there.’’
Alina groaned as she tried to straighten up, but her oversized breasts made it uncomfortable.
’’I just wanted to help you. My omen is always right.’’
Rocky sighed and said.
’’You’re right, your omen isn’t wrong.’’
’’And... I want to thank you. I’m alive because of your vision.’’
Indeed, if Rocky hadn’t been warned about the omen in advance, he could never have known what would happen.
Perhaps, he would’ve died.
Alina’s heart skipped for a moment when she heard that. She had never imagined that one day, someone would be grateful to her.
The feeling of being acknowledged instead of judged like a jinx felt so strange.
In that moment, her emotions began to rise.
’’R-Really? I’m happy.’’
Rocky raised an eyebrow at the sight. He hadn’t expected Alina to tear up over just a simple compliment.
She must’ve endured a harsh childhood, where no one ever acknowledged her ability. But to Rocky, those people were nothing more than idiots.
He scratched the back of his head and shifted his attention to Bobby.
Bobby struggled to writhe free from the stakes, but it was obviously useless. Rocky had even stabbed them through Bobby’s joints, locking all his movements.
Rocky nodded in satisfaction and approached Bobby. He patted his head for a moment before summoning the system screen.
"Let’s see what the hell’s wrong with you."

Rocky blinked for a while before dismissing the system screen.
At this moment, he thoroughly understood everything. It turned out Bobby had already been controlled by something.
Tch. It was quite irritating that the bastard dared to control his beasts. He could tell that Matt might be in the same circumstance.
It was rather complicated.
Now, he wasn’t only killing monsters to earn points, but also searching for his beasts.
How damn irritating!
He clicked his tongue and said,
"First, I’m going to break this controlled state for you."
The method was clear when he read the words on the system screen. He had to toss his beast into a lake or the sea and drown him in the depths.
He didn’t know what Bobby’s intention had been, but it had to be the only way at this moment.
One hour later.
Rocky flew up into the sky while Alina clutched his fur tightly to avoid being blown away by the fierce wind. As for Bobby, Rocky had already bound him with chains he had summoned in advance. He quickly tossed Bobby into the sea while shifting into another form.
Membranes formed between his fingers and toes as he descended into the depths.
He gazed at Bobby, who floated in the deep sea, slowly suffocating from the lack of oxygen. If someone judged him merciless toward his beast just by his calm face, they were short-sighted.
He was angry, but that emotion was subtly concealed in his face and actions. If anything happened to Bobby, he would rip that bastard apart.
Over time, Bobby’s body began to go limp. He no longer struggled against the chains.
...
His heartbeat slowed.
He was going to die.
Alina could tell, thanks to the elf’s unique sensitivity. She let out a sad breath and gently rubbed Bobby’s back.
She could sense Rocky’s heartbeat racing wildly, as if he refused to accept this truth.
(I’m sorry.)
But just as Rocky slowly began to accept his beast’s death, a sound suddenly rang out in his ears.
Ting!

[Aura of Apex Predator → Aura of Tyrant Overlord]
[Description]: All beasts will have their stats significantly decreased, and those with a species rank below Apex cannot resist your command—even to the point of killing themselves or their own master.
"I-It’s great..."
Rocky smiled, but he didn’t forget to release Bobby. Rocky dismissed the chains and stakes into the void and swiftly tossed regeneration pills into Bobby’s mouth.
He flew up into the sky, then descended onto the sandy beach afterward.
The stab wounds on Bobby’s limbs swiftly regenerated at a visible speed. He looked down at Rocky and slowly stepped closer.
He remembered everything he had done to his master.
He placed his feet on the ground and bowed his head, like a knight asking for punishment for the sins he had committed against his King.
Rocky let out a relieved breath and waved his hand as if it were nothing. Anyway, his beast wasn’t at fault in this situation.
He had understood everything after reading the words on the system screen.
"It’s fine... Uhm, we have more important things to do. Matt... he’s in the same condition as you?"
Bobby just nodded.
Rocky sighed, but his eyes quickly gleamed with irritation.
"Lead me to that place. I want to see it."
Bobby nodded before shrinking down into a tiny beast. He jumped onto Rocky’s shoulder and pointed north.
Just like that, Rocky and Alina began a new journey.
***
Pretty soon, they arrived in a vast valley where plenty of plants were growing.
Rocky would’ve been surprised at the sight before him.
As they moved deeper into the valley, more trees appeared ahead of them.
The humid atmosphere made both Rocky and Alina uncomfortable.
Rocky, especially, wasn’t someone who belonged in a forest. Meanwhile, Alina looked quite a bit better—perhaps thanks to her elven traits.
Bobby stepped forward, leading them deeper.
At one point, he ran through a huge brush and slipped past it.
Rocky and Alina exchanged a nod before following.
And finally, Rocky saw the place Bobby wanted him to see.
"Holy shit." Rocky’s eyes widened. Alina’s did too.
All of them were bewildered by what they saw.
There were many beasts gathered there. They were dragging blood-soaked sacks toward an abyss and throwing them in.
He glanced to the left. At the far end, he saw a monstrous cat commanding the other beasts to drag the sacks faster.
"Matt?"
Alina spoke with a serious expression.
"I think they’re feeding something inside that abyss."
She could tell easily, since they had already seen what Bobby did to their race—
hacking them apart and stuffing them into oversized sacks like common goods.
Rocky nodded in understanding.
"You’re right. It has to be."
Rocky added in a low voice.
"I guess that being is the culprit. It has controlled all the beasts with some kind of mysterious trick and commanded them to kill the candidates. In the end, they carry the corpses to it like worker ants to their mother."
Alina spoke in a low voice.
"I think... we should get out of here. There’re too many beasts. We can’t handle this alone."
Rocky released a slight sigh, and the next moment, he nodded.
"Indeed."
"We need allies."
After judging the situation, both of them decided to leave this dangerous place.
Rocky blinked for a moment and said,
"We’ll kill a horde of monsters first, Then we’re gonna have dinner."
Two hours later...

...
Rocky sat calmly on the carapace of a dead crab, resting his chin on his right hand.
He blinked lazily while watching his beast slaughter the horde of poor crabs.
With Bobby’s support, Rocky’s progress in earning points had improved significantly.
But Bobby’s leveling speed was quite slow, since crabs weren’t the kind of monsters he wanted to kill at the moment.
Still, it couldn’t be helped.
He had to balance a lot of things in one day, so at least for today, he would do it this way.
Ting!

"It’s still good. But starting tomorrow, I should choose the monsters my beast actually desires."
A few hours later.
Rocky and Alina sat across from each other by the campfire, eating their dinner.
At some point—
Ting!
[Congratulations! You have survived 2 days.]

Rocky could only sigh as he looked at the runes in front of him.
He didn’t even want to summon the ranking board anymore.
He groaned in irritation.
"It’s really fucking unfair."
