At dinner time, Lin Xuan Qi was being relentlessly ’attacked’ by Xue Cong and Yue Jie.

They fed him nonstop with food and tea.

Xue Cong, after knowing what he had promised for Ah Di, was happy and grateful to him.

While Yue Jie was being glad for him staying over at her place tonight.

And most important of all, they wouldn’t see him for some time after he went to the Capital City, Bian Jing.

Which was why he didn’t want to dampen their mood if he stopped them.

Lee He Song chuckled when he saw the state that Lin Xuan Qi was in, not knowing whether to envy him or not.

He took a mouthful of his wine and said, "Master Lin, have you decided who to go on the trip with you?"

Zhi Yong sat up straight and thumped his chest, "Master Lin, me go too."

Lee He Song nodded his head as it was his duty and the least he could do for Lin Xuan Qi.

"And in the meantime, come to the lab after dinner."

Lee He Song and Zhi Yong nodded their heads.

He must have had something about the cultivation for them and they were eager to learn more.

"I might sleep over at Yue Jie’s place when I’m done.

"I will make it up to you the next day."

"I understand." Xue Cong knew that he would do so every other day but she still felt a pinch in her heart when he decided to do so.

Waking up to his warm embrace every day was something routine for her now.

But that was how it was and she nodded her head, recalling what she had thought about Yue Jie earlier.

Yue Jie glanced at her apologetically from the other side of Lin Xuan Qi and lowered her head.

Thankfully, Xue Cong gave her a smile and said to Lin Xuan Qi, "Make sure to treat sister Yue Jie well."

Lin Xuan Qi was glad with her response and was glad that both of them were so sensible and considerate of him.

Lee He Song also looked on with curiosity.

"This is a furnace for making pills to help you get better with the stances I’ve taught." Lin Xuan Qi said and walked over to the Alchemy Furnace.

Zhi Yong gave him a nod and raised his fist, "Master Lin, me practice everyday."

Lin Xuan Qi patted him on his shoulder and said, "Well done, and while I’m away, use these."

He took out the few Five-Element Stones and distributed them to Zhi Yong and Lee He Song.

He knew what these stones could do for him and the weight they carried.

It was time to add in the inscription and he proceeded to do so.

He picked up a hammer and chisel from where he kept the tools and got to work.
