Demi-human Girls Completion Manual-Chapter 1157 - 110: Crown (2)
Helair was the first to step up the stairs leading to the room’s doorway, and a responding voice came from inside the room, just hearing her say,
"It’s really nice, they’re not back yet, just the two of us here."
Upon hearing this, Fisher reached out to feel the small pouch on the side of the dromedary in front of him, then used his fingers to hook out the gemstone crown that shimmered with light.
In the darkness, the crown’s glow was so dazzling, even though he had no particular talent for forging, and even the gemstones on it were thrown in haphazardly, but just like parents have a partiality for their children, or authors for their works, Fisher also felt he did a decent job forging it.
He stroked the crown’s uneven gemstones with one hand, then also stepped up the stairs, entering the dimly lit room.
Helair wasn’t in the living room; a faint voice came from Fisher’s room.
"..."
Fisher’s throat moved slightly for a moment. Holding wine in his left hand and the beautiful crown in his right, he pushed open the half-covered door with his foot, revealing Helair’s silhouette from behind.
Fisher’s bed faced the window, exposing the dimly glowing moon outside.
The moon was dim and small, vastly different from the moon in his memories of the afterlife.
This reminded Fisher that this was not the future, but the past.
In the room’s darkness, she slightly turned her face, letting the weak moonlight cast shadowy outlines on her beautiful face.
It was at this moment that she raised a pottery bowl filled with wine. As her throat moved, the nectar-like wine hung in the air before falling into her jade-like mouth.
After a sip of the fine wine, her cheeks flushed slightly, and she turned her head with a smile to look at the gemstone crown in Fisher’s hand,
"Oh my, how did you know I like things that sparkle like this?"
"Do you like it? I didn’t know."
"Because I like all the gifts you give."
Fisher placed the wine glass on the nearby table, then raised the crown in his hand, pondering over the noticeably tilted Light Halo on her head, different from other Angels, and suddenly felt puzzled.
Putting on the crown, what would happen to this Light Halo?
He couldn’t just usurp its position, as if this thing seemed quite important to Angels.
Undecided, Fisher tentatively raised the crown in his hand, and her tilted Light Halo seemed to also sense his action, beginning to spin in circles around Helair’s head.
As the Light Halo began to rotate, Fisher suddenly felt a force of attraction, so he let go of the crown in his hand, allowing the Light Halo to slowly drag it into a float above her.
The Light Halo seemed very delighted and joyful, circling the floating crown, occasionally bumping into it, which made the crown’s surface emit a few flashes of light.
Until that Light Halo wrapped around the crown like a Sun Ring, forming an equally tilted shape on Helair’s head, she confidently turned her head to let Fisher admire her beauty.
At this moment, Helair looked like a holy Angel, the compassionate mother of believers, the morning light rising in the east, bestowing the world with divine blessings.
At this moment, Helair looked like a beautiful Wise King, her blue-gold eyes seemingly containing the knowledge and mysteries of an entire Universe, so profound it made Fisher crave to plunge in and explore.
At this moment, Helair looked like an evil Demon, her smile as intoxicating as fine wine, like a hook from Hell, gripping Fisher’s soul tightly, dragging him to fall together with her.
Gazing at the dazzling Helair wearing the crown in front of him, Fisher was momentarily speechless. After a long pause, he continued speaking,
"This Holy Artifact Prototype was forged by Sorobato, but in the end, I was the one who embedded the gemstones, not knowing it would become a crown..."
At this moment, desire faded slightly, and the next words might have been genuine,
"But, fortunately, it looks great on you."
Helair covered her mouth and laughed softly, her head continuously surrounded by the Light Halo tightening, until it completely entwined the crown, followed by the initially lifeless gemstones lighting up one by one as if in that moment, the crown had become her Light Halo.
On the bed, her loose white robe revealed glimpses of skin like jade, an exposed jade-like foot. As Fisher’s gaze was drawn to it, she softly spoke,
"Thank you, I really like your gift..."
"I’m glad you like it."
Before Fisher could finish his words, an extremely gentle morning light suddenly flashed before his eyes. The morning light warm and enveloping like a cloud, wrapping him and pulling him towards Helair herself.
He did not resist, obediently approaching her on the bed. This close distance was where her fragrance wafted over him. Amid the suddenly heightened alluring scent, her soft fingers lightly traced over Fisher’s body from top to bottom, ending right at Fisher’s waist,
"You’re still in doubt, my dear..."
"Doubt?"
The places where her fingers traced felt a ticklish sensation like an electric shock, for some reason, that feeling penetrated deep into his soul, shading his vision with darkness, accompanied by the whispers beginning to sound in his ear.
Perhaps when his emotions swayed, the unstable factors in his body would become restless? Is that why he could feel these peculiar whispers and the madness eroding his sanity?
