Demon Lord: Erotic Adventure in Another World-Chapter 790: The Emperor’s Blessing
A series of explosions erupted as Velvet and Coco clashed, bright flashes of red from the immense energy attacks of the Emperor’s eye, followed by the violet flames of Velvet dispersing them.
"Oh~ those two look like they’re having fun."
Meanwhile, blood dripped from a claw wound across Erika’s cheek.
She held her leading blade in reverse grip, trying to adjust her wild breathing as she faced the Wolf Mask.
"What? Not going to speak, how sad."
The Wolf Mask lifted his claws in front of his face with a weird smile. Then extended his long tongue covered in drool and licked it.
"Disgusting freak."
"Kekeke~ that’s how they all start! Hmph!"
Instantly after speaking, he lunged at Erika, sweeping with his left hand, aiming at his chest, while the right stabbed under his forearm, aiming at her thigh.
Erika stepped into the attack using her leading blade to deflect the sweep, with a dull clang and shimmer of silver light. Then blocked the stab using her right blade, holding it vertically downward, following up with a knee to the Wolf’s crotch.
Crack!
The blow slipped through his guard as he tried to bite her neck, crushing whatever it hit with a firm crunch.
Wolf Mask staggered back, his hands holding his crotch with an unbelievable squeal.
"B-B-Bitch! You’ve crushed my jewels!"
The eyes behind his mask became bloodshot, as the sharp blades growing from his knuckles grew in size, length and thickness.
Each blade became a small sword of metal and bone.
Under his mask, his human teeth deformed, growing longer like a wolf’s fangs.
"I gave you a chance to become one of my women, but since you’ve rejected me now, I will let you know the boundless power of our great emperor!"
A sharp tingle spread across Erika’s skin.
Her heart pounded as dense vibrations of energy flowed from the Wolf Mask’s body.
’What the hell is going on?’
She gripped her blades while chewing down on the inside of her lip to gather her erratically dispersed energy and focus it into her abdomen. Allowing for better control as it ebbed and flowed towards her limbs.
’How are the others?’
Erika peeked towards Velvet’s fierce battle, which continued to escalate, with craters filling the sands, their bodies covered in wounds, yet the two clashed with powerful, unyielding blows, now several hundred metres away from the group.
"Urgh... this is the love of Aphrodite~ my beloved goddess!" Wolf Mask’s voice became distorted like a beast learning human words as his body bulged, growing over three metres in height to match his elongated claws.
Though she felt the explosive growth, she continued to calm herself, adjusting her breathing as she watched Leviathan.
"Levia?!"
.
.
.
’Damn it...’
Levia held her shield high, absorbing the brutal blows of the massive male wearing a bear mask. He became enraged from the moment the combat between the cat and Velvet started, his size almost three metres and arms as thick as tree trunks.
Yet despite his size, this didn’t limit his speed or endurance.
BOOM!"
With his hands clasped, he hammered his axe down on Levia’s shield, sending her body gliding through the sands with a dent in her soul weapon.
"Guha... Peh!"
With a ferocious glare, she spat blood from her lips, while shaking her limbs to ease the numbness brought from each blow.
"Hahaha, look at you now! How dare you ignore my feelings!"
’This crazy mother fucker!’
Once she rejected his courtship, he became strange, his eyes turning bloodshot, and his words and speech became obsessively about affection and nothing else.
Levia tried to adjust her pace to match his, but with each strike, his blows became stronger and his movements faster. ’It doesn’t make sense... how does believing in a fallen goddess like Aphrodite lead to such strength?!’
As a girl formely from the Empire, she knew things that Asmodeus and the others might not, including the ability of their Emperor to subdue gods.
She twirled her spear, shrinking it down to a metre in size, and her shield also became smaller, less for blocking and more for parrying or deflecting blows.
"Shut your ugly mouth, freak. You’re still tiny where it counts."
"Y-Y-Y-You!" The Bear exploded forward.
He didn’t have a unique style or tactics, just brute force and abusing his unbreakable body.
Each step sounded like a boulder falling.
Leviathan adjusted herself, with calm breaths, she slowly opened her eyes, watching him approach from five metres, four metres, three metres.
The instant he reached three metres, she took action, flooding her muscular thighs with energy as they bulged, then her calves, before pushing off the sands.
She shot forward like a comet and unfurled her wings.
The Bear’s huge arms swung down his massive axe, ’Now!’
A sudden burst of speed blew her to the right and then up into the sky. She flew around his back and above his head. She flipped backwards with her face and spear pointing down at him from the sky.
"What, where?!" The Bear grumbled, his axe smashing into the ground with a thundering shockwave, causing a burst of sand that blocked all sight around him.
But she was already locked on.
With a spear couched, the tip aimed at his head, she tensed her muscles for impact.
"Sound? Where from?" The Bear began swatting the sand away. Before finally lifting his head. "Above?!!!"
Pierce!
A black spear of demonic power penetrated the air, aimed at his head. The Bear’s pupils shrank as he threw himself to the side, but it was too late. The sharp tip tore through his collarbone and penetrated his flesh, pinning him to the ground as it extended.
"GYAAAAA!"
In a fit of rage, he swung his left arm, trying to swat Leviathan.
"Too slow."
Her soft voice came from the opposite side of his body; she’d released the spear the moment it pinned him down.
Without another word, she spun and smashed her shield into his face, with a low crunch, the violent recoil from the blow almost shattering all the bones in her hand. "Die!" The Bear’s right side tore in half from the pressure as he flew across the desert.
A bloody shower rained down on Levia, who used her shield as an umbrella, reaching for her spear with a faint smile on her lips.
"Now then, how is everyone else doing?"
Levia watched the Bear stop moving and scanned his body for energy, ’He’s dead.’
Then she averted her gaze and watched the battle between the Fox Mask and Vinea, watching as the black sword Balmung tore through a series of mid-air explosions.
"Let’s not join that kind of high-energy fight right away..."
With a slight heave, she tried to step forward, only for her legs to tremble and turn to jelly as she collapsed. "Ah..."
’It hurts like hell... Lord, your wife has fallen and needs picking up!’
In the heat of battle, she’d been using her body to endure the brutal strikes of the enemy, leading to her using divine aura to fill the gaps where her body couldn’t endure.
A dull throb spread up her thigh as she tried to move, followed by an intense stabbing pain that felt like a knife stabbed her brain directly.
Unable to fight longer, she held her transport crystal and shield.
"Seems he wasn’t all talk. Tsk!" Clicking her tongue at the unmoving Bear Mask, she lamented her past self for not being more cautious.
.
.
.
"Bear?!"
The movements of Coco stopped abruptly as she slid through the sand on all fours, her pupils dilated as she glanced at the fallen lump.
"How can this happen?"
As if in complete disbelief, she stopped her aggressive actions and paused, her eyes flickering between the other fights and furrowing her brows.
Velvet would’ve loved to take advantage of this opening, but she couldn’t.
"Haa...Haa....damn, who is this woman?!"
At first, she was winning, with her dragon blood and boost in power, Coco could only dodge or parry at best. Yet, suddenly she spoke about an emperor’s favour and blessing, and her body became more feral, like a true humanoid panther.
Now they were equal.
"It looks like this is the limit for now," Coco muttered again, but Velvet caught her words clearly this time. The next moment, the cat stood normally, and her form started to shrink, losing the explosive power she had held a moment before.
She stood with her spear against her shoulder and shouted. "What, gonna flee?"
Coco turned back with a nochalant look.
"If I wanted to kill those girls with you, could you stop me in time?"
Velvet swallowed her spit, then grit her teeth, knowing that the currently vulnerable Leviathan would die for sure, as for Erika and Vinea, she couldn’t say, but facing these four freaks opened her eyes.
"Also, if you stay here, the combat force of his imperial majesty will arrive."
"W-What do you mean?" Velvet asked with her eyes narrowed and brows furrowed.
"Oh my, did you think we were combat troops?" Coco flicked her tail and sand in the face of Velvet as she strutted away. "Honey, we’re just the scouts."
Before Velvet could argue back, Coco came to the Bear’s body and slowly pulled her leg back.
Then kicked him in the head.
"WAKE UP, IDIOT! YOU LOST AGAIN!"
BOOOM!
The blow created a surging wave of sand that reached five metres, while the Bear Mask, who seemed dead, with half his body missing, stood up and took a straight, almost military style stance and shouted.
"Forgive me, Boss!"
"W-What?" Even Velvet’s eyes widened as Coco took a strange syringe out, and the moment she jabbed his missing right side, it began to bubble and form new flesh within seconds; his missing arm and chest regenerated.
’We need to leave.’
Without causing more trouble, she pushed off the sand, flying towards Levia, and grabbed her tightly.
"H-He was dead!" Levia complained and called out in a strange sort of trance, but Velvet couldn’t bother with her. She hit the back of her neck with a heavy blow, then turned clockwise and headed for Vinea, who faced the fox.
There wasn’t enough time!
